THIS DEALERSHIP WILL RIP YOU OFF! with that said take your Ford vehicle elsewhere where you will get the services on your truck you actually paid for. The service manager Alex is a joke as he shows no compassion for the fact his techs cut corners to get me out of the dealership. I used a coupon I found on their website and feel because I wasn't paying full price is why my truck was neglected. Their truck lot has no inventory and their service department is crap what a joke of a dealership.

I went here to buy a brand new F150 pick up. I had to wait 2 hours to speak to a salesperson. It was very frustrating. But, to the dealers credit, they worked with me to make sure I was pleased when I left. I don't know what future interactions will be like, but for now, I'm a very satisfied customer.

I had a great experience buying a vehicle from Stanley Ford. After having significant issues with Ford Autonation in Burleson, I was a bit gun-shy about Ford dealers...but I figured I would give Stanley Ford a chance...and I'm so glad I did! Brad Young helped me get out from under the vehicle I traded in and the whole process went smooth. Finance Guru Michael Johnson explained to me everything that was offered, I now have confidence driving anywhere knowing that my new vehicle is protected which allows me to focus on family time. I just want to thank the whole team who treated me and my son and nephew who were waiting on me (playing Pokémon Go all over the dealership) with the utmost respect and kindness. Stanley Ford McGregor has become my personal go to dealership!

Bought a used F-150 from Mr. Darrell Hughes in the sales department. I made the drive in from Killeen. He was easy to work, patient while I was on the phone with insurance, as with as were all others at the dealership including finance and the GM. Darrell found me a great truck within my price range. I'm glad I made the drive out to see them.

Open letter to General Manager Stanley Ford - McGregor SUBJECT:  Kudos for Kris Stephens Dear [Ma'am]: The purpose of this letter is to let you know about the commendable job that Mr. Kris Stephens, one of your Sales Consultants, did in selling me my new 2016 Ford Taurus. Kris had just finished showing two vehicles to another customer.  He saw me browsing the vehicles, walked over, and asked if he could help.  He unlocked the Taurus SEL I was interested in, allowed me to look around inside, candidly and truthfully answered my questions, and offered to go with me on a test drive. A few days earlier, I had looked over some 2016 Taurus SEs on another dealer's lot, but none of them had leather interior, which is an upgrade I prefer.  The Dune leather interior and the SEL trim attracted me to this Taurus, which I ultimately bought. After the test drive with Kris "riding shotgun," he later allowed me to drive the car alone, as I typically drive with no one else in the vehicle.  He worked up some ballpark monthly payments with your Sales Manager Troy and showed me the printout.  They had used the price on the rearview-mirror tag.  I showed Kris your dealership's website on my smartphone, which had a substantially lower price.  After conferring with Troy, Kris apologized for not having the latest Stanley Automotive pricing information and stated y'all would honor the internet price. Kris allowed me more than ample time to think about my decision, go outdoors unaccompanied to think, and then come back to his desk and discuss my thoughts.  He demonstrated the epitome of a "no pressure" sales approach.  I highly appreciate his behavior, which helped me take the time I needed to come to my own decision. I also had good interpersonal interactions with Troy, Rick, and Ms. Cheyenne, who helped Kris deliver the vehicle to my home.  Moreover, Kris's willingness to deliver the vehicle was a "deal maker" for me.  All four individuals are assets to your organization, and they have given me a highly favorable opinion of doing business with your dealership.  I am recommending it to my friends.  Sincerely yours,                           John [M.]

We found something we liked, even though it had 2 thousand miles more than advertised online since the owners had been using it to drive back and forth to Austin, where they live. we went ahead and bought it. I noticed it did not have a tag to say when it needed the next oil change so called to find out if it had been changed since I knew it had been being used. She gave me the mileage of the last time it had been changed.....6,000 miles. I asked Tamera if they would have it changed if we bought it back in, since I had never in my life bought a car that needed an oil change! Her answer was no. From my understanding they bought the business around 2018, So all the good reviews before that is from PREVIOUS owners

Dishonest and Misleading Experience at Woodway Car Center (9900 Woodway Drive, Woodway, TX)…read more My son had a very disappointing experience with Woodway Car Center while trying to purchase a 2020 Toyota Supra. He spoke directly with the manager, Damon, who repeatedly described the car as being in "excellent" and "near-perfect" condition. My son lives in North Carolina and, based on those assurances and some selective video footage (but no close-up photos), he put down a $1,000 deposit on a Monday to hold the car. Before sending the deposit, he specifically asked if the vehicle had any paint flaws, rock chips, or dings. He was told there were none. Despite requesting close-up images, none were provided. He spent $800 flying to Texas to see the car in person and arrived Wednesday morning -- just two days later. What he found was not what was represented: the car had noticeable rock chips across the front, visible wires hanging out, and multiple trim pieces missing. None of this was disclosed beforehand, and none of it appeared in the images or videos shared. Because of the condition of the vehicle -- which was clearly not "near perfect" -- he declined to go through with the purchase. Damon then informed him that the $1,000 deposit would not be refunded because they had held the car "too long." Two days, for an out-of-state buyer, is not excessive by any fair standard. This experience cost my son $1,800 between the non-refundable deposit and travel, and it stemmed from what we believe was a clear misrepresentation of the vehicle's condition. We are sharing this in good faith based on a real experience so others -- especially those buying from out of state -- can make informed decisions. We were later threatened with legal action if this review wasn't removed. In our opinion, honest feedback shouldn't be silenced. Buy with caution. In our view, this dealership was not transparent, and the information provided ahead of time was misleading

Since I did own my last car for 10 years, the maintenance issues just got to where it was not economical to keep it. My father told me to check out Enterprise (rental cars) for their used car sales. I already knew I was NOT going to a car dealership. I instead found a few cars with Hertz in Killeen. I was lining up financing at my credit union and the loan officer referred me to CMC. I never would have considered buying a car from a little place on the side of the road but it turned out GREAT! I was shown a few cars that were too small but they said they had one being serviced and would be getting it back the next morning. That car turned out to be the one I purchased. I got a decent amount for my trade in and was on my way in about an hour. This NEVER happens, but I even got my plates the next day. Overall stress free and positive experience.

Communicated with the salesman Gates the entire time and made it clear I'd be down from Fort Worth (1.5 hour drive) first thing Saturday morning. I got videos of the actual car and thought I saw a few blemishes on it so asked for it to be washed and ensure there was nothing notable to see on the car since we were coming all that way and planned to take the car as long as it was up to snuff. On Saturday morning I texted Gates to let him know I was on my way and 10 minutes prior to opening a sales manager (Joseph) called and asked if we were still coming as another store wanted to sell it. Well, we arrive right as promised at 9 am sharp to look at a car that had scratches on almost EVERY PANEL. Well all of a sudden the car wash didn't work, he was double booked for his appointment even though we very well communicated that we were coming and then took his time to deal with it. We hung around for an hour and then called back and he hadn't gotten anyone working on the issue. It wasn't that it could be resolved immediately but it was the lack of follow up and eagerness to handle the issue when we wasted half our day to go get this car. Absolutely unacceptable service and I will be sending a complaint directly to autonation.
