The business is plainly visible from the road, the location is easy to get to with plentiful parking. The owner was accommodating & agreeable, allowing me to drop my car off when he opened & giving me a ride to work nearby. I was called to alert me that the work was done. When I arrived I paid & received written care instructions. The entire procedure was easy & hassle free. The workmanship was first class, indistinguishable from the original. The interior was clean & thus far their aren't any apparent leaks; no wind noise, & I have every confidence that when Texas gets rain again (someday) it will be water tight. This has been a thoroughly professional job, & completely satisfactory. If I find myself in need of their services again, I have every confidence in their competence. 1 STAR -- SAVE YOURSELF THE HEADACHE AND GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!…read more This is by far one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had with a business. At first, the owner was extremely friendly and accommodating because he wanted my business. Once he had it, that completely changed. The friendliness disappeared, and so did the professionalism. I was told the windshield replacement would take 3/4 hrs, called 15 minutes prior to 4 hrs and was told it was going to be done by the time I got there. I arrived approximately 30 minutes later, expecting the vehicle to be ready as promised. It wasn't. I was then told I would have to wait another 20 minutes. When my wife explained that she didn't have additional time to wait because we had specifically been given a completion time, the owner became argumentative and disrespectful toward her. Instead of listening to a customer and acknowledging that they had failed to meet the time they promised, he talked over her and treated her like her concerns didn't matter. The way he spoke to and treated my wife was completely unacceptable. There is no excuse for an owner or man to behave that way toward a customer. Then we discovered damage around the windshield area that wasn't there before the vehicle was brought to the shop. When we confronted the owner about it, instead of taking responsibility or even making a genuine effort to resolve the problem, he denied that his shop caused the damage and told us to prove it and that they don't have insurance. Think about that for a moment: you take your vehicle to a professional shop, they perform work on it, you discover damage afterward, and the owner's response is essentially it wasn't us" and "we don't have insurance." That should tell you everything you need to know about how this business handles accountability. And the situation became even more disturbing when I confronted the owner about the way my wife had been treated. He claimed he had only heard about the incident from the supervisor. That was simply not true. He was there and was personally involved in the conversation. So now we're dealing with poor customer service, damage to a customer's vehicle, refusal to accept responsibility, and lies from the owner himself. This isn't how a reputable business should operate. A business owner should stand behind his work. He should respect his customers. He should take responsibility when something goes wrong. And above all, he should be honest with the people who are paying him. We experienced none of that. The problem isn't simply that the windshield replacement was a bad experience. The bigger problem is the attitude, lack of accountability, and complete disregard for the customer once they already have your money. Businesses in our community should be held to a higher standard. The values and business practices we experienced here are not values I believe should be supported or rewarded by our community. I would strongly encourage anyone reading this to take your business somewhere else. There are plenty of businesses that will treat you with respect, communicate honestly, and stand behind their work. If I could give zero stars, I would. Owner is a crook and a disrespectful prick.

Long story short, filed a claim, went to Safelite but, the cost was too high and my insurance didn't cover the entire job. And they didn't leave with much options in terms of financing. I had same scenario with the dealership. Instead of paying $1,300.00+ for the windshield replacement and sensor calibration, I went here and paid half for the same quality of work I would've gotten at the dealership. I highly recommend this place. Talk to Nabeel, he's a straight shooter. Don't be alarmed if he seems angry. He'll tell what your options are and what the worst case scenario would be. They really took the time to take care of the vehicle and I appreciate that. Excellent Job!!!
