Let me start off by saying there was never a problem with communication. Rene always responded to my calls and text messages and he sounded very professional and knowledgeable. I was initially told that he would have my car for at least 2 weeks. I received a call on June 3 informing me that my car was ready. I work during the day so my son picked up my car, I noticed areas that I wasn't happy with and I called Rene and showed him photos of the areas, he told me to bring my car back and they would fix the areas. I returned the car and received a call the next day stating that whomever fixed my car didn't do it correctly but he said his father had agreed to take on some jobs that the owners insurance companies had put in a rush on because the time the owners had for their rentals was expiring. He said he called because he didn't want me to be without a car for too long but would be able to get my car back in as a priority in 2 weeks. I told him I had an appointment on June 21 and would bring it in on June 22. On June 23, I received my car and again I call the shop to report dissatisfaction because areas that should have been fixed were not fixed. He asked me when I could bring my car Back to the shop and I decided to ask him what would be a good time for him because apparently they are rushing and not taking the time to do the job correctly. He told me to bring my car in on Wednesday, June 28th because Mondays and Tuesdays were busy and I said ok. I took my car back to his shop on June 28th and on June 29th, I'm calling to report areas that were not redone. The last time I called him he said he would remove the hood and front bumper and do the job himself to assure the areas would be fixed. Well, that didn't happen because there were 2 previous areas that were Still left undone and new areas that needed to be corrected. By this time I'm Beyond upset by the lack of professionalism. I sent him photos and he claims that he checked the car before it left and it was done correctly. Ohhh, so You checked it but you initially said you would do it YOURSELF so that it would be done correctly THIS Time! He had the nerve to tell me to bring my car back! REALLY?!? No Sir, I have brought my car to your shop SEVERAL times and Each time the same areas were either Not fixed or I found new blotched areas. Now, I will have to pay More money elsewhere to correct what I Paid you $3000 to do. I Do NOT and Would NOT recommend this establishment. It seems like they care more about taking money than doing quality work! The photos speak for themselves! Some of the photos I retook to include the date and I added the dates to the ones that say yesterday and today because those were literally taken yesterday or this morning. And today, they're screw up cause me too wreck when my tire busted, thank God my kids were not in the car and i was not going that fast. Thats not it! They left a bungee strap IN the engine of my car, that looks as if it is supporting the arm of my suspension. Never go here. We dropped out car off on June 18th and got it back June 19th. They rushed my vehicle and didnt do anything right just enough to get me by to try to get me past the 90 day warranty too keep my money when they didnt do jack shit but pretty much ruin my vehicle. Id recomend a monkey with a wrench before this shop. Obviously you got people who have no knowledge of vehicles working here. The suspension looks like Bugs Bunny did it. 0 out of 100.
