I took my Model X in to get the front windshield tinted on 7/31 and paid $688 after tax. I know that the windshield on these cars is complicated to tint given the size, but the quality of the install on my car was subpar to say the least. Even worse was the customer service I received after pointing out some quality issues. I contacted the shop the next day after seeing that there were some very noticeable light gaps in the tint, as well as some overall shoddy craftsmanship in multiple areas. I had to speak with the shop over the course of 4 different phone calls as the owner, for some reason, was using one of their employees to speak to me as the middleman. After all of this back and forth, they refused to take accountability or offer a reasonable solution to fix their poor work. They offered me 2 "solutions" along with countless excuses as to why the install was up to their standards. Their "solutions" were to: 1) Install a black vinyl stripping to cover the light gaps - essentially putting a bandaid on the issue. 2) Reinstall the tint but the shop wanted to force me to sign a document stating that I would accept the second attempt before even seeing it - giving the shop a free pass to potentially do an even worse job and giving me not choice but to accept the result no matter how good or bad it turned out. A few of their excuses as to why this was a quality install were: 1) The gaskets around the window were too tight and there are going to have to be light gaps. It's "impossible" to get a flush fit with this vehicle. 2) The clarity of the install was great (mind you, I never once brought up any issues regarding this) and they were worried the second job might not be as good. 3) They were worried that debris might get under the film if they tried again. I was willing to give the shop another shot at making things right and reinstalling the tint, but I wasn't willing to be strong armed into signing a document accepting the work before inspecting it again. As the shop did not seem to want to take accountability, I asked them to then remove the film and refund my money as the quality of the job did not reflect the $600+ they charged me. I was then informed that "all sales are final". Horrible job and horrendous customer service. Stay away unless you want to be gaslit into thinking that this type of subpar work is somehow acceptable. read more

Would not recommend or refer anyone here for tint. Poor quality work for the price paid, leaving me highly dissatisfied. I found curls on back glass edges, scratches and bubbles after allowing time for tint to settle. Most offensive was the condition my new vehicle was returned to me. Brand new polished and waxed vehicle returned to me dirty. It's disappointing and disrespectful to the customer. I won't return. Also side note had my front windows measured and it wasn't what I asked for so nonetheless not worth your time or money. Try some place else. read more

UPDATE #2: crappy film and fake reviews. Low quality, and turning blue and foggy. Please post any video and tag me. Make sure to show when your employee flipped me a finger. Installed the most expensive ceramic film in May and 3 months the film is turning blue-ish color and cloudy or opaque/foggy. I have 2 other cars that I put film 7 years ago and they don't look like this. Also, they ask you for a review right there in the store in exchange of a free window product cleaner. That's how they get all those 5 stars, because they know most people don't go back and change their review. According to the "experienced" 5-year installer (aka the receptionist). He says this is normal, but take a look at the pictures and you can assess if this is what you would expect from a $300 top nano-ceramic film. TOTAL GARBAGE!! Already have, a sub n a.mp. Their "stereo professional" told me it could only be done with a $400 part from pac audio. And with la or it would be an estimated $1000. I asked what if I replaced my deck? Because he made it sound like the part was needed because of the deck. So I assume it's a line converter but the stereo expert couldn't, tell me. He could only provide me a, part number. So for, wiring a second Amp which is literally running a secon power wire of a distribution block, a ground, splicing the remote wire and 4 door speakers hewanted $600. I don't usually give bad reviews but this deserves my voice to be heard. I attempted to handle this amicably but instead was cut off mid sentence voicing my concerns to Mike at the shop. Absolutely horrible service, improper install and price gouging. I will be reporting them to the BBB where I will provide further proof that the service performed was not properly done and although paying in full they refuse to correct the work that was done. We did not get what we paid for and have been so rudely handled by the representatives at this shop. Went in a little over a year ago to have windshield tinted with limo tinted brow installed. Told them I wanted the darkest tint possible. What I received was a crappy low tint with a funky brow. Was never happy with product. Felt like I received whatever they were selling cheap. Now Getting ready to have that crap removed and pay again to have what I was expecting installed. Crap product. I will save all the details as there isn't enough room here to detail it all. I paid $788 dollars for them to remove all the tint on my F150 and redo the whole truck with their "top of the line" product. I asked for the best temp control and for it to be a little darker than before. When I received the truck back, among other things, there was an alarming amount of bubbles in every window including the windshield which I had fully covered with a very very light tint and a banner of darker tint across the top. They assured me with a few days and temp that all would be okay and within weeks the bubbles would go away. None of this was true. The banner across the front windshield started to come off. The rear window looked like plastic wrap. All but 1 window had wrinkles and/or bubbles or the cut was terrible. I could have done better with dime store tint in my driveway. Rather than get too upset I simply took the truck in and asked for it to be redone. Again, saving the details of the all the BS that happened, when the truck did go in the Manager refused to redo the whole truck and only elected to fix certain windows. Which was not what I was originally told at all. When I picked the truck up from being "fixed" they told me to give it a few weeks as it may be a little "blotchy" ??? Okay. Well it's not blotchy but I do have huge gashes in the front banner and it appears as though there was a different product used as the windows that didn't get fixed are now slightly "blue" and the new ones are grey. At the end of the day I paid for a premium product and service and got fleeced. The product is not what they claim, the workmanship (full warranty my ass! It's 95% warranty as they will tell you immediately it's in the fine print) is not what they claim. I tried to give them a chance to fix it and they made it worse (both in workmanship and service). I have paid FAR LESS to some shady characters and gotten 1000% better results and service on other vehicles. Paid 500 for an entire Expedition and the work was flawless (the guy did it in a gravel parking lot!). These guys in there fancy shop didn't come close. I will do some more homework and redo the whole truck again with a biz that will stand behind their work and product. read more

