Dealing with vehicle issues is not my favorite part of any day but dealing with this team at Caliber Auto Glass made the inconvenience easier to deal with. From the person I spoke to when I scheduled my appointment, to technician extraordinaire Brian to rock star manager Isaac. I scheduled my appointment online then realized there was a phone # listed. I was able to have my appointment moved up 2 days earlier! She was very thorough, pleasant and recapped the appointment details to verify I was fully aware of what I was requesting. I wished I had made note of her name. They say first impressions are key and she nailed it for Caliber Auto Glass! Brian called me the morning of the appointment to provide an estimate as to what time I could expect him to arrive. Brian is very knowledgeable and shared the best options for me to deal with the auto glass issue. Everything Brian said he would do, he did! Brian truly is an asset to Caliber Glass. Kudos to Isaac for going above and beyond to ensure I was a happy customer! This team confirmed there are still individuals that have a strong work ethic and put their best foot forward! Rest assured I will call Caliber Auto Glass anytime I need their services. 5 out of 5 stars! 10 out of 10 rating! read more

I had a small crack from a freeway rock, and wanted it fixed before it spread. Happily, it was covered by my State Farm insurance at the Ted Alexander Insurance Agency here in Taylor, and they recommended Caliber Auto Glass for repair. I called Caliber, they scheduled me, texted a confirmation, and Dan, the actual repairman, called to give me a very accurate time when he would be there to fix my windshield. Dan was professional, friendly, took his time, and I am very happy to give a ***** 5 star report to State Farm, Caliber Auto Glass, and, of course, Dan! read more

"I recently had an amazing experience with Caliber Auto Glass. My front windshield got damaged while driving from Austin to Marble Falls, and I was dreading the cost and hassle of repairs. However, Caliber Auto Glass went above and beyond. Not only did they offer a significantly lower price compared to local shops in Marble Falls, but they also ensured my windshield was fixed quickly and efficiently. Their service was exceptional, and I couldn't be happier with the result. Highly recommended for anyone needing auto glass services!" read more

Big thanks to the service coordinator Joanne for making a windshield repair so easy. She asked the right questions to figure out what I needed and handled the insurance side of things while I was on the phone with her. Also a thank you to Marty, the very nice and professional tech who came to my car and fixed the crack right there, which was way better than sitting in a waiting room. Since it was covered, I didn't have to pay anything. Really good experience. read more

I first called another well-known auto glass company and was told the final cost would be almost $1000 and the first appointment would be two weeks out. When I called Caliber, I was told they would be out the next day and the charge would be almost $600. The Technician with Caliber called the next day to let me know when he would be out. I am so thrilled to have my car back! If I ever again need a windshield replaced, I'm calling Caliber!. read more

Communication was great, quality of the work was amazing! I originally requested to replace the windshield; not thinking it could be repaired with a quarter size rock in the line of site but surprisingly it repaired nicely and saved me a deductible which was a high value and savings. The repair was also done at my home and completed within 10 minute. Highly recommend Gerardo! read more
