Caliber did an excellent job. They came to me and knocked it out in a couple hours. I had previously had another vendor come out and they said they could not complete the job due to some error codes associated with the camera and I would have to take it to the dealer. A major pain. The caliber rep said it would be no problem and the error codes were common and would not impact his ability to install the window and recalibrate everything. My appt time was 8-12. No one contacted me prior to the time. I contacted the main office to try to ascertain a time that my technician would be here. At 11:20, I attempted to reach out to the technician Ashad but "vm not setup". I got a text at 11:48 advising me he was at another job. Again no mention when he'd be at my residence. I finally got a call around 1:15 from Frankie who had been assigned the call. (And yes I took out my frustration on this technician not realizing he was not the one) Once here, he was prompt, attentive and very professional. If not for Frankie I would have said no to ever recommending the business! My rate is 2 stars due to Ashad's lack of communicating with me. read more

Having two chips repaired in my windshield was very easy peasy. Making the appointment over the phone was convenient, and their technician Theo was well-mannered, friendly and competent. Came to the house to complete the repair and when he was finished, it was very difficult to tell where the original damage was located. Not sure on the " value " since my insurance company paid for the repair. However, I doubt if I could have received a better repair from anyone else. A very frightening experience dealing with a lying technician and then the General Manager rudely and unprofessionally justifying that. A technician came to home to fix broken windshield of BMW X3. Before he came and when he came, I clearly asked that all the functions will work as it is and they understand how to make it work after installation of windshield. Functions like head up display, rain sensing wiper, and camera installed on windshield. technician said they know all that. I gave the keys. BMW shows any problems right in the dashboard. I took car out of the garage and gave the keys to technician. absolutely no problems in the dashboard at all. technician installed the windshield, after that , takes it for a spin to calibrate. After may be 30 minutes in the phone with someone, technician calls me out and tells me there are problem codes in the car and tells me that those were already there and he is trying to fix but cannot. I said, there were no problems at all. he said may be battery is bad that is causing the codes. I said, battery was replaced 6 months back by the dealer as part of maintenance and there were no problems anywhere else. The issue he is telling that existed already was directly related to camera reinstalled by him in the windshield. the moment you start the car with that problem, BMW shows warning sign and sounds alarm. The technician keeps lying that the problem was already there and he scanned the car before change and code was there. I said, if it was there why he did not tell me before doing any work. He said that's his fault. Anyways, he makes me to speak with his General Manager, who without taking any of my inputs, tells me the problem was already there. I told him, there was no problems in the car and issue now we see is directly relegated to what you installed, please don't try to affix this problem on me, own it and fix it. He became rude and said he is trying to tell me the truth and help me etc. I said go to hell and fix the car and return me how I gave it to you. He asked me to give the phone to technician. after that , technician, without resolving the issue and claiming that problem was there tries to leave by giving me phone number of the same rude GM for me to call him and have there technician come and look into the car. At that point, I asked my wife to record the conversation, I refused to take the piece of paper with phone no on it and demanded the technician to send me email that he broke the car and will send technician to fix it. He kept lying saying he did not break the car and it was like that. when I did not take that paper and refused to call anyone, technician left. I told him to be ready to get sued. Anyways, i take the car out for an errand later in the evening and after driving few miles, warning sign on the dashboard goes away. I check car status and no problems shown by BMW. Later I read in forums, and it turned out that after windshield installation, camera calibration can take time . Moral of the story, these guys are not trained, rude and worst part , liars, trying to blame customer for the parts they broke or could not calibrate. Stay away. read more
