WORST JOB EVER. Save your money and time. Go somewhere else. It had been a nightmare using this company. This is not an honest or good company!! They charged me for new molding and glued down the old ones. They left multiple air gaps in the windshield. They scratched up our cars paint. They broke all the cowl clips and then tried to "fix" it by gluing it down. Two times they replaced the windshield back to back because it re-cracked the NEXT DAY after replacement. Now they are saying they won't take responsibility for it, or give us a refund. We will be seeing an attorney over this. I've never sued anyone in my life but this is actually criminal. i have since hired a different company who did a phenomenal job and said that they have to "fix" Aztec's jobs, all the time!!! Pros- They were able to come out quickly and the window looks good so far. Cons- The technicians left a huge mess inside the car! There is rusted metal from where they cut all over the interior and they left a giant smear of something black on the seat :( Also, be aware that the technicians did not wear masks or gloves. Not sure if they have any COVID protocol. read more

I stopped by Friday afternoon and they scheduled me in for the next morning. Everything was finished in maybe 30 minutes (it didn't feel like a long wait at all) and they gave me a really great price (almost half of what other companies quoted me!) Honest! Went in to have a possible windshield leak diagnosed and it was determined to be sunroof drains instead. They could've easily pushed a new windshield and said "oops guess that wasn't it" when problems continued. I also had some chips and cracked moldings that were also determined to be more cosmetic issues or ones where the fix could cause more damage. There are tons of glass places around and most people don't have the experience to evaluate the diagnosis so honesty of the shop is the most important criteria to me. read more

After successfully putting off getting my windshield replaced for a month, I decided the two 18-inch cracks had to go. I called Aztek yesterday and they thankfully had an appointment for this morning AND the windshield specific for my car. Oh and the best part? They came to ME! I comfortably sat inside on my couch, instead of some drab waiting room, while my repair man fixed my car right up. And 30 minutes later, my car was done. They replaced my van window quickly at a really good price and a were a pleasure to deal with.

The workmanship was not impressive. The inside of the car where the glass was installed with a glue was terribly done. The lady was not helpful at all. Not mentioning they have a mobile service. I also told the lady my rear view mirror was at the trunk to please have it mounted, it was ignored. It was good I noticed that it was not done. I told them to put it on. I also have a huge problem when I cannot see the work they are doing. Most especially being a first time customer. Trust was not developed. One good side was they used a windshield moulding that was better than original. Although it does not solve the workmanship issue. read more

Based on the good Yelp reviews, I decided to give these guys a try: submitted the online form with all the information that is necessary to provide a quote (they even asked for VIN#). I didn't hear back right away so I called in explaining that I had already submitted all information online but for some reason they couldn't access it so they took my info again promising to call back shortly with a quote for a windshield replacement. Finally received a call back 6 hours later and made arrangements to get my windshield replaced (on a more positive note they beat a competitor's quote by one dollar). The installers eventually showed up in the afternoon but unfortunately with the wrong windshield (!) even though I had provided all my info twice at that point. Rescheduled installation for the following day and I asked the lady on the phone if it could be done in the morning which she confirmed they could do. It's now past 6pm and no sign of the installers (we even called in again around 12:45pm to get an update - we were ensured they will come) - not even going to try to reschedule. I'm not impressed with this company and will go with the competitor.This company is not reliable. Wasted time and energy on this one. read more

