    $15 for an exterior wash? Most places are $5. Way overpriced. I'd suggest finding any other car wash for 1/3 the price

The damage was immediately visible upon exit. I notified the attendant right away and was directed inside, where I was given the runaround and no clear process for addressing the damage. After repeated attempts to get assistance, I eventually received a call from the General Manager, Rodrigo. That conversation was shockingly unprofessional. He was rude, dismissive, and hostile, and refused to provide a Certificate of Insurance or basic ownership information, including contact details for the owner, John Perez. Refusing to provide insurance information after documented on-site vehicle damage is deeply concerning and unacceptable for any business, especially one operating heavy machinery on customer property. To be clear: * The damage occurred during their car wash * It was reported immediately * Management refused transparency * Insurance information was withheld I am formally pursuing this matter and will be escalating it through all appropriate legal and regulatory channels. This review is part of that documentation. I will also be contacting ownership directly. Consumers should be aware that if your vehicle is damaged here, you may face resistance, delays, and a refusal to provide basic insurance details. I will update this review as this matter progresses.

There's signs indicating that the area is monitored so I felt really safe being there. There are vending machines for drinks and snacks. There is a change machine. And my first visit it was busy but I returned. I noticed it is a busy place. There is also a website that you can sign up and receive notices for any specials they may have. This place is very convenient for me and very affordable compared to the drive-through car washes. And another thing I like is I get to control how I am washing my car. Should you have any questions there is a number you can contact them directly and they will respond. Not a automated reply but an actual person. My truck is covered in water spots, the scrub soap brush doesn't actually get dirt smudges off- I literally used my finger to wipe spots the brush and high intensity rinse wouldn't remove. Smh. Had to rinse and scrub twice... and still had smudges that I ended up just wiping off with a cloth. The air dryer... came apart and left water marks on every freakin spot it could. Totally pointless. Went to use the vacuum... that thing came apart too! It didn't even suck anything up. Its 100+ degrees and I just want a clean truck. What a waste of money and time and my truck is not any cleaner on the inside and barely clean on the outside. Weirdly I used the soap scrub brush on all my windows, and they are sooo flippin dirty. Tell me how my windows are leaving dirtier then when I arrived.. and I paid for that! Ugh. Avoid. Just use a garden hose and flush your cash down the toilet - it'll prob work better

We found getting the subscription works best for us! If you only wash your car twice a month, you've almost covered the subscription. If you wash it more than twice a month, it pays for itself! Currently, they're running several special offers, I've included them in the pictures which I've posted with review. I feel that they're a great value, no matter what, and the offers make them even better! I highly recommend not only the car wash, but the restaurant and the grocery/knickknack shop inside. While you're there, check out the restrooms. They are extremely high-quality in cleanliness and design!

It is no longer special! Now it's no different than any other drive-thru carwash. I noticed 3 weeks ago they started putting in less than quality brushes. The last 3 times I have gone through this wash, I am now having to pull the brush material out of the seams on the vehicle. They have stopped using the scrub brush on the front and rear of the vehicle. Get used to stuck on bug splatter! Yes, I heard the sales pitch of the new bug cleaning agents they have implemented, which by the way DID NOT remove any heavy bug splatter. I had to use their cleaning towels and a bottle of ozarka to remove it. They no longer tape your rear wiper blade down. Be prepared for that to be broken! They have removed the gentlemen who used to hand dry it after leaving the wash. The agents used in the wash/wax cycles do not appear to be as good. My wheels did get as clean as they used too. I was there last Sunday and they had 4 people cancel their memberships before 10am all disappointed in the way that the carwash has let us down on the quality of wash and service we were accustomed to receiving. Instead of focusing so much on their pressurized selling technique's for memberships, they need to get back to the basics of operating a unique and wonderful carwash. I hate when you tell them NO I do not want a membership they keep hounding you through the entire payment process. DO NOT stand their holding my credit card and proceed to give me a final sales pitch before handing it back to me. Also..... Why are you not allowing those individuals who already have a membership to just not pull up to the gate and proceed, instead you have a team over their trying to up sale those people too. You DO NOT need a team of 4 selling memberships. Common! What is wrong with corporate! Sad to say they want you to pay more for a wash that is nowhere close to the quality it used to be. Now that is humorous! I live in Fort Worth, so I would always wait to wash my car on Sunday because I'm in town that day. This car wash used to be unique and special! The team used to make sure you were treated right and took extra care to ensure the vehicle looked clean after leaving the wash cycle. That is no longer the case.... I have been a faithful customer for 5 years. I can honestly say this wash has lost their way and Corporate needs to wake up and give the customers the type of car wash they had come to love. I spoke to 3 team members at the wash last weekend expressing all these items of concern and they said that it was out of their control. This is why I am blaming corporate. The QR code on the wall is specifically for evaluation of the team, they asked me to not use that as it directly impacts them. I asked how to contact corporate and they did not know. They do not have a customer support team online. You must deal with the physical location manager. Absolutely missing the opportunity to have faithful happy customers.
