They do a fantastic job here! We've come in here, literally since the day they open. All the staff are friendly and helpful. It's absolutely a high-quality wash. We found getting the subscription works best for us! If you only wash your car twice a month, you've almost covered the subscription. If you wash it more than twice a month, it pays for itself! Currently, they're running several special offers, I've included them in the pictures which I've posted with review. I feel that they're a great value, no matter what, and the offers make them even better! I highly recommend not only the car wash, but the restaurant and the grocery/knickknack shop inside. If you're looking for a completely detailed and cleaned car after this automated wash, you should probably head to a specialized detailer and expect to pay way more. If you're just looking for a good clean wash with powerful DIY vacuums, this may be your spot. They have a few different packages ranging from $8 to $18 and do a solid job of marketing things you aren't quite sure what they mean or if you need them. The process is simple: Pay at the cashier, roll up to the wash, set your car into neutral, and let the machine do it's thing. There's typically someone after you exit the automated wash to help wipe down your car if needed, but you can also do it on your own afterwards at the vacuum. Overall, fairly satisfied with the job that this does. There have been times where I chose the priciest wash and still had dirt on the car, but I was able to run through again (they have a 7-day guarantee on the most expensive option). read more

CORPORATE has really missed their mark and should have NEVER messed with what was perfect!!! What a disappointment this car wash has become over the past 2 months. It is no longer special! Now it's no different than any other drive-thru carwash. I noticed 3 weeks ago they started putting in less than quality brushes. The last 3 times I have gone through this wash, I am now having to pull the brush material out of the seams on the vehicle. They have stopped using the scrub brush on the front and rear of the vehicle. Get used to stuck on bug splatter! Yes, I heard the sales pitch of the new bug cleaning agents they have implemented, which by the way DID NOT remove any heavy bug splatter. I had to use their cleaning towels and a bottle of ozarka to remove it. They no longer tape your rear wiper blade down. Be prepared for that to be broken! They have removed the gentlemen who used to hand dry it after leaving the wash. The agents used in the wash/wax cycles do not appear to be as good. My wheels did get as clean as they used too. I was there last Sunday and they had 4 people cancel their memberships before 10am all disappointed in the way that the carwash has let us down on the quality of wash and service we were accustomed to receiving. Instead of focusing so much on their pressurized selling technique's for memberships, they need to get back to the basics of operating a unique and wonderful carwash. I hate when you tell them NO I do not want a membership they keep hounding you through the entire payment process. DO NOT stand their holding my credit card and proceed to give me a final sales pitch before handing it back to me. Also..... Why are you not allowing those individuals who already have a membership to just not pull up to the gate and proceed, instead you have a team over their trying to up sale those people too. You DO NOT need a team of 4 selling memberships. Common! What is wrong with corporate! Sad to say they want you to pay more for a wash that is nowhere close to the quality it used to be. Now that is humorous! I live in Fort Worth, so I would always wait to wash my car on Sunday because I'm in town that day. This car wash used to be unique and special! The team used to make sure you were treated right and took extra care to ensure the vehicle looked clean after leaving the wash cycle. That is no longer the case.... I have been a faithful customer for 5 years. I can honestly say this wash has lost their way and Corporate needs to wake up and give the customers the type of car wash they had come to love. I spoke to 3 team members at the wash last weekend expressing all these items of concern and they said that it was out of their control. This is why I am blaming corporate. The QR code on the wall is specifically for evaluation of the team, they asked me to not use that as it directly impacts them. I asked how to contact corporate and they did not know. This place rocks! After going only a few times, I had to get a monthly subscription. After three monthly visits, it is more than worth it! The staff is efficient - the workers prep your car at the entrance by pre-rinsing your ride and giving the grille a good scrub. Along the path, signs light up to indicate which service is being done to the car - I even get the tire shine, which comes out really good. At the exit, one or two gentlemen are standing by to towel dry your whip even further. You can then pull around the side to vacuum and touch up your hoop-dee before rolling back out into the world. The subscription is the best value if you are a regular customer - if you go more than twice per month and don't have one - you should get one. read more

