The call center can't help you if you have a question or concern that pertains to the local store specifically. The cars are not properly cleaned. The last car we rented from them was a brand new Chrysler 300. Being brand new you'd expect the inside to be decent. It was not. It had crumbs from food all over the place along with dried ketchup on the seatbelt buckle. Today I rented another car from them. I was given a rental due to an insurance claim partnership with PROGRESSIVE, but had to purchase out of pocket, meaning it was MY money. The car they gave me was so disgusting and smelt like vomit. They agreed to switch the car but not reduce the rental cost for the inconvenience. I wish I could remember everyone's name in the office (2 guys and 2 ladies - 5/14/24 - the office manager was Anthony), but they are TOPS (I did buy them Sonic drinks)!!
