Whatever tech I first got to experience with was fantastic!!! Explained what I needed and right after when I started dealing with the front desk I was met with some rude interaction not worth getting into on this review (was assured by the manager not how they do business so I let it go) then comes Kevin, professional to the point no nonsense tech got our situation all figured out and had the manager talk with me. The manager was phenomenal assured me team training dynamics were set in place and that the issue I was originally concerned with would be taken care of. I used this location several years ago when my diesel truck was rear ended. When the hail storm hit back in May (2024), I attempted to use local business in my area to do the repairs on my truck. Due to the extensive damage and complications with scheduling, this was the only location that would take my business. From the very beginning, they took strides to ease all my concerns. The repairs were completed about a month ahead of schedule from the initial estimate. Customer service throughout the repair process was opened and frequent communication. I was routinely contacted about the status of my vehicle. When I arrived to pick up my vehicle, I was impressed with how clean it was inside and out. While I inspected my vehicle, Kevin, the shop foreman, walked around with me pointing out and explaining all the repairs. He was very courteous and friendly, allowing me to take my time and look my vehicle over thoroughly. He explained the supplements and addendums to the original estimate, for additional damages that were uncovered during the process. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE! We got into a car accident & not only did they do a poor job of repairing the damage, but they gave the car back to us BROKEN with a messed up frame (which is dangerous to drive) Instead of fixing it, they are telling our insurance company that it's a pre existing condition! Like sub frames break everyday! The car is dangerous to drive! Every rotation of the wheel I not only hear but FEEL rattling in the axel area on the side of the impact. They told us they didn't know how to fix it when they gave the car back to us the first time, but promised to figure it out, the second time they gave it back in worse condition & then blamed us & said it was unrelated to the car accident! I can't believe the amount of neglect & sheer disrespect these ppl have for people's LIVES & cars! This is a brand new car we should not have to accept a broken car especially from an accident that we were not at fault for! They r lucky it's my boyfriends car & not mine because I would've had the attorneys in there from day one. We are now hiring an attorney and suing them for endangerment, repair cost & attorney's fees. We'll see you in court! read more

Damaged the driver side bumper of a large SUV. Found Caliber Collision on USAA approved body shop list (I didn't use insurance). I also got quotes from body shops in the area that ran between $650 and $1000 with Caliber Collision being in the middle. I set up an appointment with Caliber Collision but made another with a different body shop for a week earlier. Received several emails and text messages from Caliber Collision reminding me of my appointment. Never heard another word from the other body shop. Day of my appointment came and went with the other body shop and no word. Dropped by SUV on a Monday afternoons at Caliber Collision. Receptionist were nice, guy that did the vehicle inspection was thorough. They offer you cold water all the time as well. Got a call later in the day from a Caliber telling me the replacement bumper was in the paint shop and my SUV would be ready soon. Received several text messages with a status on the repair as well as a another phone call. Vehicle was ready on Wednesday afternoon for pickup. Everyone was great when I went to pick it up. Would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for an auto body shop. Definitely get a quote from them. read more

