I visited Clean Streak Auto Spa in Roanoke, TX and exited the car wash with brush scratches across the front, back, and both sides of my vehicle, running vertically and horizontally. The damage was immediately visible upon exit. I notified the attendant right away and was directed inside, where I was given the runaround and no clear process for addressing the damage. After repeated attempts to get assistance, I eventually received a call from the General Manager, Rodrigo. That conversation was shockingly unprofessional. He was rude, dismissive, and hostile, and refused to provide a Certificate of Insurance or basic ownership information, including contact details for the owner, John Perez. Refusing to provide insurance information after documented on-site vehicle damage is deeply concerning and unacceptable for any business, especially one operating heavy machinery on customer property. To be clear: * The damage occurred during their car wash * It was reported immediately * Management refused transparency * Insurance information was withheld I am formally pursuing this matter and will be escalating it through all appropriate legal and regulatory channels. This review is part of that documentation. I will also be contacting ownership directly. Consumers should be aware that if your vehicle is damaged here, you may face resistance, delays, and a refusal to provide basic insurance details. I made an appointment for this afternoon. Two days ago I emailed to reschedule and never got a response. I called and spoke to Rodrigo, who refused to give me his name multiple times. Rodrigo told me to go online and make a new appointment. I told him I didn't want to lose the deposit. He told me if I cancelled I would lose it. I told him I just wanted to reschedule. He was rude and clearly didn't care about retaining or losing a long time customer. I will be marking this charge as fraudulent and of course will never go back nor recommend Clean Streak. read more

DO NOT use this car wash!!! Took my new truck through this car wash and stopped to grab food 5 minutes later. When I got out of the truck I saw the damage. My rear fender wells have hundreds of chips in the paint. Drove straight back to notify them. I was told they would call me tomorrow. Called the manager, who hung up on me. Then called back to the store to get the name of their insurance company, and the worker said he was going to get the owner on the line to provide the name of the insurance company. When I didn't receive a call back, I again called the store. The worker stated that the owner would not talk and that they were not liable for any damage. I will, of course, pursue legal remedies, but I advise anyone and everyone to avoid this car wash if you don't want damage to your vehicle. read more

I paid $100 for a handwash on my brand new 2025 Jeep Grand Cherokee. Not only was it half washed, my paint job was scratched and they left very visible lint in my side door logos. I am livid! When I asked for a manager, I was told that there was no manager and to handle it outside. I will NEVER COME BACK HERE. Upon entering the tunnel, the guy who scrubbed my windshield popped off one of my wiper blades from the arm with his brush, and it flew off in the wash. After having to get someone to retrieve it for me, I tried reattaching it but it was broke. I asked the manager to work something out with me on compensating and he started to argue with me on how he brushes a vehicle (which I was literally sitting in the Jeep watching how he washes) and said "if he broke that one why didn't he break the other one?" instantly defending his guy. The manager is a joke, completely incompetent of how to handle customer issues and wouldn't even look at camera footage to believe me. Not proud of myself for the language I used as I walked away, but this fella should NOT be in any sort of management or leadership to work with customers, rather back on washing towels. I visited Clean Streak on 4/17/23 @ 3:40pm. I approached the nice gentleman under the canopy to order my wash. At no point was I ever informed of any malfunctioning equipment. I approach the tunnel and they performed the standard prep, business as usual. As I enter the tunnel I get the pre-soak. What I didn't get was the spin brushes except for the two overhead. It rinsed and dried. I talk with the office manager about receiving half my money back since I only had received half of the service. She tells me no and they are working on it. However, "they are working harder outside" to deliver your vehicle. I explained that dirt was still present on the sides and it damages the clear coat to wipe dirt into the clear coat. She tells me this is not true. BS! It is true! I asked why are they not being upfront about the situation before taking our money. She says she's not the manager but just the office manager. I told her this was dishonesty and she claims it's not. Beware of their greed. They're more concerned about making a dollar than keeping a customer. I get it, these are notorious for breaking down but be honest with your customers. read more

When July 1st rolled around they took the money from my account anyway!!! 40.00! so I tried to log into the app EVERWASH AND IT WONT LET ME LONG IN. I called EverWash and they can't find my account after several text back and forth! Gave them my tag # name etc. I'm still dealing with this. No wonder they have 2 1/2 STARS. CSAP does a great job. Allen, the guy you see first is always upbeat and anxious to serve. We have been taking our 2 Tahoes here 1-2 times per week since it opened. It sure beats the drives to Keller and SLK where we used to go to get a substandard wash/dry at those 2 poorly supervised shops. Is CSAP perfect? No. But when I have pointed out things, they are quick to correct them. read more

