This was my second visit and like the first it was great. I like having the option of whether to pay cash or with card and the place was very clean. There's signs indicating that the area is monitored so I felt really safe being there. There are vending machines for drinks and snacks. There is a change machine. And my first visit it was busy but I returned. I noticed it is a busy place. There is also a website that you can sign up and receive notices for any specials they may have. This place is very convenient for me and very affordable compared to the drive-through car washes. And another thing I like is I get to control how I am washing my car. Should you have any questions there is a number you can contact them directly and they will respond. Not a automated reply but an actual person. Worst.car wash.everrrrr! Expensive and crappy. I should have just washed it at home, it would have been cheaper and probably better with just my garden hose and a wash cloth. My truck is covered in water spots, the scrub soap brush doesn't actually get dirt smudges off- I literally used my finger to wipe spots the brush and high intensity rinse wouldn't remove. Smh. Had to rinse and scrub twice... and still had smudges that I ended up just wiping off with a cloth. The air dryer... came apart and left water marks on every freakin spot it could. Totally pointless. Went to use the vacuum... that thing came apart too! It didn't even suck anything up. Its 100+ degrees and I just want a clean truck. What a waste of money and time and my truck is not any cleaner on the inside and barely clean on the outside. Weirdly I used the soap scrub brush on all my windows, and they are sooo flippin dirty. Tell me how my windows are leaving dirtier then when I arrived.. and I paid for that! Ugh. Avoid. Just use a garden hose and flush your cash down the toilet - it'll prob work better read more

Brought my new truck through here. I used the touchless car wash. To be blunt, you'd be better off sitting in your driveway and hosing it off. You don't even need a brush or soap to get your vehicle cleaner than this place. A complete waste of money and time. $12.00 down the drain. I was looking for a "brush-less" car wash for my special ride and I found it in Keller. Met the owner there as well, great guy. Has another location in Grapevine and just added another "Laser wash" to it. I used the spray wand with most of the different cycle settings and achieved Gorgeous results. A few months ago, while I was in Keller, I had to stop at a car wash to vacuum my car. Due to a malfunction with the machines, I was not able to use their vacuums. The owner reimbursed me, and was kind throughout the entire process. I'm still impressed with speed of communication, and how they handled the entire situation. First of all, I only came to this wash because there was a $5 off / free wash coupon on here. It advised to show to an employee to redeem, well there was no employees present to redeem. I figured I'd still give it a shot since I was already here and it was only $5 for the touch free wash. Well after the wash was completed, it was still dirty. I'd give it the equivalent to taking a garden hose and spaying it down and calling it good. Didn't have enough pressure to actually clean any of the dirt and dust off. Not sure if the $20 touch free is any better, but I'm not going to try it after how bad the $5 was. read more

My experience was disappointing! I was hopeful as I drove in as there were alot of people in line to use the drive thru bay and all the other bays were full to use the amenities. I saw a bay become empty so I drove in and immediately had issues. I only needed a quick rinse so was not happy with the $5 minimum but proceeded figuring I would go ahead and give her a good cleaning. I selected to use the foaming brush and i saw a few sprays of soapy water start to come out then it stopped. I quickly changed the dial to high pressure soap and again the pressure increased only a little and NO soap!! So frustrating! With a $5 minimum i tried to get at least some dirt off my vehicle and sprayed her down. I could see my vehicle was not getting clean so hit the STOP button and the clock didn't stop which left me concerned but figured it was due to the $5 minimum. Unfortunately now have a pending $15 charge! Very disappointed!! read more

I went in today for a car wash, and was looking for a do it yourself option to get it looking the way I want. I was impressed! Although I was confused by the polish, not sure if I did it right. I would love an explanation if able, and the wax didn't seem to do a good job on my car but other then that much better then a machine wash! read more

They have an app, coin machine and card machine to pay for all the services. Open 24x7 and the water is not bad. Make sure to do spotless rinse to remove all the hard water in the regular rinse. One thing i wish was if the pressure washer was compatible with a foam gun. Update: please add a one with universal adapter, would save you some soap. read more

Excellent car wash! This place offers the only true touchless drive through car wash in the area (that I am aware of), which I greatly appreciate because it significantly decreases the chances of paint damage or swirls. When I have more time I use the self-wash bays which are always well maintained and the Coinless application allows you to use the bays and vacuums without needing cash. Highly recommend this car wash to anyone, especially folks who like to protect their car's paint. read more

Just went by and only good thing is the change machine works! If you want to link your cell phone to an app then maybe this place will be better but for folks who just want to take their time between the differnt stages and use cash... avoid this place. Coins appeared to be taking then stopped. Nudged the coin and heard it drop. Added another coin, heard it drop so got to third coin and fourth and they just stuck there. No release, no drop to return it due to being short on the money or anything... money lost. I would avoid if you plan on trying to use this to get a real wash where you can actually take time to clean your vehicle. This place is obvioulsy not maintained. We drove in, selected the basic wash. The car wash started for 10 seconds, sprayed the windshield with water, then stopped. Nothing happened for 2 whole minutes. We eventually had to drive out, having wasted $5. Very disappointed!!! read more
