They leave your vehicle out in their parking lot so it can be broken into and destroyed while they claim to be so busy they can't get it in. They told my husband that it will be a really long wait due to the fact that they have 8k dollar transmission repairs that will take priority over our leaking seal. What kind of transmission costs 8k. So instead of priority of who comes first they go off who they can make more off of. They have a gated area but they don't let you park there because people were cutting their fences to steal stuff. My husband had his classic truck here for 6 days and in that time someone broke into it stole parts off his truck, tools stolen and ripped out the wires in the cab. Do yourself a favor do not go here they are not good. Especially if you care about your vehicle.

I really wish that I had taken my car to Oliver Brothers. I'm not going to say where it was or post a negative review of them though because I want to talk about the good things and not the bad. The good thing is that my mother needed her transmission done for her car and this time I took my car to Oliver Brothers and I was blown away by how much faster they worked and how much better the price was and how much better their customer service was. It was night and day. So I can definitely recommend Mr. Oliver and his staff to anyone else. I had another problem with my car just this week with the car being stuck in park and not coming out of gear. I had my car taken to Oliver Brothers this time. He got the car in this morning at about 10:30 AM and by before 1:00 PM he had it ready for the road. He didn't overcharge me or try to do things that he didn't need to do that would cost me more and he stands behind his work. I don't know what anyone else's experiences have been but mine at Oliver Brothers have been first rate. I've even heard from the guys where I get my oil changed that Mr. Oliver works on cars for the Police Department and so you know that if he has their repeat business that he's probably getting things done right. I love to see someone who supports the local PD and has a good working relationship with them. I'd recommend him and his shop to anyone who asks me.

I paid $2,300 for an alternator and battery change on my Infiniti Q50 that took them two weeks to fix. When I finally picked up the car, I noticed immediately that it wasn't running right. I drove the car back immediately to the shop and pointed out that the car was handling roughly. The manager then proceeded to go into a number of explanations, which felt like problem deflection and an attempt to gaslight someone who's not as mechanically inclined as them. A week later, I had to put my car back in the shop when the check engine light came on and was informed that Elite Auto did not re-connect key hoses/connections for the turbocharger back to the engine. This resulted in further time and worry (on my part) and damage to the car. Since then, the manager of Elite Auto has been unresponsive to my calls or request for response. Had I known what I know now, I would have sucked it up and paid for another expensive tow to a more competent shop. I'd urge anyone thinking of taking their car to Elite Auto to think twice and go elsewhere.

This choice of service provider is M & B Auto Repair. I generally chose maintenance services to gage the attempted gouges many repair shops attempt to inflict. Overall safety inspection and oil change were the services requested. The 2008 Lexus RX350, had a complete check in August in anticipation of an 1100 mile trip, and headlights/high beams changed to LED for better night time visibility , so very little was needed. I had an early Wednesday appointment , so I dropped it off Tuesday afternoon. The shop called with an update right before closing Tuesday. Along with the oil change, I needed a belt replaced. Been quite a while since that was done , so I was very satisfied with the discovery. The work was completed just after noon on Wednesday. Bill was just over $200 and I'm not feeling gouged, overlooked or abused. Best way to feel after getting work done on your car. Thank you to the gentlemen at M & B Auto Repair... we will be back!

My car just over heated and when I opened the hood there was antifreeze all over the engine. It looks worse than when I originally took it in. Now I'm stuck in a hard place because I almost paid them $2,000 and they did not fix my car. I can sum it up to the worse customer service experience I have ever experienced. I can understand if they run into problems that they don't expect and it takes a little longer, but every time I called (everyday) they were short with me and would not tell me why it was taking longer then expected. They went $500 over the quoted price without talking to me for things they did not talk to me about. I was told it would be done by a Wednesday and everyday they said the next day until the following Tuesday so that makes them untrustworthy (without a reason why). I gave a family member my card to pay for it Friday so I can get it after work after they closed and they called her to tell her that they are going to keep it because they are not done at the time they closed. I had to take off work to go up there and talk to them and pay for it again for stuff I we did not agree on, and when I tried to question it the lady at the front just kept giving me the screw off smile and repeated "I can't not release the car to you unless you pay." In summary, because there was more, you will be over charged for they agreed price, not get the vehicle back at an appropriate time, and they will be disrespectful (and blame you for not completely there job). UPDATE: I just talked to them to see if they can help me because it is not drivable. They said it will be 2 weeks until they can look at it, they won't tow the car for me, and they will not give me the owners information because he is the only one that can make those calls (he's on vacation). This place is a nightmare.
