I brought my vehicle here in August 2026 for a dent and scrape repair. Justin and his associates were very flexible with scheduling and did their best to get great pricing for parts. They told me the job would be a four-day turnaround, and it was. I found my vehicle to look amazing from their work, and they even touched up some other chipped areas on my hood from rock damage. I was thoroughly impressed with the quality of their work. Who anymore does more than what is asked, without nickel and diming everything? This place does. Highly, HIGHLY recommend. read more

The team at Hollywood have performed excellently at my paint repair on my car. With quick turnaround times, responsive teams, and even a free detail, a great added value, I would highly recommend this business. They are even able to accomade custom requests (such as removing divots from front bumpers) for a factory fresh, OEM style repair and shine. I wouldn't hesitate to do business with them again. Paintwork is very well done, cannot even tell there was a prior repair whatsover. Thank you to Mr Craig, Mr Jeff, and the team at Hollywood finishes for an excellent repair! read more

I went to Home Depot in Roanoke the other day and when I returned to my car, some Jackwagon had scrapped against my front bumper leaving a nasty scar that looked like it had gone through the paint. I guess he or she just forgot to leave information claiming responsibiliity. NOT Anyway, as I was driving down Davis Blvd I happened to see Hollywood Finishes. I pulled in and gentleman met me in the parking lot to ask how he could help me. I showed him the damage and asked if I could get a quote for the damage. He told me to stay there and he would be right back. As I was parked next to this GINORMOUS truck that they parked next to me, I was looking at it in awe of how big it was. He called me back to my car and said your ready. I looked at my car and it looked good as new. When I asked how much I owed him, he said it was on the house because it didn't take him more then 5 minutes. What? Customer service was excellent. I can't recommend Hollywood Finishes enough. This is my go to for all my automotive body needs from this point forward. read more

Once again Hollywood finishes did an amazing job on my vehicle. I managed to damage the antenna fin on the top of my 2023 broncos sport. Since I had been to Hollywood finishes with my Honda CRV and they did an amazing job I wanted to return. And no surprise here. They did a fantastic job. I absolutely recommend Hollywood finishes. I hope I don't have to use them again, but in the event I do need more bodywork I will definitely use Hollywood finishes. read more

Needed a new roof on Toyota and it was a great experience in terms of estimate, time required and overall work done. Highly recommended.

Rarely are my expectations exceeded by the actual results. Craig had the work completed faster and better than I had even hoped. I would have been satisfied if the work had been done half as well. read more

Hands down the best body shop in DFW. Even my insurance agent uses them. They're maybe ... 10% more expensive, but twice as good.

My girlfriend bought her vehicle to the shop to get it repaired because somebody backed into the side of her car. So as one of the best auto body painters in Southern California for many years, retired now. I had to go with her, so so speaking to the manager I told him my status many years ago to only make sure that we had a quality job done. The manager tells me, I'll put my pain up against you any day. I laughed inside. So when we got the car back, and she brought it home, I laughed I told myself what a joke. I wouldn't let these guys paint my nephew's wagon. Stay away! read more

Excellent job of working with my insurance! The repair is perfect! Go here! You won't be let down

We had so many scratches on our car we were driving by so we thought we would get a quote this one was nice and honest we went inside and got a paper towel and paint thinner and rubbed them off and we were out of there in 5 min. read more

As a retired prosecutor, I was dubious of all the great reviews I read for Hollywood Finishes. But after visiting the shop and inspecting some of their work, I decided to give them a try--and they exceeded my expectations! All I can say is "Dang, these guys are good!" I recommend them 100%. read more

My wife's SUV was recently bumped by an unknown driver, at Target's parking lot. The lift gate exterior skin separated from the core and was flapping and rattling as we drove. There were no dents to fix or painting required, yet I had estimates as high as $900 to fix it. I took it to Hollywood Finishes and Craig said I could bring it in a week later and he expected the cost would be about $125. Guess what? It was fixed in a flash and the cost was......$125. This will be my go to body shop from now on. Thanks again Craig. read more

They did a beautiful job on my Maserati, and it was an easy experience. Craig was very helpful!

Awesome work! My car needed a new bumper and expensive headlight. Craig was able to find the parts and get everything put back together like new. It looks great, will not hesitate to go back if I need any bodyshop work done in the future. Thanks again... read more

My vehicle was only dropped off to Hollywood Finishes yesterday so I cant yet speak on the actual labor of the process but MY GOODNESS what a breath of fresh air they are! I just finished a 32 day flaming trash fire of an experience at another shop and as soon as they heard, Craig at Hollywood Finishes immediately responded with, "Whenever you're able to get it back, bring it right here. We will squeeze you in and help make this right for you." So far he has absolutely stood by that. I literally called him from the other shops parking lot and he made room right then and there. Its rare to walk into an auto repair location and feel seen, heard, and genuinely appreciated for the opportunity to amend a situation. Here's to an extremely heartfelt THANK YOU to Craig and the rest of the team. I went from literal tears of frustration to pure relief in less than 24 hours. Based on this brief experience so far and the other (extremely consistent reviews), integrity is clearly a priority to this company, and customers like myself truly appreciate that. Also, just as a side tid-bit: he has the cutest, sweetest gentle giant of a mastiff who was adorably gentle with my 1 year old, AND let my son play around on the tires of their monster truck. When you deal with the nightmare I had to deal with, the little things like that are huge. read more

Professional. Pricey. And worth every penny. This is one of the few places on the planet where you really DO "get what you pay for". They aren't cheap. They can't be - because they hire and maintain personnel with extremely high skill levels. read more

These folks are fantastic. The admin staff is efficient and knowledgeable. They definitely under-promise and over-deliver, constantly staying on top of the requirements and coordinating throughout with me and the insurance company. The final job was obviously done by a team of pros. Several friends have said it looks better than brand new, and I totally agree!. Thank you Hollywood. Job well done!! read more

Great work helpful can't say enough positives. Worked through all the insurance problems out with me.

