Let's just say it turned out much worse than when I started. The paint looked dull, cloudy, and nothing like I had hoped. After realizing I was in over my head, I reached out to Frank on Facebook just to get a few estimates. Within minutes, Frank called me, asked about the truck, and even came to my house to look at it in person. He took the time to explain exactly what went wrong, what it would take to fix it, and what I could realistically expect. He never tried to oversell me or pressure me. His honesty, professionalism, and genuine customer service are what earned my business that same day. What impressed me even more was that once he started repairing my DIY mistake, he discovered it required more work than he originally expected. Even so, he honored the original quote without hesitation. That kind of integrity is hard to find these days. I got my truck back the very same day, and I honestly couldn't be happier. The blue paint is a perfect match, the finish is deep and glossy, and you can't tell where the repair ends and the original paint begins. It looks factory new. If you're considering having paint or body work done, do yourself a favor and call Frank first. I learned the hard way that sometimes DIY ends up costing more in the long run, but thankfully I found someone who truly cares about doing the job right. I always lean on my fellow Yelpers and their great reviews led me to Keller Haslet. My first call was met by the sweet office girls who set my appointment for the next day. Their office feels like visiting family. Such a great way to put people at ease going through this experience. Then I met Geo(apologies if I misspelled it). This guy was awesome. I had problems with my insurance dragging feet and trying to nickel and dime the whole repair. I have babied my 5 year old truck and Geo went to battle to make sure my repairs were done with only quality parts. The communication was more than exceptional. Their skills were very apparent when I drove up and saw my truck waiting for me. Nothing but the best from this shop. My grown son came with me to pick up the truck and said if he ever needs a body shop, he plans on coming here. These guys need 5 more to make it a 10 business.

This shop looked at the damage, retrieved their buffer and like magic...all evidence of the scuffle was gone. This lack of communication was frustrating, especially since I was trying to find out about missing items from my car. Overall, the staff and management showed a lack of professionalism. I had to reach out to Nick myself to get proof of the incident, which should have been provided without me having to ask. Because of my experience, I cannot recommend this collision center. They really need to improve their customer service and communication.

They gave me a two-hour window for their arrival and showed up 15 minutes into that window. The whole job, including some preexistent scuffing on the side of the bumper, took about two hours, all done in my driveway. The color match and finish is impeccable and the price is less than a third of what a body shop would have cost me, not counting leaving the vehicle and having to get a rental while they did it. And my first visit it was busy but I returned. I noticed it is a busy place. There is also a website that you can sign up and receive notices for any specials they may have. This place is very convenient for me and very affordable compared to the drive-through car washes. And another thing I like is I get to control how I am washing my car. Should you have any questions there is a number you can contact them directly and they will respond. Not a automated reply but an actual person. My truck is covered in water spots, the scrub soap brush doesn't actually get dirt smudges off- I literally used my finger to wipe spots the brush and high intensity rinse wouldn't remove. Smh. Had to rinse and scrub twice... and still had smudges that I ended up just wiping off with a cloth. The air dryer... came apart and left water marks on every freakin spot it could. Totally pointless. Went to use the vacuum... that thing came apart too! It didn't even suck anything up. Its 100+ degrees and I just want a clean truck. What a waste of money and time and my truck is not any cleaner on the inside and barely clean on the outside. Weirdly I used the soap scrub brush on all my windows, and they are sooo flippin dirty. Tell me how my windows are leaving dirtier then when I arrived.. and I paid for that! Ugh. Avoid. Just use a garden hose and flush your cash down the toilet - it'll prob work better