They clean the seats and the car well; however, when I picked up my car and made it down the road I realized my cigarette lighter was not charging my phone and I thought it was my charger. I later found out the silver receptacle is missing. I returned back today and there is nothing they can do. I was excited to use them because they did a good job on my seats but I'm highly frustrated because now I can use the outlet in my car anymore. They even put a dime in the bottom of it to rig it up which took me longer to notice that there was an issue with my lighter. The layout is very inconvenient. Only 2 people could use the vacuums and the vacuums don't reach the back seat of your car. They do give you a rain check receipt for your wash though which is pretty cool. read more

This place is great. They do a good job on detailing the inside and everything is spotless. They even took my floor mats out and scrubbed them and they look brand new. No spots or dirt left inside either. Windows were also crystal clear. read more

Called them and checked to see if they could wash an RV. The guy on the phone said yes, they would hand wash it and they charge by the foot.. I told him it if 32 feet long and he said it should be about $100 to $150. When I got out there Mr. Rodrigo, (although very friendly & professional) told me it was going to be $800. I went to get a car wash today. I paid for a full car wash with an interior cleaning. While they were vacuuming, they unknowingly vacuumed my remote key into the vacuum. After my car was cleaned, they called me over but I couldn't find the key. I searched through the whole car. It was no where to be found. The car wouldn't start so I knew it wasn't near the car. So I asked the cleaning people about it. They began to search with me. They were very nice but couldn't find it. I told them I think it may have been vacuumed up and they told me that was impossible. The manager(Rodrigo) came over, said a few things in Spanish and then walked away. After 30 min of searching to no avail, I went and found the manager again and asked what he was gonna do to make this right. I told him they lost the key and now I can't drive my car. He looked me straight in the face and said that they were not responsible for losing the key and I needed to get the car off their lot. Are you freaking kidding me?!? I was fuming. I was ready to get legal action involved and possibly do some other things I might have regretted. Thankfully, one of the other workers found the key in the vacuum trash bin. It had, in fact, been vacuumed up. The key was retrieved and I was able to leave. But that manager was awful and wrong and he doesn't deserve to be in a place of leadership if he can't handle a situation like mine in the right way. He never offered any kind of resolution or even a future car wash for my troubles. He just kept saying, it's not my responsibility. Also, I never asked for a future car wash. I wasn't out looking for a freebie. All I asked was what was he gonna do to fix my situation. read more

I'm not happy that this car wash does not offer the service of making change so the workers can be tipped for their work. I usually have change but today I did not and went inside to get it so I could tip the workers. I was told they do not make change. that's not right to do to your workers. Bought the monthly package - They left a bunch of dirt and dust in the floor mats without vacuuming - NOT MUD - he claimed it would be $2 extra per mat to be cleaned properly - Hello ! My dad took my vehicle here today for a all around detail . The seats weren't bad neither the roof , but when I looked around I saw all of of this !!!! He paid $300 for this detail and I am so disappointed he wasted his money when someone would have done 100% better . I would not recommend this company at all !! Went through the car wash and the Machine caught my top panel and ripped off and someone had to go in get it. They put it back on but it's damaged now. Went inside to talk to a manger and right away he said watched from the window and stated I probably already had problem with my top panel so it's not their problem before even coming out to look at my car. My car is only 2 years old. He was very rude about it and went in a back door to avoid any more communication. So if you care about your car not getting damage don't come here. read more

I just had 2 cars washed there. My daughter's car we had the interior and exterior was done and purchased the $40 package. Well the inside was barely cleaned. The vacuum. Job was horrible they left behind a lot of dirt. The windows were not all fully cleaned. Not satisfied at all. As this car was being cleaned I had my wife's Mercedes hand washed, waxed, & inside cleaned ($102). Well that didn't go well either. First I off there were spots left behind on the outside that the hand wash and wax should have removed. Then the inside still has several spots that were not cleaned. When I contacted the manager he claimed that I didn't purchase the package to clean these items and I should have spent another $180 to get these items corrected. The manager became extremely defensive and dismissive. I used to be a regular customer here but in the past 6 or 7 months they have gone down hill. I will not go back even if it's for free. Mustang car wash in Colleyville is a fraction of the cost and provides a better outcome. Go there. You have been warned. read more