I called on a Friday afternoon (thinking they wouldn't be able to fit me in until Monday) and they were able to come out the next day around lunch time. They arrived at my house on Saturday (at the time they quoted) and I had a new windshield within 30 minutes - all while I sat in the comfort of my own home. Called them to fix our rain sensor that had fallen off my windshield. Mazda in Georgetown referred us to Aztek. We called on Monday afternoon and Renee got us right in that afternoon and fixed the sensor on the spot. How often does that happen anywhere? Hardly ever! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME ON THIS SHADY AUTO-GLASS SHOP. I am far from a Karen so this should mean something to future clients. I came in to get a replacement for my quarter glass at 9:45 am. There was only one lady there outside, the only thing she said to me was, can I have your keys? (Without asking for any of my information or who she was) after the fact, I waited 3 HOURS for somebody to even come inside the building. At that point I asked how long it would take, I was told "it's a long process", I asked for an estimate and I was told "an hour or more". Another hour goes by (which makes 4 hours) without anyone even touching my car. I was told they cannot replace the molding (Bc they got an after market glass) but that they can still glue the glass STRAIGHT ONTO THE METAL. I called around and was told that isn't how it works and that they were trying to scam me. I told her no so she told me (((SHE)))) would pick a molding up from a junkyard and send me a picture before hand to make sure it was okay. 2 MORE HOURS GO BY and she still hasn't left to get it. I finally told her I want my keys, I will go somewhere else. Then she says MY CAR IS ALREADY BEING WORKED ON... when nobody sent me pictures of the molding. I walked outside to discover the car was still untouched.. earlier in the appointment I had asked to speak with the owner and I was told "he doesn't speak English" but when I asked again at the end he came to the front and appeared to speak English to me.. I walked out at 1pm with less than I came in with because they took the molding from my car. A women came in and told me it was her 3rd time being there Bc they hadn't put her windshield in correctly and her car started flooding in the rain (she showed me a video. She had to come in because they wouldn't answer her calls anymore. Do not waste your time or money on this place. read more

I've lived in Norway, England, Japan, Germany and all around the United States, literally. These guys are the best, efficient, affordable and expedient Auto Glass company. Within an 1 1/2 frame, the back window of my Subaru Outback was fixed. Courteous employees and knowledgable. More companies around Austin should take note of what a properly exectued business plan like Aztek delivers. They put their customers and customer's safety first. I searched around our area for a while for a windshield prices and ratings and I found this place in pflugerville . These guys did a great job and We didnt even have time to eat dinner they got done in less then an hour and they put all our txtag and stickers back on. If I could give them negative stars I would. They said they would be at my mechanics shop at 10:00 a.m. to replace my windshield. They didn't show up until 4:00 p.m. The also did a terrible job. They left 4 inches on both vertical sides of the windshield at the bottom without rubber edging. So, you can look down inside the door and fender. I can't wash my car, and I can't leave it out in the rain. The windshield itself looks like a good quality, tinted windshield. However, the installation must be redone. My mechanic called them yesterday in the morning, and by 4:00 p.m. had not gotten a call back. If Aztek won't redo the installation, I will have to pay another company to do it. Aztek looks really bad right now. I hope they will do the right thing. We'll see. read more

Such a great experience! I called for a quote in the morning and a few hours later I had a new windshield installed without ever leaving the house. I got quotes from several other places and Aztek was by far the most affordable... then they hooked me up with a coupon... and then they added at-home installation (a shock to me, most places won't come out to Jarrell but their service is huge!). I am writing the second review for this company. I already left them a negative review. After calling them few times only they were able to resolve my issue. Because of that I am giving them 4 star rating. owner (manager ) does not want to admit he is the manager first time, but he resolved my issue. I am not sure weather they have the cheapest price as I did not go to other places. I paid under $200 to replace my 2012 Rav4 windshield, which I am thinking reasonable. I am reposting this since it appears my review was taken down. I would not do business with these people ever again. My car was broken into and the glass shattered. Called Aztek due to their great reviews and was told they would be out there the first thing the next morning. When I called the next day to get a time frame they told me it would be more like 3 o'clock instead of first thing in the morning like I was told the day before after talking to the employee they rescheduled me for the next appointment at 10. During the install the guys who changed the window out were great but they left glass in my door that still rattles arround from time to time and they did not put the panel back on the door correctly, I called them and left them a message. Luckily the next day I went to get the windows tinted and another company had good enough customer service to fix the bad finish work that Aztek left. I left a review and their "business manager" responded with, "well the problem was fixed by someone else so there is nothing else we can do." Now I have noticed that my review is no longer there.
