This morning's experience at Adventure Car Wash in Justin has me in a snit! I paid $14 to wash my car. The final "spot free rinse" was out of product leaving my car covered in soap. The blowers blew most of it off leaving my car streaked and spotty. I called the company and reported it. They were so so sorry and offered me a free code for a carwash. A $12 carwash. I told them I paid $14. They said nothing they could do, it was $12 or nothing! I told them to send me a check for $14 and Id take my car somewhere else to have it washed. No can do. Scammed. THIS POST IS TO NOTIFY ALL JUSTIN RESIDENTS AND RESIDENTS IN THE SURROUNDING AREA ABOUT "ADVENTURE CAR WASH" located at 205 E Fifth St, Justin, TX 76247. This is the worst and most dysfunctional car wash you can go to. It's frequently not working properly and has ongoing maintenance issues. They will take people's money without hesitation and leave them without a way to resolve an issue or get a refund (scam). I had to jump through hoops of fire to reach the owner/manager. I only went to this place because it's the only touchless car wash in the area. The first time that the machine took my money and the automatic wash did not turn on, I called multiple times in the course of a month to get my refund. They kept lying about sending me a free wash code. Only when I said I'd report them, someone called back by the name of John, who claimed to be the owner. This happened 3 more times, and below you can see his response from the last time I went, after none of the soap was rinsed off and only half the wash cycle ran. He actually told me to wipe it off myself with a rag! I will NEVER return. I continued being a customer even after all of the problems, until now. I've never experienced such disrespect. Great for a touchless car wash and has never left me any issues. The machine is thorough and takes it's time washing, so the wait times can be long every so often. Good value for money as well with the top of the line wash being less than 20 bucks. read more

TERRIBLE. I went through and paid for my car wash and as soon as I pull in, the car wash starts and wets my car and stops then says car wash complete and doesn't finish with my $14 wash. Worst part, I call the number to ask for assistance and nobody answers me. Never again will i come here and waste my money. read more

I waited for a car wash in the car in front of me after leaving, I did not get the greenlight to go forward. The indication was that the wash was still in progress and to wait. After waiting five minutes, I called the number because there was no attendant, I was given a code that did not work and was told that a ticket would be sent to corporate. I never heard anything from corporate I called my bank to dispute the charge, and the bank would not because it was a merchant purchase. I went back to get another code to get my car washed that I had already paid for and was told they could not give me a code and that corporate would have to call me. I drive a lifted pickup and called to see what their height clearance is because it only states that bar height is the clearance. I didn't feel like running my vehicle into a bright yellow bar to determine if it fits or not. Whomever I spoke to asked if my hitch was on (apparently because that has something to do with the height of my truck lol). After lots of typing noises in the background, she asked what the height of my vehicle was and could only tell me that it would fit. Would not tell me what the actual clearance was. Needless to say I didn't risk it. At least know something about vehicles if you're going to own a car wash. read more

Wanted to wash my truck there, a dually. Called and the guy told me he didn't know if they could do it. Called again later, was told they could, and I was super happy. Got there, waited 30 minutes in line, understandable, under expansion and all, paid $14 for their top wash, pulled in the building, and then the machine just declined to do my wash. It looked like I was well within the lines but it did nothing, just asked me to exit. Extremely disappointing and I'm still waiting for a call back from corporate to get a refund. read more

Car wash takes 5 mins per car. $8 for a wash that is lower service and quality than a $5 gas station car wash is a rip off. Takes too long, vacuums back up to the line. Extra drive to Denton or 114/35 is worth it. read more