I did my duty to the great state of Texas and the unyielding drought, by boogying though here last week. The people were friendly and there was no wait, but I don't see the difference between here, and the $5 or $6 car washes that are all over the metroplex. This one is an $8 basic wash. They do have a fella who will rub you down with a shammy as you're leaving, but seeing how it was 110, he would do better inside and my car was dry before I hit Main St. My care was definitely cleanER. And I admit, she's a dirtty girl, but this doesn't compare to a diy car wash. But it will do until the temperature drops and we get some dang rain. read more

I'm a fan of this car wash. It's not quite full service and not quite self service--it's something in between. It has the automated pay station that allows you to choose your wash and then you drive your vehicle through as the car gets washed. However, there is staff on hand to scrub the car with a brush at the beginning and one or two staff members to dry your car after you pull out. Then there are free vacuums and air hoses for use if you want to do a touch up. That all sounds pretty normal for a high end self service place, but they do detail services too like a full service car wash. The best part of this place is the monthly wash pass. A normal top level wash is $18.99, but the pass is only $35.99, which means if you plan to wash your car more than once a month, then it pays for itself quickly. I've used the wash pass everyday without any question or hassle. And the most important part of the review--the car looks great after a wash here! read more

I came to get my car washed for the first time here and had a coupon that expired at the end of that day. The car wash was closed for maintenance. I asked if I could come back tomorrow when the car wash was running again, and use the coupon. The manager said no. He was unfriendly and seemed annoyed that I asked. Definitely not interested in gaining a customer. There are other car washes with friendly staff who please customers. No need to return. read more

I have been going to this carwash since it opened. I have a QuickPass Membership, and bring my car once or twice a week. What a deal! I get a better wash here than I ever get at a full-service outfit, and I can be in-and-out in 5 minutes which is a huge bonus. When I take advantage of the free vacuums, they always provide ample suction. There are 2 nozzles available, one to get the carpets and one to get deep down in the crevices. They even have compressed air to blow the dirt out of those hard to clean areas! All of this, and they are still using 100% reclaimed water (which is good for the enviroment), and state of the art machinery. My tires always look like the shine was hand applied even though it wasn't, and people regularly comment on how shiny my car is because of the Ceramic Shield application. I can always count on someone to be at the end of the tunnel to towel dry my car, too. But all of this would mean nothing if it wasn't for the manager, Josh, and his wonderful staff. Since day one, their commitment to excellence has been unwaivering. When I first signed up I told myself, "We will see how long this lasts before I cancel my membership." As with any new business, I have come to expect a drop off in service and quality after a period of time. Not only has this not been the case, but Josh has recruited and retained wonderful employees who know my car when I arrive, and give a friendly smile or wave as I pass. He has implemented systems and procedures which have actually improved the operation of this carwash since it opened. Now, I question if I will EVER cancel my membership! Recently, I asked Josh to perform the premium service of paint correction and sealant. Because of their commitment to excellence, Josh had me wait for a cool, overcast day to schedule me. If it was just about the money, they would have scheduled me immediately regardless of weather, but they wanted to obtain the best possible results for me. I have a black car, and was very concerned about swirl marks. Josh assured me his process was guaranteed not to swirl, and he was so correct! When I came to pick up my vehicle, I was amazed at how deep and glass-like the paint appeared. There were absolutely no swirl marks, and it looked as good as the day I bought it. Any water that gets on it immediately beads up, as if Rain-X was applied over the entire car. I couldn't be happier with the results! If you haven't been here yet, all I can say is "What are you waiting on?". Even the most demanding customer will be blown away. Car wash left the roof and rear of my car still dirty. For a new car wash, the quality of the automated wash was very poor.

My nephew uses his car for work.. all day, most days. He had the full inside and out detail yesterday and the car looks brand new. They were very patient with us as we had to cancel and reschedule a couple of times. Excellent quality and service. read more
