I would give zero if I possibly could. I have reserved a large SUV for a Christmas vacation 4.5 months ago.. I spoke with a gentleman from this store the week before we were supposed to pick up the vehicle. Everything was in great order. The day before they are picking up the vehicle I noticed on their website they were closed on Sunday. That was the day we were scheduled to pick up the vehicle. I'm not sure why he had us picking up the vehicle on Sunday if they were closed. We were supposed to leave on our trip Sunday after we picked up the vehicle. I've just spent many hours on the phone finally get a hold of the manager there he states we don't even have a large SUV for you even if you waited till Monday how is this even possible? This is completely messed up our entire Christmas vacation. I'm so upset with them. I will never wear it from enterprise again. I rented a car from them they originally had pre authorized my card for a total of $1069. And the final charge was $1369.29 they reversed the $1069 and then charged me the $1369.29 and they have been paid but then they also pre authorized another charge same day for $1369.29. Thirty days later I'm still getting no help. The manager Javie is no help, assistant manager Samual no help and the area manager refuses to call and speak to me. I've spent hours trying to resolve this. They should handle this situation immediately and not drag it out! read more

Absolutely ridiculous. Unorganized, low inventory except for trucks. Had no car available when we arrived. Once we waited for the car to get cleaned, it then needed an oil change. I was there 45 minutes and had to leave as I was late to an appointment. The lady was not concerned and told me it was my fault we were late for our reservation time. I gave them more time to be prepared as I was 15 minutes late! I will never return to this location again and left with no car yet they had trucks and a minivan and the reservation was for a mid size vehicle. Update: Called corporate yesterday and today and have not heard back from someone who can help me. Sent email to the response. Went to the Keller location and Josh and his team were super helpful. That location is always very helpful and they took care of me today and gave me another point of contact to try to get some resolution for the bad experience. Car was just okay. Had a problem and needed roadside assistance. What a failure of massive proportions. God. Help you if something goes wrong. NO help. Left stranded and on my own. Manager at facility just wants to say nice things and be friendly. Real service and assistance when needed and requested Should come first with thr friendliness! Don't you think so? I'd give this location zero stars if we could. This place is dishonest!! Do not go to this location! Needed a car, was told to go the Golden Triangle location for a cheaper rental. Called Roanoke to see if one was available. Was originally told no, which is fine! We received a call later saying they had a vehicle last minute come in and that we could come pick it up. Get to the location two hours later, no cheaper option! Return our rental a month later, and are told that there's hail damage only visible "to the trained eye" by the manager. Asked us where we lived, and mentioned that it wasn't far from a city she KNEW "had hail in the time frame we had the rental". Received a $1600 bill for damage that "only the trained eye can see". We even cracked the windshield, called and was told that was considered the basic wear and tear of the vehicle. But unseen hail damage all over the vehicle? Waste of our time. I would give zero stars if that was an option. I reserved a small SUV to be picked up today at 8am. We arrived at 8am only to find out there wasn't one available. They said they could go pick one up from getting an oil change, and would then need to clean it. I told them I didn't have time to wait, so they offered a truck, van or sedan, which none were to our satisfaction. They also suggested I could take a car to another location on my way out of town and swap it out...which was an asinine suggestion! Why we didn't receive a call in advance to let us know they didn't have my requested vehicle is beyond me. My husband called the Keller location and they had what we needed, so we left and went to Keller. This obviously put me on the road later than expected, which was another disappointment. After reading all the negative reviews, I'm shocked the Roanoke location is still open. Don't waste your time going to the Roanoke! read more

I've been trying to get them to pick up the phone for 3 days and when I drive over there I keep getting the 'we don't have a car yet' which I coulda gotten on the phone if they cared about their customers! I wanted to write a review (specifically about the Enterprise Car Rental in Roanoke) because I was given exceptional customer service. Also, I was not asked to write this review. I have dealt with other locations (in Katy and in Houston) that were so-so and I really appreciate Nancy going over and beyond my expectations. First of all, I did not make an appointment so I did have to wait about 15 minutes (still not bad) and I was offered a limited selection (again, I did not call ahead) but was given my choice among many minivans and it was a surprisingly fun car to drive! I really appreciate Nancy finding me a vehicle to drive so quickly and at such a great rate. She also called the following day to make sure I was happy with my rental. Bottom line - easy process, clean and dependable vehicle, great price, and great customer service - I definitely recommend this location and will go back when I need another rental:-)) read more
