It took them four times just to fix a windshield wiper bottle. I even told them that it was busted, and only found out that it was still busted when I went to fill it up, I found the destroyed pieces in there. Still after driving there 3 times at 30 mile round trip did it get fixed. I was never compensated for the gas it took to get there. I even had to take a cab at times because they needed my car longer than they quoted. read more

I dropped my car off right before closing on a Friday night. Despite being so late, Aaron immediately worked up an estimate and gave me a completion date of the following Friday. He was very through in explaining the extent of the damage & what he had to do to repair my car to like new condition. He also took time to review his estimate with me so that I understood exactly what had to be done & how much it would cost. Aaron kept in touch with me via calls & text messages throughout the following week and was actually able to have my car ready by Wednesday evening - two days early! Aaron was very courteous when I picked up my car, again going over the final bill to make sure I understood everything. All in all, this was the best experience I've ever had at a body shop. I have to say I am disappointed. My son has his car towed here after he wrecked it. The damage is pretty bad, however that is not the issue. Son can't afford repairs so we came to tow home. They basically showed us to the car and then walked away. They knew it wouldn't move and did not have a car mover/ pusher. Basically washed their hands of it. My husband is a veteran and disabled as well. My husband, myself, our younger son, and son's girlfriend were struggling to get it on the trailer. Chad came up and employee with collision to check on us. I explained the situation, he was kind enough to help us. First he gathered some guys to try and push it up, when that didn't work, he helped us come up with a plan. He brought chains to us so we could use the come along. With Chad and Larry helping us we were finally able to get it on the trailer. These gentlemen desire to be recognized for exceptional service. I do understand this company needs to make ends meet but my son is soldier and couldn't do it and could not store the car there while we saved money. People like Chad and Larry are so few in this world. I can't thank them enough. We even offered to pay them the 100 we would have to pay for a tow truck to help us get it on the trailer. Spent a lot of time running around for Caliber Collision. They make sure everything is convenient for them, I'm very unhappy with everything. They gave me a date for my car to be done and every time I've called it's been pushed back. They don't have anything together, there is no constant communication between the team inside and the garage. If I didn't reach out to them I would know nothing. I don't plan on ever having to go to another body shop but if I do have to it sure as heck will not be with caliber collision. read more

This is my second experience with this particular shop, the first time I had to take my vehicle back several times for them to get it right. I swore I would never use them again. The claims adjuster for my insurance company is located at Caliber Collision, as is Enterprise car rental. I decided to give them another chance since it had been a few years since the last person hit my vehicle and left without so much as a note on the windshield and hopefully they had new people fixing the vehicles. Although everyone inside the office are friendly and professional, the same can't be said for the bodywork "professionals". The paint job is awful, and there is over spray all over. I also started hearing wind whistling through the passenger window, I took my vehicle back today and sat for several hours while they "fixed" the mess ups. I finally got my vehicle, we took it for a test drive and the air whistling noise was still there! The manager said he couldn't figure it out, but he would call a contact at a Ford dealership and get back to me. When I brought my vehicle home, 2 of my neighbors came to check the deficiencies to make sure I wasn't being ripped off, they found that there was still over spray and the paint was not properly blended. I told them about the noise from the window, and they opened the door and immediately noticed the door wasn't hung properly! They advised me to notify my insurance carrier and tell them the problems with Caliber Collision and request to take my vehicle elsewhere to have it repaired PROPERLY!!! I'm only giving them a 2 star rating because of how nice the office workers are, if not for them I would give them negative stars for the poor workmanship!!!! read more

Well my whole adventure with Caliber started in California. I had an accident and USAA did what they do best and took care of everything; rental, repair, and payment. the problem started when I went to pick up my car. I had one of there employees assist me In loading it on a trailer and began my move to Texas. I was already running late and was in a rush. so I stop at a friend's house in Phoenix and notice a dent on the drivers side door that wasn't there previously. I notified USAA and they set things up with this Caliber in Killeen. Drop off went smooth and had a rental to utilize until I got my car back. This time I take a look around and see a scuff on the driver door. It is quickly removed I am on my way. I get down the street and now the damn automatic window doesn't work. What the heck? Where is the professionalism? So now I'm here waiting again for them to fix their mistake again. I highly suggest utilizing a different body shop stay away from this company . read more

Do not take your vehicle to Caliber Collision in Killeen. If you have a vehicle valued over $25K, I strongly recommend you do not use Caliber. They used the bare minimum and cheap materials, supplies in my opinion. This was my first and last time. I have contacted my insurance carrier and launched a complaint against them for their sloppy work. I am taking my vehicle to someone else. They are always busy and rush thru there repairs. read more