Extremely disappointed in the warranty coverage and customer service at this location. My ceramic tint has a lifetime warranty and satisfaction guarantee. The front windshield was bubbling and had fine scratches after installation. The store would not honor the lifetime warranty/satisfaction guarantee, and charged me to replace the tint. The words fraud and false advertising are just a few that come to mind. Shop around before using these tools. Reply after owners response: First-my name is Dr Chris Hayes, not Chirs. The definition of libel is printing something you know is false (written defamation). I completed 12 additional years of education and training after high school to get my MD and become board certified to practice medicine in Texas. (And I can spell). You made me wonder about your educational status with your logic and spelling. You clearly advertise a satisfaction guarantee AND a lifetime warranty on my ceramic film. Do yourself a favor and Google me, my address, and the definitions of what I describe. The large expanding bubble in the tint as well as the worsening appearance of the scratches over time indicate a flaw in the film or a flaw in installation. Every component on a vehicle (including your window film) will degrade over time and especially sun exposure. I brought up what I do and what I have spent on my vehicles with your store to indicate that this isn't about money. It's a safety hazard when the sun's reflections and the swirls impede a drivers vision out of the windshield. My Tesla turned out perfect. My Jeep is perfect except for the front tint. You are losing a repeat customer and 5 vehicle owner over not honoring your lifetime warranty and satisfaction guarantee. There are no time limits on lifetime guarantee. Customers shopping around should know this. Your employees did all but accuse me of causing this defect. How can I cause microscratches and an expanding bubble on one area of tint? And most importantly why?? You think anyone wants to get harassed over $57 repair and an hour of time?? I had worked on call for 48 of the previous 72 hours. Do you think I wanted to spend any more time awake? My job and profession don't give much time off or days off. Should I have brought this in the week after tint was installed and had it redone? Probably. I wasn't aware your definition of lifetime warranty and satisfaction guarantee were only immediately after installation. Perhaps it should read 1 week satisfaction guarantee and 1 week lifetime warranty instead?? Or maybe lifetime of a fruit fly guarantee?? And also not upsell for premium 6x scratch resistant...?? read more

I took my Road Glide in to have the sound system looked at after experiencing some issues. Immediately Ryan was all over it. He was able to diagnose the problem quickly and suggested some things that weren't too expensive. After ordering a new amp, radio and speakers they had my bike ready within a few days. When I arrived to pick it up we went over everything and found the volume control wasn't working properly. Immediately Ryan and another gentleman who I can't remember his name, set to work getting it squared away.
