Nick was helpful and informative in the initial meeting. I was looking forward to having the job done with this company. I scheduled in advance and rearranged my schedule for the day, to accommodate several hours for this service to be performed. Days before the appointment, when I called to make an inquiry, he attempted to reschedule me for an appointment that came up after mine. I explained why it was crucial for me to keep my appointment that had been scheduled two weeks prior. He agreed to come as scheduled. On appointment day, he did not show up. Instead, minutes after the scheduled time of arrival, I received a text message with an excuse for why he could not honor his commitment to my appointment. I perceived that he chose to go ahead and prioritize the appointment that took precedence over mine. Very nice ceramic tinting. They were done in less than 1 hr for all my sides and back window. Nolan was good at responding my texts inquiries. I tried talking to a place in dallas where I picked up my Tesla. They never followed up with me after I messaged them 2x. Luckily Keller was closer to me than dallas. I also picked this place bc they offer xpel ceramic xr. The brand has a lifetime warranty (bubble, fade, peel) and all over the US in case we move. Most companies offer maybe 1 yr warranty. read more

These guys are great! I was able to drop my car off at 8:30am on a Saturday and it was done by 1pm. Mind you there was a line of people ahead of me when I got there as its first come first serve on Saturday. The quality of the tint is great. I went with the second level of their tint and noticed a huge difference. It was 101 the day I got it done. My only regret is I should have just done the highest level tint. Its only $150 which seemed high at the time, but if I were to do it over I would do it. Highly recommend these guys read more

This is my third new car that when I bought them, within the first 100 miles I took them to have the factory windows tinted and the front wrapped in clear plastic protective film. I've had two other cars with over 100K miles over several years and for anyone who drives in Texas knows, it's mostly highway driving with all kinds of rocks and other objects coming at your car at high-speed. I have never had serious paint-chips or dents with the protective film, so I swear by this product. The team at Sun Stopper was excellent ... from Brianna who does the scheduling to Jeff and Chris who respectively did my window tint and protective film. They are professionals who do this all of the time - they told me during the summer they can do 25-30- cars per week! I dropped my new car off at 8:30am and it was done by 4:00. They took time to explain everything before and after, and Jeff even called mid-day to tell me about some bad paint jobs that the factory had done. Be Aware! This business was formally Sunray Tint until the last several years. However its a bit mis-leading since they've not changed the sign. I've had a total of 8 cars tinted at this location since 2014. When it was Sunray a nice family owned the business and went the extra mile to provide great service. The work they did was very good and I always recommend them to other people. Three of the people I referred had their cars tinted as well. However, they are no longer the same business. They now go by Sun Stoppers and are not based in Texas. I've had a total of 4 cars tinted since they changed ownership and have found their work to be good. So why am I writing this and given them a substandard rating. I noticed that one of my cars (taken their under Sunray) has a defect in the rear window. I was hoping that they (Sun Stoppers) might honor the warranty that Sunray had given me. They refused. They did offer me a discount, but refused to fix the car citing that the "old" owners did the work. While I realize that they are a different business they are clearly taking advantage of the OLD business good reputation in the community by continuing to keep the old sign. In my opinion they want, and are clearly benefiting, from the reputation of the old business. But they don't want to honor any of the warranties from that business. I also think its confusing to potential customers who used Sunray before. I suppose it's all in how you want to look at it. Maybe I'm expecting too much. But I've given them a lot of business over the past 9 years (based largely on the reputation of Sunray) and I don't feel it was out of line to expect them to fix the tint issue on my back window. Mainly I wanted everyone to be aware that they are a different business than the one posted on the store and they clearly have different ethics, and business practices, then Sunray did. Great place for getting Xpel ceramic tint on car. They were able to get me in the next day. Looks really good and are very professional.

We were fooled by the lifetime warranty. Windshield sun protector has started to peel all over only after 2 years. We took our truck back thinking they would back their warranty only to be told that their "fix" was to 1. take the whole thing off with a razor blade and give us partial credit since we've "benefited" from the heat protector 2. glue it back (which they attempted to do but only made a mess on the windshield and interior of my truck or 3. cut the peeling parts off with a razor blade. We were told that peeling is NORMAL and that after 2 years the sticker is too old to glue back onto the Windshield. We left with a Windshield peeling everywhere and a glue mess all over my truck. Worthless warranty, poor customer service and poor workmanship. If you care about your vehicle stay FAR AWAY from this place. I don't recommend this place to anyone. Plenty of unhappy customers on google reviews. There was a female who appeared to be making all the decisions but was only brave enough to glare at me from a distance. read more