First off let me say that Carlos and the auto body ppl are THE BOMB at this place, okay?? I have an Acura TSX that needed the glass replaced on the rear passenger brake so I came here light last week. When I was in North Dakota the auto body shops tried to charge me 3 to 4k to do it. They said they couldn't do it unless they did the whole body work to the trunk and back of the car. Bullsh*t because when I got to Calliber, Carlos told me and my husband EXACTLY what we needed to do so it would be fixed. He gave me a quote and said to come back on a specific day and time. We got there, he saw us, took the car in the back and they worked their magic. He told me it was gonna be like under an hour and I KID YOU NOT my car was done in 30 f*cking mins!!!! And how great it looked without that ugly red tape on the back. I was driving like that for maybe about a year and now since I came here I was not only able to get it fixed but for 1% OF THE PRICE the other guys tried to strong arm me for in ND. The back of my car looks great and you can barely even notice the damage by the lights cuz the new lights look so good. Everyone was kind and service was great. Didn't have to wait long. The place was clean and the receptionists were even making sure the surfaces were wiped down throughly because of COVID19. They really do love their customers. I even had the center brake light go out after I left and when I called Carlos and asked him to take a look, he told me to bring it back and found the problem, pulled the car in the back and changed the bulb for free!!!! I mean, what kind of car place does that?!?!? Anyways, when I do get the trunk and back of my car fixed, I will DEFINITELY be bringing it here!! 5 stars!! I had a small dent on the left front quarter panel of my truck that didn't require a lot to repair. And the shop had the truck back to me within a few days just in time for a trip my wife and I were taking. HOWEVER....... They removed the front valance on the bumper to paint the quarter panel properly but never replaced it correctly. Several days after the repair was completed I noticed a weird noise coming from the front end of my truck. It didn't take long to figure out the problem. The valance had not been reinstalled but instead "laid" on top of the bumper and was "flapping" as I drove. I had to dissemble several parts to properly install something I should never of had to deal with. Then I noticed the HEMI badge on the panel was coming off. Why you ask. Well, it seems although I was told the badge would be replaced with a new one the old badge was reused by pulling it off the panel, removing the adhesive tape on the back and reusing that tape (one small piece per end of the badge) then simply sticking back in place. Of course, the badge began coming off because the tape was reused and no longer had it's original strength and there wasn't enough tape to cover then entire badge so there was a sizable gap in the middle were adhesive tape should have been. i had to purchase a new badge and properly install it myself. But wait, there's more........ It seems the painter never bothered to completely mask the areas of the truck that didn't need repainted. I had to use SOS pads to remove to clear over spray on the chrome of the front bumper but still have spots on the hood where something was sprayed over the paint and caused dull spots. And finally, there were two screws missing from the drivers side wheel well cover. Not a big deal until the cover begins to flap during operation. Overall the people here are very friendly and the work was done quickly but it was done poorly and left me with additional issues to repair myself when I shouldn't have had to do anything. I can't believe how I had to baby sit this particular company when it came to getting my estimate and getting my car fixed. To start it off it took me a whole week just to get a estimate sent back to my insurance company when I was told max 24 hours. When I did get my car in I was not happy with the calls or updates that I didnt get while it was being fixed. So when I finally pick my car up it wasnt even complete so now I'm waiting on them to give me a call back so I know when I can drop it off again. read more

Recent encounter with Caliber Collision, I dropped my vehicle off for some repairs and don't get me wrong they did a good job with fixing my vehicle. However when I returned to pick up my vehicle and got inside I noticed all my change was missing out of my middle console. I know they say take all your valuable belongings out of your car but who would of thought you would have to take your loose change out. It's unfortunate that the same people you trust with your car are the same ones taking things out of them. Even though it was only a few dollars it's the principle of it all. read more

In the past I had a good experience with Calibur, but this time was a little different. It took 22 days to get my car back because; 1) after all repairs were done they found that the parking sensors weren't working. I told the "service advisor" that on the first day when I dropped the car off. 2) They didn't use the headlights that I provided when I dropped the car off, because he forgot (again, or just doesn't listen to the customer), so he spent an extra week waiting to get approval from the insurance company when that should have been done at the beginning. Also, when I got the car home, the weather stripping under the hood was not put back in place. Lastly, their text updates are completely worthless. all they say is "We are still working on your car." Realy? I'd never have guessed. The texts don't actually tell you the progress of the work. I was told they are just spit out by the computer from time to time. Like when I got a text saying that the car was finished and ready for pickup, so i dropped everything I was doing to go down there and of course it wasn't ready. So, if you get a text from them, make sure you call to confirm. Otherwise they do good work. I think if I would have had a different person to work with, who paid attention at the beginning and noted the things I told him, then I wouldn't have had these problems. read more
