Little Late reviewing in this business. The only reason I'm giving this place a 3 star is because $188.00 for oil change, new oil & air filter. I had a plastic cover underneath the bumper & tire area that I assume they checked out as well. But a few hours later it was dragging again. Called them up they got me in the same day for diagnostics. They were able to tell me the problem. Unfortunately, the parts are on back order nationwide, they reassured me that everything would be OK until the parts came in and did not even charge me for the diagnostics, even though I believe they deserved payment for the diagnostic service. Kind enough to give me a ride home instead of waiting in the office for the diagnostics to be complete. Definitely recommend and will use their services when needed on my other vehicles. read more

Absolutely terrible. Had them replace a valve cover gasket on an i4 truck, shouldn't be a hard job. Took them 4 days to do it because they ordered the wrong part which is understandable. I get the truck back and when I inspect it TWO of the bolts were loose so I tightened them. A week later I notice it's leaking pretty bad out the gasket they just replaced. Made an appointment for a week later and expected them to have the parts ready when I got in, so it would only take a day. Wrong. Took two because they somehow didn't have the part. I just got it back today AND A BOLT WAS LOOSE AGAIN. It almost backed all the way out by the time I caught it. Would not go here for anything more than an inspection. read more

I've had nothing but great experiences the two times that I've brought my vehicles here. I always feel I get treated fairly. First time I used cornerstone I dropped my car off after hours, they called in the morning to confirm what I'd written on the envelope, alternator oytllut, replaced at a reasonable price. Second vehicle I brought in just to get diagnosed and the owner jumped right in to take it for a spin and see if he could identify it without having me pay a big diag fee. I do not understand why this automotive shop has only 3 stars, but the "not recommended" list has all 5 stars. With that said, I went this week for an oil change, and though told it would take 45 minutes to wait, it was done in less than 20 minutes. The staff is professional, friendly and very easy to deal with as they are honest. The waiting area is always clean and I have been using them for about a year. I have yet to be disappointed. WARNING!!! Please do not take your vehicle here!! PLEASE READ BEFORE HANDING OVER YOUR VEHICLE FOR REPAIRS!!! EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED! Instead of taking my vehicle to a Chevy dealer I thought giving an independent my business would be the right thing to do, huge mistake! Unfortunately I am now forced to take my truck to Chevy. First visit - after voicing my concern that my vehicle wasn't starting and running rough...they replaced the air filter and charged me $155.00. After being told, "we think it's fixed" I brought it home, still scratching my head as to his comment, "we think it's fixed", I soon realized nothing had changed. Wanting to give them the benefit of the doubt and offering them a second chance to make it right I brought it back. Being assured they had 2 previous Chevy mechanics I felt I was in good hands. The next day, I hadn't received a call so I drove down to check on my truck and spoke with the owner Robert who told me they didn't know what was wrong. When I questioned him he became defensive and aggressive towards me. I have never dealt with a business, let alone an owner who was so unprofessional. I guess I will have to think twice before giving small businesses my by business again. If there was a rating for 0 I would have happily gave it to them. read more

Great place and excellent service! Needed an oil change and decided to give this place a try. I called and they were able to fit me in same day. The staff was really nice and the lobby was so clean. A very great atmosphere. The road to get to the building is off to the side of it on Adams Lane, not along Adams Ave (got a little lost trying to find it).
