Also known as KBT Car Detailing…read more I had an absolutely horrible and extremely unprofessional experience with this business. I am an active-duty service member and scheduled an appointment to have the interior and exterior of my vehicle detailed in Killeen. I also paid the required $30 upfront. The first issue was the location. The address posted for the business is 315 E Avenue G, Killeen, TX, which was not the location I was ultimately given. I was instead directed to 3010 S Fort Hood Street. Because of the confusion with the address and the location itself, I explained when I arrived that I felt uncomfortable leaving my vehicle unattended and asked if I could remain there while it was being detailed. The manager working at the time told me that was fine. They eventually began detailing my vehicle. Approximately 10 minutes later, a man who identified himself as the "co-owner," Dominic, approached me and asked, "Is this your car?" I told him yes. He then responded, "Get it the f*** out of here." I did not argue or escalate the situation. I simply said "cool," asked for his name, got into my vehicle, and left. Regardless of the circumstances, I find it completely unacceptable for a co-owner of a business to speak to a paying customer that way, especially after I had scheduled an appointment, paid the required fee, communicated my concerns respectfully, and received permission from the manager to stay with my vehicle. The conflicting addresses, lack of professionalism, and the way I was spoken to made this an extremely disappointing experience. I would not recommend this business based on the treatment I received.

My Telluride looks brand new again. I've had my Telluride for 9 months straight off the showroom…read morefloor. My family uses this vehicle as a family car. We try to take care of it, but... life. We flip houses on the side, take road trips, and I have a little Jack Russell that loves to go for rides. The other day my husband called and said he had loaded the table saw into the back and got on the freeway with the windows down. Sawdust particles went EVERYWHERE. Warrior Detail met me at my house and went to work. I now have my new Telluride back! I have gone to other retailers with other cars and I feel like the steering wheel and leather have a coating on them and the chemical smell is overwhelming. Not with Warrior. My car just smells clean, and looks amazing. Would use this company again and would highly recommend.
