Do not bring your car here. They are 10000% scammers. I had over 200 dollars of extra charges like impound fees, an "extra work" fee, and a 75 dollar charge for a 2 mile round trip. After debating the impound fee and informing them that it was actually illegal, they knocked it off my bill. The lady at the front desk was very helpful and actually cared to learn the law and inform her coworkers they were breaking it. But the fact that I had to fight for over an hour for a reasonable price after experiencing an accident is despicable. Do yourself a favor and have them tow it to E&E Collision Center. read more

Do not let them take possession of your vehicle(s). They took possession of of mine on 2/10 and as of 2/24 I still havent been able to to get my car moved. Keith refuses to answer phone calls but will answer call from his employees. On 2/22 Belton Collision center showed up for my adjuster to inspect my vehicle without keys, so it could be processed. on 2/23 I was finally able to get ahold of Keith to verbally tell him I wanted my car moved and to release it. He then cussed at me calling it " a f*cking insurance scam, keep it here and ill save you money on your deductible." I told him no and my car would be be moved today (2/24) My insurance company sent their tow truck drivers there to retrieve my car and they refused to without the keys. Keith told them he had them on him but could tell him when he would be able to bring them to the shop. I showed up at the shop and he told me he would be able to get them to the shop till Monday. A third employee entered the shop and looked for the keys on board. Long story short they had my keys the whole time. Belton Collision Center lied. Keith lied. Avoid at all costs. read more

October 3 vehicle was in an accident, and was picked up the same day. This was a Saturday so Monday I called to get some details. The normal insurance, body shop, other drivers insurance stuff still had to happen. Belton collision did say they would start getting parts ordered right away. That was the end of any and all honest/good communication. The front office is absolutely disgusting and unprofessional. There was absolutely zero communication from the body shop in regards to the truck I had with them. I got the run around with parts needing to be ordered, wrong parts came in, waiting to install parts, didn't know we needed these parts. Fast forward past all the crap customer service and I call to check up on my truck about mid November and am told it's ready. I pick it up and run threw the car was and the drivers door has water pouring in. Truck is missing badge on the door, so am told a new one was ordered and they forgot to out it on. Truck gets dropped back off and the water leak gets fixed. I call to pick up my truck and upon arrival my keys are missing, they somehow were given to another customer. To this day my doors show open if I hit a bump, don't make a good air seal so it's loud when you drive, horn does not work, throws codes for seatbelt sensors, cab corner has exposed bondo, seatbelt bolts are lose, running board on drivers side was not replaced or fixed, bent back into position, and the badging put on the truck was not new, rather and old discolored one. BEWARE!!! DO NOT GO TO THIS SHOP!!!! THE SHOP DEVALUED AND RUINED MY TRUCK!!!!!!! The shop had my truck a year and drove our truck over 1000 miles. Employee's phones were connected to the Bluetooth, personal items (mail etc..) were in the truck, all paperwork was out of the glove department, the owner manual was gone, coffee spilled all over the truck. The ceiling fabric and the speakers are falling out of the ceiling, the catalytic converter was stolen out of the truck, all the high-end parts out of the truck are gone, right down to the mud flaps. LIST OF FRAUD AND SUBSTANDARD REPAIRS! 1. The front body panel gaps were misaligned due to impact. This vehicle needed to be set up, gauged, and squared to specifications. 2. The left rocker panel was not replaced as per the Gewico estimate and was compromised by substandard repair. 3. Without using gauges I could see the front wheels had an extensive amount of negative camber. That's where the top of the tires tower inward at the top. 4. The left front upper suspension trailering arm was bent and all bushings were damaged. 5. The center steering arm was bent. 6. The left front tire rod is broken and clamp loose. Dangerous situation!! 7. The front differential housing was not replaced as per the Geico estimate and is damaged. 8. The rear axle assembly looks to be out of alignment. It has a severe pull to the right and a bump steer to the right. Bumper steer is where the front suspension components are bent and when you hit a bump the vehicle darts right or left. Paint has runs and overspray all over. Painted over the lights. This vehicle is dangerous and should not have been allowed to drive 1300 miles from Texas to California where we live. My husband drove to Texas 3 times after Mr Cambell told him his truck was fixed. The last trip was 6 weeks of going between Geico and the shop with no help. The shop wouldn't give any paperwork. Belton collision was referred to me by someone I had known long. Was told as a single mom of 2 it would save on my deductible but that day would do a great job. Months later after wasting much time gas and headache on trying to get my vehicle completely Restored I was never told it would compromise the quality of the workmanship. After half an in to take my vehicle to a nother body shop to get repairs completely identified found out Belton collision put parts on my car that didn't even belong there hiding behind the exterior cosmetic front..... Not only did it take a month and a 1/2 to get complete but wasn't done anywhere near right door handle parts missing other salvage parts put underneath and not hooked up properly before covering I feel like this needs to be a loud shout to anyone considering taking 3rd vehicle to Belton collision. They said all the right things to make me think they were doing their best only to find out 6 months later they did me wrong I have insurance never received a copy of the bills and parts ordered or put on my vehicle was actually completely deceived. Now having on going problems with vehicle due to the lack of properly fixing my vehicle from the beginning. I advice anyone to take this review seriously. Got my car back and repairs my insurance had already paid for we're not completed, had to go back twice to demand them to be completed. This is INSURANCE FRAUD! They also gave me my vehicle back with my tail light so loose I could pull it out. Staff says they will call back and never do, time frames are always inaccurate. Horrible business, there is still more work they got paid to do that was never done, but the damage isn't as noticeable now and I'm tired of dealing with them. BEWARE!!!! read more

