They gave me a two-hour window for their arrival and showed up 15 minutes into that window. The whole job, including some preexistent scuffing on the side of the bumper, took about two hours, all done in my driveway. The color match and finish is impeccable and the price is less than a third of what a body shop would have cost me, not counting leaving the vehicle and having to get a rental while they did it. The tech (Shannon) arrived early and I wasn't home, but I left my car unlocked in the driveway in case he wanted to get started, which to my pleasure he did. When I arrived about 30 minutes later, he had already removed the tail light housing, sanded, shaped the bumper and was waiting for it to dry before smoothing it out to prime and paint. He got the curve of the bumper perfectly by hand, and the paint and clear coat blend is invisible. It looks great. I also asked about a stain (drip, probably something like brake fluid on the clear coat) on another part of the car. He got rid of it as well. He was not in a rush and made sure to do the entire job correctly. The price was what I had expected in my head before shopping around. Asked for a quote to realign a non collision front bumper that was slightly pulled out from backing out of the garage. The fix took me 15 minutes of wrenching and a new bumper clip to fix. First they wanted to replace the whole bumper, wanted my VIN. Crazy. When I explained to them that I didn't want my bumper replaced (because it still looks perfect), just wanted realigned, they wanted $350. For 15 minutes of wrenching and a new bumper clip. I still am not of the mind that good bodywork can be done in that amount of time. 6/2/25 I scraped the rear passenger quarter panel on my Porsche Cayenne and called DFW Bumper Solutions for a quote. He surveyed the work, confirmed the estimate, and began the repair. He completed the job in about an hour and did an excellent job. The scratches were completely removed and undetectable. They are very hard to reach and do their business through text. When you call, you don't get an answer, and their voice-mail is always full, so you can't leave a message. I had a dent with missing paint on the passenger front door. They did a great job in fixing the dent and matching my paint. When they fixed my car, it had rained. And I had a lot of dirt on my vehicle. Once I was able to wash my car, I noticed fingerprints in paint on my car, messing up my factory paint in an area that was not being repaired. I have been unable to reach anyone at the company to discuss, so beware of this. I reached out for a quote and within 30min to an hour I got a quote that he stayed true to for the job. I then called to see if he was available as I was on a time crunch and he was able to squeeze me in for my vehicle the next morning. Additionally I just inquired about doing my girlfriends car and with no hesitation he offered to do it in the same time window so we didn't have to wait or do another day. Jacob and Eli transformed my rear dented and scratched bumper resulting from someone backing into me. Although the damage was minor, traditional body shops charged $750-$1,300 to replace and paint the rear bumper, bumper cover and reflectors. Jacob scheduled me quickly and Eli came to my home and completed the work in about four hours at the agreed upon cost. They don't guarantee perfection, which wasn't necessary for me on a 6-year-old car (I would have gone to a traditional body shop for that). In my case they merely smoothed out a crease, sanded the scrapes, and painted the damaged area on the bumper. I can live with slightly scraped reflectors. Definitely consider them as a quality, lower cost alternative if your vehicle has dents, scratches, scrapes. read more
