The pearl white paint was gouged out, and on a bright white car, that's a pretty painful eyesore. I bought the car from Hertz Car Sales in Killeen and they assured me they would fix the damage. They had me sign a "We Owe" form where they would essentially allow me to bring my car back to their lot and they'd repair the damage. When I brought the car back, they had a contractor work on it, but he didn't improve it at all. So my salesman sent me to the International Collision Center in downtown Killeen. I'm glad he did. Of all the vehicle maintenance I've had, this was easily the best place I've gone to. The place is a little hard to find--it's a small business that opened its doors in 2016 so it appears to still be working on its outreach--but once I was in the door, the customer interaction was world class. After a few phone calls, I scheduled a time to bring my car in. When I made it there, I was immediately greeted by the owner. His name is Lenny, and in speaking with him for a bit before I turned my car over, I learned very quickly that this guy has spent a lifetime working hard to provide several good services for his customers. Lenny's worked in the automotive industry for the majority of his life and recently decided to start his own business. He's done a great job so far. On top of the body work I needed, I decided to get my windows tinted, too. He said, "Yeah, we can tint your windows, man. We can do pretty much anything!" He talked a lot about honesty with his customers and how important it is to keep it real with them. He got to know me and seemed genuinely interested in learning about his clientele. I appreciated that a lot. It definitely helps that he's an attractive and charming guy who actually smiles for a change, too. By the end of the entire transaction, the eyesore was gone and the windows were tinted. He also charged a very fair price for the work and gave me a lifetime warranty for the window tint. In the future, I look forward to keeping in touch with this team and helping them spread the word. Lenny made me feel comfortable and kept it real. I think that's the kind of service we're all looking for when we need a helping hand.

Everything they touched of mine was messed up. Replying to Lenny's cover up. No one told me it was paint only. Yall knew I wanted the 10 small hail dents fixed before hand. I thought you were gona fix my hood. Fair compromise I think. Since you dint have to do the roof. I told you before we started I would split cost on dents. $500 and you said that was not enough. So I'm right back where I started with a messed up roof and a messed up hood. How is that fair. Then yall wouldn't even talk to me. The old bait and switch. And another thing why would you disrespect the part of the vehicle by painting it with dents in it. Being the owner of a body shop. I don't get it.

2 weeks ago New If I…read morecould give zero stars I would. We took our car here with it's check engine light on to be diagnosed. We were told by the shop that it needed a simple oil sensor replacement which they did. As soon as we left the shop and drove just a mile the engine began to tremble and the car is now making a horrible squealing noise. We immediately brought the car back to them. They began looking at the car again and told us that the car had little to no oil in it and they they didn't touch anything except for the sensor. Immediately they were defensive. How does the car come back in worse condition is my question. I truly feel like we flushed money down the toilet and now we are having to have our vehicle towed to the dealership. Thanks for nothing. Can't trust them at all. Additional response: No we were not informed of there being no oil to begin with. What kind of repair shop would receive a vehicle with no oil, tell the customer there's no oil and miss a perfect opportunity to up sell for an oil change and then return said vehicle with no oil for the customer to drive off?
