I recently bought a new vehicle. The vehicle I signed for had some body damage on the back left…read morebumper. The pearl white paint was gouged out, and on a bright white car, that's a pretty painful eyesore. I bought the car from Hertz Car Sales in Killeen and they assured me they would fix the damage. They had me sign a "We Owe" form where they would essentially allow me to bring my car back to their lot and they'd repair the damage. When I brought the car back, they had a contractor work on it, but he didn't improve it at all. So my salesman sent me to the International Collision Center in downtown Killeen. I'm glad he did. Of all the vehicle maintenance I've had, this was easily the best place I've gone to. The place is a little hard to find--it's a small business that opened its doors in 2016 so it appears to still be working on its outreach--but once I was in the door, the customer interaction was world class. After a few phone calls, I scheduled a time to bring my car in. When I made it there, I was immediately greeted by the owner. His name is Lenny, and in speaking with him for a bit before I turned my car over, I learned very quickly that this guy has spent a lifetime working hard to provide several good services for his customers. Lenny's worked in the automotive industry for the majority of his life and recently decided to start his own business. He's done a great job so far. On top of the body work I needed, I decided to get my windows tinted, too. He said, "Yeah, we can tint your windows, man. We can do pretty much anything!" He talked a lot about honesty with his customers and how important it is to keep it real with them. He got to know me and seemed genuinely interested in learning about his clientele. I appreciated that a lot. It definitely helps that he's an attractive and charming guy who actually smiles for a change, too. By the end of the entire transaction, the eyesore was gone and the windows were tinted. He also charged a very fair price for the work and gave me a lifetime warranty for the window tint. In the future, I look forward to keeping in touch with this team and helping them spread the word. Lenny made me feel comfortable and kept it real. I think that's the kind of service we're all looking for when we need a helping hand.

He always treats you like you're the most important person he is helping. It takes the stress out of the equation. Car repairs, especially big ones are never fun, but I know it will be done right. They warranty their work. There is a shuttle to drop your car off and take you home. There is a GM rewards program to get a little cash back for loyalty. Thry mail us coupons regularly. When it's time to buy again, I will get a GM to make using that shop easier. They work on my Ford too, but occasionally it has to go to a Ford dealership for bigger things. They do Nitro for tires and oil changes and tire checks are quick. People assume dealership always equals expensive. In our experience it means done right the first time at fair prices. We took our Saturn once to three places and were so frustrated that despite all these visits and repairs and big money...the car still died or didn't start a lot. GM dealership had it diagnosed and repaired before we could get home. It was a seven dollar cable. We had spent hundreds at other shops.

Never Again ! Car wouldnt run , I floored the accelerator, VSA light on and no movement. Set another date for him to come out and do the work, he came replaced brake switch, brakes and calipers. Drove it one block and said the work was done and car was running fine. Paid 669.00 . I drove the car it left me stranded with the same VSA light and issue, called them back they sent someone out 2 days later who determined that the first mechanic failed to bleed the brakes. 3 days after that Im getting ready to run errands... SAME ISSUE CAR WONT MOVE LEFT ME STRANDED after driving 2.5 miles. Had it towed to a mechanic shop cause at this point I dont want Nuts or Bolts to touch a fkng thing I own. The mechanics I took the car to determined that when the previous mechanic replaced the break switch he put a screw in stead of a grommet. The grommet is what presses the switch to allow the breaks to come back into position once you take your foot off the breaks. Paid thebnew nechanic who was very transparent and even suggested that they dont understand why they replaced all that and failed to mention that I need new Rotors ! or at the very lease had them resurfaced for 669.00 !!!
