This is a very belated review as my daughter graduated Baylor University last year!…read more It's difficult in many ways to send your daughter out of state to school, but it is especially difficult when you send her in an old truck with more than 200,000 miles (at the time). I set out to search for a mechanic on Yelp and Anglie's List. Then I started calling them. When I talked with Fred, I knew I found the right repair shop. Fred and his team looked after her safety during her years in Waco. There was regular maintenance and some significant repairs, and Fred came through ever time. His estimates were accurate, the repairs were competently done, and I learned I to trust him and his judgement. I spoke with Fred several times over the years but I've never got to thank him personally. The truck made it home now after several thousand mile journeys and I have seen the evidence of Fred's good handy work.

The suspension is higher on the driver side, and the grease nipple has been digging into my tire, causing me to purchase and replace more tires than ive had in my whole 29 years of living!! And today, they're screw up cause me too wreck when my tire busted, thank God my kids were not in the car and i was not going that fast. Thats not it! They left a bungee strap IN the engine of my car, that looks as if it is supporting the arm of my suspension. Never go here. We dropped out car off on June 18th and got it back June 19th. They rushed my vehicle and didnt do anything right just enough to get me by to try to get me past the 90 day warranty too keep my money when they didnt do jack shit but pretty much ruin my vehicle. Id recomend a monkey with a wrench before this shop. Obviously you got people who have no knowledge of vehicles working here. The suspension looks like Bugs Bunny did it. 0 out of 100. VERY DISSATISFIED. If you go here. Have an injury lawyer on hand. Already contacting lawyers, they put my whole families life at risk, and took off with my hard earned money. My car just over heated and when I opened the hood there was antifreeze all over the engine. It looks worse than when I originally took it in. Now I'm stuck in a hard place because I almost paid them $2,000 and they did not fix my car. I can sum it up to the worse customer service experience I have ever experienced. I can understand if they run into problems that they don't expect and it takes a little longer, but every time I called (everyday) they were short with me and would not tell me why it was taking longer then expected. They went $500 over the quoted price without talking to me for things they did not talk to me about. I was told it would be done by a Wednesday and everyday they said the next day until the following Tuesday so that makes them untrustworthy (without a reason why). I gave a family member my card to pay for it Friday so I can get it after work after they closed and they called her to tell her that they are going to keep it because they are not done at the time they closed. I had to take off work to go up there and talk to them and pay for it again for stuff I we did not agree on, and when I tried to question it the lady at the front just kept giving me the screw off smile and repeated "I can't not release the car to you unless you pay." In summary, because there was more, you will be over charged for they agreed price, not get the vehicle back at an appropriate time, and they will be disrespectful (and blame you for not completely there job). UPDATE: I just talked to them to see if they can help me because it is not drivable. They said it will be 2 weeks until they can look at it, they won't tow the car for me, and they will not give me the owners information because he is the only one that can make those calls (he's on vacation). This place is a nightmare.
