Later he denied that it was due to the car wash. The "manager" was rude and offensive. Asked me what I wanted him to do about it. He was menacing and I was actually fearful to even give my address for their report. Which he would only fill out once my legal representative showed up. The man in the picture would not tell me his name. He sent a nice young man to help me and I asked the young man who his manager was and he said it was that other man. The man eventually told me his name was John. The picture is of the alleged manager with some of the worst customer service. He didn't even offer a refund for this wash nor the monthly plan for which I had just signed up. Finally, the nice young man refunded my wash. We asked for the name of the owners and he would not give that information either. We did easily find it online. The manager was physically larger than me, raised his voice and stood over me. I have never been treated like that at any place for any kind of service. It was utterly unbelievable. Feel free to message me for more picture and any other Information.

There's signs indicating that the area is monitored so I felt really safe being there. There are vending machines for drinks and snacks. There is a change machine. And my first visit it was busy but I returned. I noticed it is a busy place. There is also a website that you can sign up and receive notices for any specials they may have. This place is very convenient for me and very affordable compared to the drive-through car washes. And another thing I like is I get to control how I am washing my car. Should you have any questions there is a number you can contact them directly and they will respond. Not a automated reply but an actual person. I recommend this car wash for all the above reasons...

Worst.car wash.everrrrr!…read more Expensive and crappy. I should have just washed it at home, it would have been cheaper and probably better with just my garden hose and a wash cloth. My truck is covered in water spots, the scrub soap brush doesn't actually get dirt smudges off- I literally used my finger to wipe spots the brush and high intensity rinse wouldn't remove. Smh. Had to rinse and scrub twice... and still had smudges that I ended up just wiping off with a cloth. The air dryer... came apart and left water marks on every freakin spot it could. Totally pointless. Went to use the vacuum... that thing came apart too! It didn't even suck anything up. Its 100+ degrees and I just want a clean truck. What a waste of money and time and my truck is not any cleaner on the inside and barely clean on the outside. Weirdly I used the soap scrub brush on all my windows, and they are sooo flippin dirty. Tell me how my windows are leaving dirtier then when I arrived.. and I paid for that! Ugh. Avoid. Just use a garden hose and flush your cash down the toilet - it'll prob work better

The damage was immediately visible upon exit. I notified the attendant right away and was directed inside, where I was given the runaround and no clear process for addressing the damage. After repeated attempts to get assistance, I eventually received a call from the General Manager, Rodrigo. That conversation was shockingly unprofessional. He was rude, dismissive, and hostile, and refused to provide a Certificate of Insurance or basic ownership information, including contact details for the owner, John Perez. Refusing to provide insurance information after documented on-site vehicle damage is deeply concerning and unacceptable for any business, especially one operating heavy machinery on customer property. To be clear: * The damage occurred during their car wash * It was reported immediately * Management refused transparency * Insurance information was withheld I am formally pursuing this matter and will be escalating it through all appropriate legal and regulatory channels. This review is part of that documentation. I will also be contacting ownership directly. Consumers should be aware that if your vehicle is damaged here, you may face resistance, delays, and a refusal to provide basic insurance details. I will update this review as this matter progresses.

Rodrigo told me to go online and make a new appointment. I told him I didn't want to lose the deposit. He told me if I cancelled I would lose it. I told him I just wanted to reschedule. He was rude and clearly didn't care about retaining or losing a long time customer. I will be marking this charge as fraudulent and of course will never go back nor recommend Clean Streak.

There are no attendants- the wash is designed to be self-sufficient. You'll need to bring your change- the bays require it. It's $1.50 for several minutes and you can switch between pre-rinse, suds spray, etc. There's also a brush to clean tires and wheels. You can easily perform a great wash with 2-3 "trips". There's also a vacuum station at the end where you pay for several minutes with the service. The touchless wash is awesome- avoid those crazy spaghetti washes that scratch and wear down your car's finish. There's are several "levels" ranging from $4 to $9. I avoid the undercarriage wash with my EV and use the basic $4 wash. I the park near the vacuums to clean the interior and dry with a chamois cloth. There's a dryer at the end of the touchless wash so your car won't be soaking wet when it's time to hand dry. If you want to avoid the longer lines, and protect your car's finish a little better head over to Texas Star- just don't forget to bring quarters. Oh, I couldn't find a change machine but there HAS to be one on-site around there. I didn't look super hard. The touchless wash takes credit cards, change is only needed for the self serve bays, vacuum, and the other things like air freshener, armor all wipes, etc . that are available at a dispenser.

I recently purchased a new truck, and because I want to avoid swirl marks and scratches, I have only been having it hand washed. Unfortunately, my visit yesterday will be my last. While waiting, I noticed several customers ahead of me complaining about the quality of their washes. At first, I assumed they were just being overly picky. Then my truck came through. The truck was still dusty and dirty, which made it appear that little or no water had been used during the wash. The tires had been dressed with tire shine, but the truck itself was far from clean. Even worse, whatever chemical was sprayed on the vehicle appears to have been applied while the truck was hot. It left white streaks and stains on the paint and, more significantly, on my Retrax bed cover. I immediately tried washing the truck myself when I got home. I was able to remove most of the residue from the painted surfaces, but the stains on the bed cover would not come off. For a business that advertises professional hand washing, this is completely unacceptable--especially on a new vehicle. After nearly nine years as a customer, this experience has cost Kwik Kar my business. I will now be seeking professional help to restore my bed cover and will likely have to pay out of pocket for damage that occurred during what should have been a routine wash. I sincerely hope management addresses the quality issues, because based on what I witnessed from other customers that day, my experience was not an isolated incident.
