My truck is covered in water spots, the scrub soap brush doesn't actually get dirt smudges off- I literally used my finger to wipe spots the brush and high intensity rinse wouldn't remove. Smh. Had to rinse and scrub twice... and still had smudges that I ended up just wiping off with a cloth. The air dryer... came apart and left water marks on every freakin spot it could. Totally pointless. Their highest package is listed online at $110, yet I was charged $135 with no clear explanation for the additional cost. My car wasn't even excessively dirty--we normally have it professionally detailed once a month at another location. We only decided to try this place because it was closer to our home, and unfortunately, that was a mistake. To make matters worse, it was around 100 degrees outside and approximately 87 degrees inside the building because their A/C wasn't working. On top of the uncomfortable conditions, the gentleman I dealt with was incredibly rude and provided some of the worst customer service I've experienced. For $135, I expected a properly detailed vehicle and, at minimum, respectful customer service. I received neither. We definitely will not be returning.
