The call center can't help you if you have a question or concern that pertains to the local store specifically. The cars are not properly cleaned. The last car we rented from them was a brand new Chrysler 300. Being brand new you'd expect the inside to be decent. It was not. I was given a rental due to an insurance claim partnership with PROGRESSIVE, but had to purchase out of pocket, meaning it was MY money. The car they gave me was so disgusting and smelt like vomit. My young adult daughter was rear-ended, and the at fault party's no-name tiny insurance company strung us along and eventually denied the claim. We needed to get her car fixed and ended up filing a claim through our own Allstate uninsured motorist policy. From the day we called Allstate, the ball started rolling quickly! The same day they assigned the shop of my choice (Service King / Crash Champions) and had Enterprise call me to schedule a rental car. It took about a month to get parts and complete the repair, but Ashley at Service King texted us updates and was the one who answered the phone anytime I called. It was so nice to be able to talk to one person throughout the process. They also dealt directly with Allstate. Enterprise rented us a nice car, and we were able to leave it at Service King when we picked up our car. I can't say enough good things about how these three companies made a frustrating process as simple and easy as possible. DO NOT RENT FROM THIS LOCATION! I am 100% convinced all the "5 star" glowing reviews personally…read morementioning employees by name (that were all conveniently written two years ago when they first opened), are all internally written and not from real, paying customers. I rented a BMW SUV (or similar) for work and arrived with a confirmation email and number. Immediately when opening the door to enter I hear an agent telling another customer that they were in a "car crisis" and had no vehicles available. Excuse moi? JOSEPH at the counter then took no time in advising me that he could not locate my reservation by my last name or my confirmation number. I calmly handed him my phone to read the confirmation email from Enterprise and he was like "hmm that's weird but sorry no I can't find it." I asked him if they even had any cars available and he pointed at the lot and was like no, this is it. JOSEPH was busy pointing at my husband's truck and surely one of their personal vehicles bc it was dirty AF. But he was right about one thing, they didn't have any cars! Now this is where it gets fun. JOSEPH asks to see my drivers license and my bad, I don't have it on me. Only a photo. I am positive JOSEPH literally got off on telling me I couldn't rent a car bc I didn't have my physical ID. Well guess what, my ID is valid and I'd just have to go get it. Didn't matter at that point though because JOSEPH had zero intentions of helping me. I told him I could handle the ID thing and asked if they were going to take any accountability for being unable to locate my very real and valid reservation, or the fact that they are busy renting out imaginary cars to customers and this guy JOSEPH actually said THIS IS NOT MY PROBLEM, THIS IS A YOU PROBLEM. I have been working in hospitality for over 20 years and when I tell you I lost my shit well it was lost forever on JOSEPH. Like I told you yesterday, JOSEPH, you suck at your job.