At Belton collision to pick up a check to replace the check from the insurance company that Keith forged. We walk in the office to pick up the check that Keith said would be ready to pick up today and Cindy the receptionist started yelling and slamming drawers and beating on Keith's door being a total unprofessional and very rude to us from the get go. Should call the police for forgery. She also said we had to get out of the office immediately. We have been waiting for over 40 days for this. He is a crook. And a liar. Don't know how he has been in business for this long. Will be reporting this to the BBB immediately. Which Keith could care less about it. I'm sure it won't be the first time anyone did or the last that's why he only has 3 stars. Should be closed down and he should be in jail forging insurance checks. Now that I have gotten my car back from them finally, not only did they put the wrong hood on my car, but they also glued broken parts of my car back on. The insurance even paid for replacement parts and they just glued the old ones back on and got a hood from a junkyard or somewhere and put it on my car. They scam insurance companies and people and the whole time they are saying they saved you on the deductible. We could just have to deal with that after making the mistake to take our vehicle there, but they are not competent enough to provide and complete the repairs they committed to. Now we had to take our vehicle somewhere else to get their mistakes corrected. And while we were there to get our car, the poor guy who came by to check on his car was not happy at all. We heard him telling them that they were not being honest or honoring their word. And he appeared to be a disabled vet. Great job Belton Collision Center - apparently taking advantage of our disabled vets as well. You must be so proud of yourselves. If you need your car fixed, do not listen to these con artist. They will tell you what you want to hear to get the job, then they immediately start the lies and twisting their words to take advantage of you. Be smarter than those of us with nothing but regret. Go somewhere else. If you need further evidence, just read the complaints filed on them with the better business bureau and you will see their pattern. Over promising and under delivering. They used bondo on my car and they did not replace my grill. The insurance company paid for a new grill and they left the broken one on there when I called them out on it they started to scramble around and act like they had trouble getting one or it's been ordered. The paint job was so bad I had bubbles. This place should be shut down for insurance fraud. They get paid for a job to replace your car parts with new and then they put old ones on. My experience with Belton Collision was absolutely horrible. The entire facility is unprofessional. The office is dirty and smells like a urinal. The staff is rude and couldn't care less if you are being, or have been assisted. The receptionist/admin assistant's attitude is repulsive--I do however, firmly believe that she is just a product of her work environment. I was given the runaround the entire time that I dealt with them. I picked and dropped off my vehicle to them several times giving them several chances to rectify their shoddy workmanship. Ultimately, I ended up picking up the parts that they ordered and charged my insurance for--but had zero intentions of ever installing to begin with--and bringing my car to another shop. My insurance company even called me and informed me that they believed that Belton Collision was being fraudulent by charging them for brand new dealership parts yet installing used BROKEN parts instead. Bottom line, if you are considering using them at all i would highly advise against it. Save yourself the headache and bring your vehicle to a reputable shop. read more

I can not believe the poor workmanship I received on my car. The paint looked good until it started to flake off. Found out they didn't prime any of the parts. Then they only put half the fasteners in the parts they changed. Pointed out how parts were falling off my car. They put some of the screws in that were missing so my headlight didn't fall off. I brought it back to put the missing fasteners in my fender. They "fixed" it with sheet metal screws, zipties and glue gun. When I called them again, they said that's how it was when it came in. That is a lie. I would NOT trust this place at all. They are liars and do VERY low quality work. read more
