I had just got a new 2015 Ford Fusion and the Windows had no tint whatsoever. I was looking around town in Killeen and was thinking about going to other places. After seeing that this place had about twelve 5-star reviews, I decided to give a call to see my price range. I knew it would be expensive but if they had nothing but 5 stars, I figured I would have an awesome experience and it would be worth the money. I was quoted the price and went into the store after I got off of work to see the different tints and how they work. I forgot his name but he was super helpful and non-pushy to get me to buy the more expensive tint. I was scheduled the next morning at 10:00. After deciding on my tint after I arrived (5% strip in windshield, 15% in front two windows, and 5% in the back windows), I was seated and got to watch free Netflix while I waited. It was very comfortable. The guys working there are super professional at what they do and I wish I had another car to go and tint. The tinting part took about an hour but time went by so fast while watching The Last Holiday on Netflix. I was then called up to the counter and was told my car is ready. I looked out from the window at my car and holy crap!!!! They did an amazing job. I loved everything about this place. I will continue to go back in the future and I will definitely tell my friends where my good-looking tint came from!!! read more

Auto Impressions is awesome. Duane was very helpful and knew his way around tint. I will definitely be a return customer. I was originally referred to Auto Impressions. When I first purchased my vehicle, it didn't have any tint at all. So I was looking everywhere trying to find the best deal in town for tints. Everywhere else was expensive. They charged too much and some places even wanted to keep my car overnight. But with Auto Impressions, my vehicle was done after a couple of hours. I am very impressed with how Duane gives great customer service to his customers. I even received a discount which wasn't that bad, but none the less I am very happy. My windows are smooth and dark, in which I was worried I would see a bubble come out at some point. But no. Duane told me what to do in case something "terrible" were to happen but nothing ever did. Plus I was given everything upfront. The total amount for the process. Nothing changed even after it was done. And I received a certificate for the windows that shows the tint is authentic and that the density of the color in the tint isn't dark in a way that is illegal for my state. Best decision I ever made! I did some research of surrounding tint shops in the area, and this shop caught my eye. I contacted them over the phone; Super professional and helpful!Answered all my questions that I had and booked my appointment right then and there. When I got to the store I was a little nervous about which tint I should get because I had little to no knowledge on tint. The gentleman took me to his display on the wall and gave me the run down on brands, types, quality, & price. He also showed me some examples of work the shop has done that were parked outside. It gave me more of an idea of what percentage to put on my vehicle. Once I told him what I wanted he directed my family and I to the waiting room, which had a tv with Netflix, water, & coffee. The location is in a perfect spot as well due to the fact that it is surrounded by fast food restaurants. After the work was completed he took us to see the finished product and WOW it looked even better than I imagined! I highly recommend this place than any other shop around the Killeen/Ft Hood area. Well, as others have reported in the reviews.. this place was fantastic! I think the owner is who greeted and helped me. He was very thorough explaining the differences in tint films and wasn't pushy towards a more expensive film. The service was exceptionally fast as well! I also didn't have cash on me because I didn't want to be late to my appointment, so after he was finished, he trusted me to let me go grab cash real quick and bring it back! Also, when I came in, he had asked me if I said on the phone (when I called to make an appointment) that I didn't receive a message back when I requested a quote, there was just a simple miscommunication from what I had said to his son. But he seemed genuinely concerned that I didn't receive a response (which I did), but I appreciated the concern. Just go see for yourself, they're great! read more

I would highly recommend this shop. I know I have become a repeat customer based solely on how respectful and friendly the staff was. I went to this place to get my windows tinted because of how well the reviews were. First off, those reviews and high ratings arent just for show, their profesionalism and customer service were outstanding. I contacted them via yelp and immediately got back to me. They squeezed me in same day. I got to the shop and the guy educated me on the different types of tint and explained each one. After that i waited no more than an hour and they were done! I was a little indecisive but he helped me make a decision based off of what i want and may like. He wasnt just trying to sell me the top product. This is a great family owned business that cares about the customer! I wanted to get my windows tinted for a good price but I was mostly concerned with the quality. I began researching all the tint service shops in the Cove/Killeen area and Auto Impressions stuck out to me through great reviews and a nationally recognized warranty. I am please with the service and product I received. Dwayne took time to explain the tinting options, their merits and pricing. His associate performed installation and further advised me about how to care for the tinting in days/weeks following install as well as long term care. A manufacture warranty was provided. The shop's customer waiting area has comfortable chairs, television, magazines, restrooms, and ice cold air conditioning. There are also viewing windows looking onto the shop floor. After working private fleet service for many years, you could never pay me enough to work commercial, but Auto Impressions made an excellent impression on me. Very recommended. read more

Duane was quick to respond to my inquiries even late at night. Excellent customer service and flexible to work around both our schedules to get my truck in. The shop was very easy to find and get in and out of. The waiting area was set up very nice with comfortable chairs to invite people to wait for their vehicles while being entertained with Netflix. Duane and his son were very welcoming and professional the entire time. They completed a full tint on my truck in about an hour which was extremely faster than I was expecting. These guys are amazing!! I called for a quote and the got me in the next day. When I arrived I was greeted immediately and was made to feel comfortable and right at home.
