If you care about your car or receiving fairly priced, trustworthy service, then take your car elsewhere. I paid $2,300 for an alternator and battery change on my Infiniti Q50 that took them two weeks to fix. When I finally picked up the car, I noticed immediately that it wasn't running right. I drove the car back immediately to the shop and pointed out that the car was handling roughly. The manager then proceeded to go into a number of explanations, which felt like problem deflection and an attempt to gaslight someone who's not as mechanically inclined as them. A week later, I had to put my car back in the shop when the check engine light came on and was informed that Elite Auto did not re-connect key hoses/connections for the turbocharger back to the engine. This resulted in further time and worry (on my part) and damage to the car. Since then, the manager of Elite Auto has been unresponsive to my calls or request for response. Had I known what I know now, I would have sucked it up and paid for another expensive tow to a more competent shop. I'd urge anyone thinking of taking their car to Elite Auto to think twice and go elsewhere. read more

Jason Dildine is THE BEST mechanic in the Belton/Temple area. I brought my Toyota Highlander in for some expensive maintenance problems based on what other mechanics had told me. A friend told me that Jason would give the 'real truth' of what needed to be fixed. As promised, Jason told me what to fix and,more importantly, what repairs were a waste of good money. He then spent 5 hours on a 3 hr job trying to get my rusted axles out. Put new ones in and the car runs great. These guys are awesome! When you're there ask Dan about the picture of him getting a medal from the Vice President in 1992 for saving a bunch of lives during the Luby's shooting. Honored to meet a true hero like that. Towed our car here as soon as they opened. It wasn't running and we needed a diagnose. The turnaround time is most definitely reasonable considering we weren't the only ones in need of car services. They were very busy the day we brought the car in. They did not try to fix what wasn't broken, they called us told us straight out what was wrong and needed to be done. Turned out we needed to replace the battery and the upper hose of the radiator. Got our car back the same day. Reasonably priced altogether for parts and labor. Will be coming here again. read more

I recently purchased a 2007 550i from Josh K. and worker or part owner I am not for sure at this time. I was told he put over 6k in labor time doing all the maintenance needed at the 100k plus mile check up and I went to the shop to test drive the vehicle, later came back to pay with a cashier check and met at the shop and he opened up the office with his father and grandfather as witness to the transaction. I later return the following week with my daughter to pick up car. Josh seem courtesy and friendly and assured me the car was running tip top and 1000 mile warranty on his work. I ask for the parts and warranty of what was done for future reference. He put the plates on the car and we left. We drove around and checking out property as I am a Broker. The car died and wouldn't start I was stranded. We drove into town to charge my phone to retrieve Josh number he was working out of town but got there fast and followed us to the car and jumped the battery at that time several seconds of white bluish smoke poured out of the exhaust and I question that being a good sign, although it was spring or summer hot not cold it continued and he said because it was sitting and was find. I had drove it and not cold weather. I didn't need to drive it daily, when I tried to use it the oil light came on needing oil and warning of damage, I called Josh and asked if no service was needed until 7500 mile oil change, why was I needing oil, I have supporting text messages of dialogue, This continued three times and a hard clank when turning wheel on right turn. Numerous calls and concerns led to no return calls or acknowledge of my compliant after a few hundred miles. I had no help to return call and continue to see issues and left messages and text requesting my money back and returning the car. I let the owners at the shop know my issues. No return calls. Clank and oil issue made it impossible to try to pay money for a bad deal. numerous documentation to shop and concern of Josh is attitude and my need to be cleared of this issue of not having a usable car and out of my money. Finally I had the car towed back untouched, Never got a call it was there. Week later I call for update care never looked at. Next week car not looked at for the battery died again and car wouldn't start. I had to drive to Belton and ask when were they going to take a look and address my complaints on the car. In route I called the shop and Josh answered the phone and started cursing me out and wouldn't let me speak to anyone else in the shop. Previously he had sent a horrible text with inflammatory accusation and calling me snob and entitlement attitude and the tone was ugly and racist. I was fearful of an encounter not knowing if the whole shop treated people that way and he was allowed to work, sell and speak to customers with such a hateful tone. the second call back more of the ugliness despicable language. I recorded the second time. When I arrived unannounced the care hadn't been touch in three weeks. Needing my approval and consent to put a battery in to check out claims of problems with the car. I shared what had happened and questions their business practices or was I just being treated like this, I played the audio of the Worker and salesperson for the car. I told them I was concern he would try to attack me possible physically or another verbal attack and they said that was why he was outside and not allowed inside the office, wow. I was given assurance of now with consent they could get to it. I was in a rental and couldn't afford it and needed resolve, I told them I felt the shop allowing this sale of a faulty car reflected on them, they disagreed, independent sale and personal transaction by Josh, yet he has keys and threaten to charge me for storage if I didn't pick up my car from his shop, how does he have that authority. All this shared in saved texted messages. Sadly the following week no call and no battery installed. I called back and was given another run around a month later or close, they could, Brandon intake guy why my car has sat there and not been address in this time frame, and Josh the BMW specialist for the shop wasn't allowed to touch the car. I shared if he had that much hate and energy over my calm and respectful communication than I have no trust what else he could have and may have done to the car out of spite and hatred of his feelings and judgment of me and animosity. I get a call after I call to address the no battery work done and at that moment a tech is told to put in the battery. First I was going to be charged for the evaluation of my compliant from day one than that was waivered. the call was to say for 800 plus dollars I needed a new alternator that was draining the battery as it killed the car not enough juice to operate all the multiple codes and sensors were showing multiple issues and it couldn't be addressed without replacing the issue from purchase. No further help without 800 new part. Bad read more
