The call center can't help you if you have a question or concern that pertains to the local store specifically. The cars are not properly cleaned. The last car we rented from them was a brand new Chrysler 300. Being brand new you'd expect the inside to be decent. It was not. It had crumbs from food all over the place along with dried ketchup on the seatbelt buckle. Today I rented another car from them. I can't say it's only for this location, but this is where my miserable experience began. The…read moregentleman that helped me stated that the satellite radio, that I paid for, would reset as I get away from the location. It should have been a red flag to me. It never restarted. About an hour down the road, I was instructed to call an Avis number to activate the radio. She told me that the car wasn't set up for it. She told me that I had to exchange the vehicle. She told me that there is one available 2 hours down the road. When I got to the location, they told me that there wasn't a car available with satelliteradio. I had a 15.5 hour drive through Texas and New Mexico with only regular radio. Of course that means nothing but static, and if I was lucky...AM radio. This made for a very terrible experience, and a very long drive. It was everything I could do to not fall asleep during the long drive. Never will I rent from Avis again. Please pass this along to anyone you know, and never accept it when they say that your satellite radio will reset as you get away from the rental location.

When we arrived at 9 am, there were 11 customers waiting and one person behind counter. There was one person checking in cars and one person in office who said he was a "driver". The person behind the desk answers calls and takes new reservations by phone while taking customers in office to cars: checks it's condition, takes photo, drives it up for customer. At one point, he had three customers on hold. At no time was there any communication about delays. At 10:30 am, we were told to wait outside for the car and then learned that the car still needed to be washed and cleaned so we needed to wait another twenty minutes! We finally received a car at 10:50 am. We waited almost two hours for a rental car. We really made mistake not going with competition, Enterprise.

They submitted a claim to my insurance for damage that was ALREADY THERE! DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE! There were also scratches all around the vehicle. I checked back on the rental agreement and they did document the damage to the windshield. Dishonest company.
