I paid $2,300 for an alternator and battery change on my Infiniti Q50 that took them two weeks to fix. When I finally picked up the car, I noticed immediately that it wasn't running right. I drove the car back immediately to the shop and pointed out that the car was handling roughly. The manager then proceeded to go into a number of explanations, which felt like problem deflection and an attempt to gaslight someone who's not as mechanically inclined as them. A week later, I had to put my car back in the shop when the check engine light came on and was informed that Elite Auto did not re-connect key hoses/connections for the turbocharger back to the engine. This resulted in further time and worry (on my part) and damage to the car. Since then, the manager of Elite Auto has been unresponsive to my calls or request for response. Had I known what I know now, I would have sucked it up and paid for another expensive tow to a more competent shop. I'd urge anyone thinking of taking their car to Elite Auto to think twice and go elsewhere.

When I arrived at the store, the gentleman greeted me and suggested possibly my vehicle may need a sensor on one of the tires rather than requiring additional service. They checked all my tires for possible punctures, replaced the sensor and even put in a new cabin filter while I waited. This shop was very clean and professional. At Luckys they told me up front the cost and step by step what I needed if I had any changes. I was able to order an amazing engine with 16k miles 3 times less than other company quoted, which most shops required them to order.They had to put starter, alternator, added crank, replaced my coils, replaced wiper blades. They drove my car for miles to make sure no leaks before releasing to me! Paid my deposit and never heard from him again. After repeated messages to him, 3 days later he claims to have gotten the starter, but that it was used and he would need to reorder. Proceeds to reorder and then goes silent again. Only after I threatened legal action did I get a response, almost a week after I paid my deposit. After replacing the starter and doing the oil change the car stops working within a day. Towed it to a reputable mechanic who says that Ryan short changed the car 2 quarts of oil, causing irreparable crankshaft and cylinder misfires. Basically, the engine blew because there wasn't oil.

He mentioned as a result of his kid's summer activities that he wouldn't be able to get out to my home until this afternoon. The afternoon came and went and no word from Derrick. I think that its extremely unprofessional for him to be a no call no show especially considering that he gave me his word that he'd be here.