This place is the best. Anytime I do anything dumb and ding up my car this is where I go. Brought in my Mercedes GLA250 for a scratch I did on my front bumper with my garage door. Work was done in 1 day and looks like nothing at all happened. My family and I have brought in other cars in the past as well and they have amazing done work. No point I'm shopping around. Just go here if you want your car back to new. read more

Not sure how they would do. Drove up. Looking for a quote for small dent. Hardly any activity. Not the usual hustle around body shops. Decided to go in and check it out. Guy came out from the shop. Looks like he was just bumming around back there...... Me "Can you help me with a quote" Him "Nope" " maybe Wednesday or Thursday of next week" Me "For a quote?" Him "Do you realize how many cars I would have lined up outside if I did every quote ? Me Stunned. I just walked out. Did the guy think that if he started doing quotes for his AUTO BODY shop that Keller police would have to come out to do traffic control for ALL the customers!!! Lol. I really thought I was being pranked and this was not a body shop. But on my way out is this traditional temp sigh telling people this is a auto collision shop!! Maybe it should have read. "But don't come in TODAY!!" Clearly a retired guy who may do good work, but only if it doesn't inconvenience him. Rather work with someone who gives a sh#t. read more

Awesome.....I had just bought a Texas Edition Silverado only to get hit by a kid in Southlake after making one payment!! The insurance company wanted me to take it to their certified shop. I first looked here and the reviews were marginal. I then saw that Hollywood Finishes had all of these stars on the same page. So I investigated and decided to take it there. I explained that I had decided to avoid the lifetime warranty bait that the insurance shop offered because I wanted to take it there due to their reputation. I was quickly informed that they would match the lifetime warranty and not to worry. Shortly after estimating the damage I was offered the opportunity make any reasonable customizations that I wanted. WOW!!! I just expected to get my new truck back in the same condition. I went online and found a beautifully customized truck of the same year and model. I downloaded the pics, sent them over and asked if it could be done. I was given the green light without hesitation. It took about three weeks to get everything worked out and repairs made but boy was it worth it. Not only did they reproduce the truck identical to the pics that I had send them, they handled all of the insurance company issues, they used all new genuine OEM GM Parts and none of it cost me a dime!!!! I would have never expected that. The paint job and body work was flawless as well. Jeff and Jerry at Hollywood Finishes are good honest people that take pride in what they do and truly care about their customer's satisfaction. This is a rare type of businesses that will have me a customer for life! One tip is to be thorough and clear about every detail that is important to you as there are many decisions and judgement calls to be made during the process that could conflict with your expectations. Be sure to check in half way through as they welcome it and you can make adjustments before it is too late. Great job guys!!!!! read more

About a month ago I dented my front right bumper while at college in Lubbock. My mom goes to Hollywood Finishes for any repairs needed so I waited until I was home to come here. My bumper had a large dent as well as some paint chips. They fixed the dent and even touched up the paint-- for no charge at all! It looks amazing. As a poor college student, I really appreciated this. Thank y'all so much! I'll definitely be back. read more

I used Hollywood Finishes for a repair to the bed of an older 2000 model GMC Stepside pickup truck that got cracked by someone hitting it in the parking lot hard enough to crack the bed and wheel well both pretty badly (10-15" crack in bed). Some places I took it would only replace the whole side of the bed, costing 5 times what Hollywood Finishes was able to repair it for!!!...which is not feasible for a 2000 model work truck! The quality of their work is such that I can't tell there was ever damage to the bed at all!!! The only clue that someone may have by looking at it is the brand new clean wheel well compared to he other 3 that are weathered from being on the truck for 18 years...and that won't take long to get dirty and blend right in...great work at a very fair price!!! I can now see from experience why Hollywood Finishes has so many 5 star reviews on Yelp. Reasonably priced : Yes Quality work : Yes Good Customer Service : Yes Efficient meeting timeline : Yes Will I use them in the future? : Yes Very pleased with the quality of work performed for a fair price (actually a little LESS than I was expecting it to be based on what needed to be done and the original estimate, not knowing what the wheel well would cost or how hard to get based on age of truck), and the owner (father / son owned & operated) even gave me a ride home when I dropped it off! Definitely recommend and plan to use them again for other work!!! read more

Came by to get a piece of trim that popped off my car put back on. Wasn't sure if it would be a simple fix or not, or whether the piece was damaged. The staff was super friendly and welcoming. I waited for only 15 mins while they took a look at it, and sure enough it was a simple fix. They were informative and told me they checked for damage on the body of the car and that everything looked okay. They didn't even charge me for it. Will definitely recommend all friends and family and will return if I need any additional work done! read more

After some minor, self-inflicted damage on my front bumper I brought my Audi to 2 autobody shops and both insisted there was no way to repair the damage and the front left panel would need to be removed and repainted for $400-$600. Jeff at Hollywood Finishes repaired 90% of the damage in 15 minutes, charged me nothing, said he could remove and repaint the panel for $200 if I wished (which I'll opt not to do), and earned a customer going forward. His 15 minutes made it look so much better and plenty good for me. Easiest transaction I've had in a long time. read more

Did a great job repairing our daughter's Honda Civic after a bump with another car in a parking lot. Over the past few years, I have used the services of a few different body shop repair businesses. When my son recently damaged his vehicle I thought I would give Hollywood Finishes a shot based on the good things I had heard about them. Needless to say, choosing Hollywood Finishes to repair my son's vehicle was hands down the right choice. I will go as far to say that Hollywood Finishes is the very best.
