Zero stars if I could. I brought my car in with expensive sport tires and picked it up with cheaper replacements like someone tried to cut corners and hope I wouldn't notice. When I asked about it, I was told the real tires "couldn't be ordered" -- which I later proved wasn't true after contacting the same supplier myself. I even had to step in and get the correct tires handled because they wouldn't. On top of that, my car came back with a new scratch. If you want honesty, quality work, and a shop that gets it right the first time, this was NOT my experience here. Do your research before trusting this location with your vehicle. read more

Not good doesn't even come close I dtopped my car off on June 18th for collision repair...first est time of completion was July 5th then bumped to July 16th then July 22 then July 27 then Aug 2nd then Aug 16th...today is Aug 19th my car is not even put together yet ..I understand estimate means close to or around but seriously 2 months and 2 days this is beyond ridiculous..I font know what their problem is but if I had known it was going to be 2 month or more I would not have used them..my insurance USAA was one of their recommendations..you best believe I will contact them and have them taken iff the list ..they can't even give me a legit reason why it's taken them so long I am beyond furious I'm shaking right to my very core. ...I WARN YOU DO NOT USE THIS PLACE TO HAVE YOUR CAR DONE !!! First and foremost, in my opinion, unless your 4 year olds tricycle needs a paint job, and you can't operate a rattle can, I would advise even then to find someone else for you needs. They lack ANY skill to project manage your vehicles activity in their shop. With seeable damage still on the vehicle they test drive it. Then determine there is still damage. Forget this phone number if you are looking for professional work. I had to take my car home, and am still working with the insurance company to correct their lack of mechanical skill. I wanted to give them a ZERO, but their application doesn't allow it. The car arrived in their repair shop on June 13th and I didn't get it back until Aug 23rd. I had to call for updates weekly after they ignored my vehicle for over 2 weeks. They blame one another for issues, and if they can't find fault internally, they start blaming entities outside their company. Just the absolute WORST experience I have had with ANY automotive shop of any kind. read more

The staff is extremely professional and does wonderful work. I had a small accident and they fixed my car ahead of schedule and under budget. Not to mention, they washed my car! They are small town enough to stay open if you are running behind a bit (but don't abuse that!) and they were extremely courteous and friendly. SO, today's lesson...when they say remove your personal belongings before leaving your vehicle...TAKE OUT EVERTYHING!! The bumper/fender repair was great and customer service was, too. Unfortunately, (almost) everything that wasn't nailed down was taken out of my jeep and now they can't find my stuff. :-( They did find my missing all-weather mats but none of the rest of the stuff, so far. I mean, it's just convenience stuff....sunglass visor clips, diffuser (though that was handmade by a dear friend so can't be replaced), cell phone pouch, mp3 player, usb cords, pocket knife, etc... not even $200 worth of stuff...but now I have the INcovenience of replacing it all..and hoping I'm not missing more I haven't even noticed yet. The body work was fine and the insurance adjuster and rental car company have offices there, too, so it really was a smooth transaction aside from the missing stuff... read more

This is where our insurance told us to take our car when someone side swiped it. We dropped it off and were suppose to be getting a new front bumper, new front lip, new canards for the side, paint matched repairs, and the other things associated with those parts. Waited a month for the car to be repaired because of parts and then went to pick it up. Now I want to preface that there were no clutch problems when it was dropped off. When we arrived to get it, the canards had not been replaced because they ordered the wrong ones. The chip in the windshield was now a spider web of cracks. The rear passenger window tint had been damaged. We started to drive the car and immediately noted problems with the clutch. The car was unsafe to drive. After months of explaining how the car was returned they said they would repair the clutch if we bought the parts. Fine, we ordered the clutch, throw out bearing, and all the things that go with a clutch. After the parts were delivered and it had been at their shop for a week they say we need to buy a flywheel. They had not started work at all on the car and wanted more parts bought. We told them that until they actually looked at the clutch and flywheel we would not be buying parts. They looked and said the flywheel was fine but that they had broken the throw out bearing we had bought and were having to order a new one. Were told to pick it up Monday, January 27th. Get there and there is a large scratch in the side of the back passenger side door like it had been keyed. We mentioned it and said wed have to call back tomorrow about it........ These people seem to not car about customers cars. When we first went to pick it up before it became undriveable, there was someone picking up their car that had the rear bumper replaced. On the side of the white bumper were streaks of red paint like it had "swapped paint" with someone while driving. The employee went and grabbed glass cleaner and a microfiber towel to "buff" it out. The paint didnt come out and they seemed to tell them to come back a different day. Their customer service, employees, and managers are a joke. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE UNLESS YOU WANT IT TO COME BACK EVEN MORE DAMAGED THAN WHEN YOU PUT IT IN. read more

I had work done here in 2014 after a big hail storm. After replacing the roof, I went about for two years until I was recently fortunate enough to damage my roof again. Upon taking it apart, another body shop found rust and other damage created by Caliber. The damages ended up in the $6000 range and luckily my insurance forced caliber to pay for the needed repairs due to their negligence. They also were unable to properly put my bumper back on, causing further damage in which they are responsible for. If you want quantity over quality, this is your shop. Sloppy work. I'm sure they weren't expecting I'd damage my roof again to where this would be discovered. read more

Nice people, poor work. I was in a car accident in December and needed extensive repairs to the front end of my car. From the beginning, this office had horrible communication skills; from letting my car just sit there for days because no one ask me to complete an authorization form, to telling me my car would be done "soon" and then not calling me for two weeks, to saying they would pick up my car at a certain day/time and then not showing up until the next day - it was AWFUL. Beyond the abysmal communication, their quality of work and attention to detail is awful as well. At the time of writing of this review, I have had my car in this shop FIVE times to fix the same issue of my hood not being properly attached (in addition to the wiring in my doors not being completed, body work pieces not being attached properly, and a fan belt noise). The first two times I brought to their attention that my hood was not properly attached - they claimed they had "fixed" it, only for me to find out that absolutely nothing had been done. At one point, I was told that the issue was that the hood was not fitting properly due to being an after-market hood. The next time I visited, I was told the hood was not fitting properly due to being an official Subaru hood. Same hood, different story each time. At the present time, I now have to take my car to the dealership because Caliber is stating that the continued fan belt noise isn't related to the work they did, even though it never made that noise prior to the accident. To their credit, the employees have always been kind and respectful. However, they very much lack in proactive communication. Unless I called their office (and sat on hold for at least 5 minutes waiting to speak to someone), I was not kept in the loop of what was happening to my car. They have a new assistant manager who really attempted to go above and beyond with communication, but it was too little too late, and the work was too inconsistent to save this review. I have made a formal complaint to my insurance company to avoid the use of Caliber Collision. I would encourage readers of this review who value quality work and good communication to find a different body shop for all future auto body needs. read more

Very poor service and repairs. We received the car back very, very filthy inside and out as well as incomplete on repairs and was told it was finished. There was still very noticeable damage and things that were not touched. There was also sanding dust all over inside of car and rust on outside in new paint. I was told I would be contacted and never was. I had to contact them for a status update - horrible communication from Caliber. The car has been in the shop several times because they keep missing repairs. I am very disappointed. read more
