PLEASE WHATEVER YOU DO, DON'T TAKE YOUR CAR TO THESE PEOPLE! THEY DO THIS SHIT BECAUSE THEY KNOW THEY CAN! I wish I could put a zero! This has been the worst experience I have ever had with a car repair company. These people have had my vehicle since the 29th of September. Still, I have not gotten my car back. They keep giving some lame ass excuses as to why my vehicle is not done. Then the "main manager is never there." Of course that would be to much like right. I am about to lose my job. I work in Austin and can not afford to get a lytf anymore to work. I am all our of money. I know these mfs don't care if I lose my job, and can't pay them my $1000 deductible, that is probably what they want. I have to try and hold on to my $1000 deductible in order to get my car from this awful company. I have never liked car repair shops, and the last one I went to that was women owned had given me hope, Caliber Collision in Harker Heights, has proven me right, these people are a bunch of sharks just trying to get money and refuse to do honest business. Now I have to choose to get my car out or keep my job, because I have to lyft or uber with the money I was supposed get my car out with. Not to mention they told me I would have my car by the17th of October, only to let me know after I called them the day of that it would not be ready, poor customer service much! Communication is nonexistent! I'm sure they don't care if I lose my job its their job to get over on people. They should at least have a car/s if they say the work will be done by a certain day and it is not. However that would be to much like good business. I hope I never have to see this place again if I am ever able to get my car back from this shop. I have been more than patient, now I am, tired frustratedand out of money for this BS. Chris was amazing! He made sure that I was aware of what was going on with my car and the prices as well! Most times I have no idea what's being done cause the car lingo goes over my head but he had it very easy to understand and he got my car back in a timely manner! He was also sweet enough to fix my phone holder that I had tried to set up in my car but gave up. He didn't have to fix it for me but he did! Would not recommend due to lying and unprofessionalisim of front house technician. Went to drop off my 23 Jeep Gladiator for repairs after the hail storm. Didn't make it past one minute into meeting with the technician. 3rd part missed a rip in the rear window. The first thing I did was ask what was the next step to get that fixed..."it's not us you got to get with them.l." USAA they have an estimate anything additional found woud be taken care of....then I went back in to talk to someone that might help more than that tech and he start talking over me changing the story and saying I am putting words in his mouth. If I can leave zero stars I would I believe there's a way to deliver things when dealing with new clientele. That being said the lady with the bob haircut in the front can't remember her name maybe Karen or was it Angela but she's just straight relentless glad I took my business to gerber collision instead they took me in with no attitude just very welcoming compared to the lady in the front at caliber. I got rear ended one day. Thank goodness my lover wasn't with me. So I got an appointment here, took it, and then found out it would be a couple days when they could actually get to it but they would probably have to send it to another shop anyway. At least I didn't have to spend a month with a rental on my own dime. There was some issue with insurance so it wasn't entirely their fault. Repairs turned out fine, the employees were nice, but is still have an issue with creating an appointment that is nothing more than a drop off time. In my mind that is the time and date when I leave my car and they start work or at least attempt to. read more

This repair facility is near to where I live. Very convenient for me, and the entire employees where were very helpful. I showed up on my appointment for estimate and the service advisor showed up shortly. Danny informs me all the details before the repair that I will be getting a text notification on every steps of the repair until the repair is completed. A few days later I brought back the car to get it repaired. In 4 days, it's done. I was completely satisfied with the repair. read more

We got into an accident that damaged the front passenger side of our car. Our car got towed to Caliber Collision and it was fixed within 4 days. They did a great job. Our car looks brand new again! There was a bit of an issue with the car's alignment after we got it back, and the manager of Caliber Collision came to our house, picked up our car, and redid the alignment for us. Showed up to a scheduled appointment at 730 in the morning to be told they were not ready to receive my vehicle and begin the repairs. I was told they had received a lot of tow ins and this had them behind. I was offered a chance to speak to the manager but if that person really cared they would have come out to speak to me in the first place knowing they had failed today. They attempted to reschedule me for the next week. However, if the company could not manage to be ready for the appointment that had already been made I'm not sure how they expect someone to believe they will be ready to get it right the next time. Not to mention I will never believe they discovered this at 730 in the morning. The very least this place could have done was to call the day prior admit their error and attempt to reschedule instead of waisting a persons time. Thanks but no thanks. read more

DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE! We got into a car accident & not only did they do a poor job of repairing the damage, but they gave the car back to us BROKEN with a messed up frame (which is dangerous to drive) Instead of fixing it, they are telling our insurance company that it's a pre existing condition! Like sub frames break everyday! The car is dangerous to drive! Every rotation of the wheel I not only hear but FEEL rattling in the axel area on the side of the impact. They told us they didn't know how to fix it when they gave the car back to us the first time, but promised to figure it out, the second time they gave it back in worse condition & then blamed us & said it was unrelated to the car accident! I can't believe the amount of neglect & sheer disrespect these ppl have for people's LIVES & cars! This is a brand new car we should not have to accept a broken car especially from an accident that we were not at fault for! They r lucky it's my boyfriends car & not mine because I would've had the attorneys in there from day one. We are now hiring an attorney and suing them for endangerment, repair cost & attorney's fees. We'll see you in court! read more

The repairs went ok. Nothing to complain about that but their organization in the office is disorganized at best. I had a claim from another insurance company. They released the check and caliber could not find it. So they held the vehicle an additional 2 days. Then I go to pick up the vehicle and they tried to charge me &250 deductible. It was not even a claim on my insurance company. Never again do business with caliber. The first time was a rough road too. At least at the other shop they are friendlier. read more

Very professional group. I went on a 2 week vacation when I dropped my SUV in October and received daily updates on the progress of my car. Great group of folks to work with. Excellent service. I had an appointment, arrived 15 minutes early, didn't have to wait, Danny appraised my car in 20 minutes, Danny stated that he would meet after hours in order for me to pick my up car after being fixed so I wouldn't have to pay for another day on a loaner car. The day of my appointment to drop my car off to get fix, I was waiting for Enterprise to pick me up and Josh drove me to Enterprise because it was going to be 30 minutes before Enterprise could pick me up, upon picking my car up after being fixed Josh stated that he would take care of returning my car to Enterprise. So upset with Caliber Collision in Harker Heights, TX. They are a #nissancertifiedrepaircenter, but they refused to serve me. They said something about not having a system setup to work with Nationwide and have to reconfigure things to be able to write an estimate for me. The #calibercollision representative asked for my keys, but I said that I would go out with him. He began to minimize the damages done to my vehicle and to even go so far as to refute the items that I pointed out to him. He said there is no way that the trunk of my 2016 #nissan #altama could be wobbling from a rearend three car pileup. He also went in on Nissan, saying that is how they make all of their vehicles, to wobble. I told him that it was not like that before the accident. Then I mentioned the exhaust coming from my vehicle with less than 6000 miles on it. He said it had nothing to do with the accident. I mentioned the tailpipe that was no longer aligned. More of the same reply. I showed him how the frame of the car had buckled out, he then went on to tell me that I must have run something over, because it is plastic and somehow unrelated to the rearending. He refused to write an estimate and told me if they want and estimate, they would have to come out and do it themselves. Well on that note, I had to walk away from this person. They obviously had some other agenda, and it had nothing to do with writing an estimate for #nationwideinsurance, but why did he have to treat me so bad? My feeling were hurt and I was insulted. These guys were absolutely fabulous! I was being transferred in two weeks when I hit a deer doing seventy at about 8;30pm on a Friday. To complicate things my wife and I were flying out on a house hunting trip on Sunday.