My husband and I are so impressed with this place! My husband brought our Pathfinder in for an insurance estimate after someone ran into the back, and received exceedingly friendly, professional service. We were able to get a nice rental (they brought it to my husband when he took the car in for repair) and then returned it to drive our own car home when all work was completed. We were both pleased with the excellent work, and so appreciated the wash and vacuum before the car was released to us. I was originally scheduled to take my car to the location at Harker Heights after 5 minutes I knew that was not the place for me. I decided to try the Veterans location, which wasn't nearly as close but definitely worth the drive. From the moment I walked in the door both receptionists not only smiled but stood up and gave me a genuine greeting that confirmed I had made the right decision. Aleshia explained the whole process and answered all of my questions before I even asked. They kept me up to date with text, emails and phone calls I knew exactly what was going on with my car at all times. They worked well with me and my hectic schedule, kept me updated while they had my car, and they finished my car in 2 days when they estimated it would take 9!!! They have a very convenient enterprise rental car office right inside their building which was a huge help! The staff were all very nice and very helpful. I would give more than 5 stars if I could. I agree 100% with the other 1 star reviews. DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE TO THESE GUYS. They assure you that you can bring your vehicle back to them if you not satisfied with their work. As you can read by the other 2 one star reviews, they had to take their vehicles back multiple times. The rep I worked with got on the phone with my insurance adjuster before I could call him & tell him I was not satisfied with the work. First let me tell you about my accident. It was completely my fault. I pulled out in front of another car that I did not see coming. was not satisfied with the work. First let me tell you about my accident. It was completely my fault. I pulled out in front of another car that I did not see coming . - no idea how that was even possible, but it happened. The other car involved was totalled - yes, totalled. The damage to my vehicle was the driver's side front bumper. The impact was quite significant. Caliber said there was no suspension damage to my vehicle, so they did not do anything to it. This is where I need to tell you that almost exaclty one month before my accident we had brand new tires, brakes & struts put on my car & had it aligned. After Caliber "repaired" my car, the steering wheel shook when I tried to turn a corner, & it pulled to the right. I took it back to them to explain what was going on. He found a leak & took pics. He told me that the gasket that failed was "designed" to fail, & it happens all the time. Designed??? No, they are NOT designed to fail. The failure is typically due to the nature of the material the part is made from - rubber. Now the accident impact was hard enough to cause $4,000 in damages to my car & total out the other car. I asked if it was possible for the impact to have caused a chain reaction leading to the failure. The part that failed is on my driver's side of the engine. He said absolutely not. I took my car to another place that showed me the damage was more significant than the Caliber guy said. To the tube of $1500! The second opinion that I got was from a man who has more than 30 years of experience. He said it us entirety possible that the impact caused the failure of the part, because it was shoved to the side - not cracked as Caliber said. He said that it would be nearly impossible to prove, because the Caliber guy had already told the insurance adjuster the failure was a common occurrence. He also said he was very surprised that Caliber did not at least check my alignment due to my accident involved my front bumper. I called my insurance adjuster about this. He said the Caliber guy told him that unless something related to my suspension was bent, it did not happen because of my accident. DO NOT PUT YOUR VEHICLE IN THE HANDS OF THESE PEOPLE. They will not admit they might have missed something. read more

I do not recommend this shop who is paying out of pocket. They will not budge on getting after market parts, or doing what the customer wants done on their vehicle. My estimater Cody said they can only fix everything on the vehicle and nothing less bcause they are such a big corporation. read more

Worst body shop ever! Don't let the smooth talk fool you. I only went there because my insurance carrier used them. I thought this would make the whole process better, but I was terribly wrong. First of all, they said they would keep me updated on the work. I never heard anything from them until they were ready for payment. A one week job turned into months.When I went to pick up the car it was dirty,missing parts, some parts not replaced, some damage to other parts and over spray around the area that was supposed to be repaired. They tell you about the warranty on repairs because they know you will be coming back later. After telling the person who checks the car at return about the mistakes, I had to return. They said they would have to order the parts and would call me when ready to fix the missing items. They never called. This happened two times. The third time I met with the manager who again said, I will check on the parts and follow up with you later today. He never called. They don't care about quality work and they don't deserve to be in business at all. I will do everything in my power to prevent anyone else from going through what I went through. Whatever you do, don't take your car to this place. read more

Awesome service from start to finish! Had to bring my 2011 Scion TC in with body damage =( was extremely upset, most repair shops blew me off or had me wait 2 or 3 days just to look at it. The day of the accident i walked into caliber and the front desk ladies were awesome! Very sweet, kind and attentive! Even made me laugh! My service advisors were Ronan and Josh! They also were awesome! From the moment i walked in the door to drop my car off till the day i picked it up the customer service has been wonderful! Honest. fair priced and efficient!
