I asked if he could install some new taillights that I had purchased and had the dealership quote me a ridiculous price. Lone Star repaired my damaged, installed my new taillights, and installed and wired a set of blackout reflector lights for less than what I was quoted for the taillights. The work was perfect! They gave me a two-hour window for their arrival and showed up 15 minutes into that window. The whole job, including some preexistent scuffing on the side of the bumper, took about two hours, all done in my driveway. The color match and finish is impeccable and the price is less than a third of what a body shop would have cost me, not counting leaving the vehicle and having to get a rental while they did it. Multiple, convenient ways to pay. Cannot say enough good about this business (I almost want to call it a service), and Shannon who came and did all the work. Top notch, down-to-earth good neighbors. Very poor…read morecommunication, poor quality and unprofessional the owner Pedro will give you every excuse and prolong the repairs then still won't be done correctly. My side mirror was broken when I got my truck and he never replaced it. He also gave me warranty on the paint and 3 weeks later my hood paint is chipping, my fog lights got replace and they have water inside them also one of the lights has a piece of trash inside, My day time running lights bulbs got replace and put red brake lights. My transmission coolant was replace but not the hose and I had transmission oil leaking. He gave me several deadlines. I never rushed them and when I picked up my truck the first time the hood did not fit; l stayed an hour while they hit it to try and make it close. After a few days he then told me it was ready again with several issues still. I'm still waiting for him to call or text to fix the issues and he has not reached back out to me at this point it's safe to say he does not care to make it right.

Along with a full repaint, there were a number of small to medium maintenance things that needed doing, re surfacing the interior ceiling with new cloth, fixing some minor body issues, polishing and clearing up my head lamps. It was a lot of work, and took about a month - but when I got my car back on the other end I almost didn't recognize it.
