The repairs were supposed to include fixing the passenger door frame and replacing the door. I chose them because they seemed nice, professional, and the timeline worked perfectly since I was leaving town for work. Instead, it took them 3 weeks to finish my car -- and when I finally got it back, the work was sloppy and incomplete. The passenger door now rattles like something inside is loose or broken, there's paint overspray on my windshield, and the door speaker no longer works. My husband and I tried several times to contact the owner, Lenny, who originally quoted us the 5-7 day timeframe, but he completely ignored our calls and texts. No response, no accountability. This shop clearly cuts corners and cares more about taking your money than doing quality work. They'll hand your car back unfinished and then avoid you when you call them out on it. Do not take your vehicle here. Unprofessional, unreliable, and not worth the headache.

I understand mine was a basic paint job but it is barely adequate. They obiviously don't use a paint booth as there is all kind of grit in the paint. I asked the owner about a spot on the hood and he had some excuse. They under estimated the price and time line by alot. They did get rid of the rust on the roof but it is not smooth at all very rough. I honestly think I could have gotten the same job at Maaco. I know what I will pay ahead of time. Andre is the liaison I deal with back there and he gives personalized service. He knows his long time clients. He always treats you like you're the most important person he is helping. It takes the stress out of the equation. Car repairs, especially big ones are never fun, but I know it will be done right. They warranty their work. There is a shuttle to drop your car off and take you home. There is a GM rewards program to get a little cash back for loyalty. Thry mail us coupons regularly. When it's time to buy again, I will get a GM to make using that shop easier. They work on my Ford too, but occasionally it has to go to a Ford dealership for bigger things. They do Nitro for tires and oil changes and tire checks are quick. People assume dealership always equals expensive. In our experience it means done right the first time at fair prices. We took our Saturn once to three places and were so frustrated that despite all these visits and repairs and big money...the car still died or didn't start a lot. GM dealership had it diagnosed and repaired before we could get home. It was a seven dollar cable. We had spent hundreds at other shops.
