They did quality work with a quality product for a fair price. Louise took care in going over my options bringing up things that I hadn't thought of. She even took the time to show me some vehicles they had just tinted to see what the different tint percents look like in the daylight. The ol' adage of "You get what you pay for" is the best way to describe this company. I walked in, made an appointment for the following day, offered to pay that same day and the wonderful woman said that she didn't want to take any payment as not to 'handcuff me' in any event. The next day, as scheduled, I was politely greeted and the technician took my car and drove it into the stall. I was given several options according to price and percentage of tint. All the options were reasonable. As I had *zero* tint on my windows, I did not haggle any price because necessity beat out a price. The staff was amazing and I had a wonderful conversation with the person behind the counter for over an hour. Turns out, we had airline experience as a common factor. All in all, I was in and out within 1.5 hours. This was after she said they may have to do something with the rear windscreen. The technician who was working on my car was very professional, complimented me on the vehicle and was completely knowledgeable in his field. They even advised me on the pros/cons of different tints. I would HIGHLY recommend this company to anyone with the minimum of 199$ for window tint. It seemed a bit "pricey" to me, but that is only because I recently moved from the Cayman Islands where I could get any yardie to put window tint I purchased from the grocery store in any car for 25 bucks. June 2018 service. Poor workmanship, no integrity, poor customer service and attitude when I was completely polite. Tech on camera cussing me: "F**king idiot setting the god d*mn parking brake." Multiple mistakes. Pathetic attitude if they have to fix their poor quality work from rushing the first time. Tech placed rear window tint over 3M gel-like adhesive tape from rear dash camera I just had removed the previous day. They said they can't scrape the rear window due to heater lines. So they don't prep the surface at all? They think tinting over a 1" x 2" piece of 3M gel adhesive tape is a quality job? Especially when it can be easily peeled off with fingers? They removed the adhesive, and reapplied the tint. Now how hard was that? Why does a customer have to notice the lack of integrity? The next day, I noticed a driver window bubble in my line of sight. Attitude: 'If you can stand 3' feet away and not see anything, it's fine.' - tech said. It could be seen as a clear bubble 3' feet away looking in. Obvious black dot looking out. So did standing 3' back allow the tech to notice they tinted over 3M tape on the interior of the rear windshield? Did standing 3' back allow the tech to notice they didn't press down an edge of the tint about 10" x 1" on the rear windshield that I squeegeed myself? Did standing 3' back allow the tech to notice the 2 VERY noticeable bubbles on the interior of the rear passenger window? Attitude: 'We can't get it perfect. We don't have a $10 Million facility to keep everything from getting between the tint and glass. I can't even see it.' - owner Ron. (A guy 60+ years old, poorer vision, no glasses, looking parallel with the glass standing up, couldn't see it. Shocker! ) Both the tech and the owner could feel the material under the tint causing a bubble. Attitude: Wanted me to come back in 30 days after it's completely cured (just to code it under warranty), but doesn't understand it won't disappear. Wanted me to bring it back, they take all the tint off, and give me my money back, instead of just redoing the driver window. ‍ Attitude: When done, tech was obviously pissed, walked in the waiting area, right passed me with my key, didn't say a word, sat it at the counter with the owner's wife/office manager and walked away. Attitude: A couple minutes later, Ron, the owner, walks in and says, "Helloooo... come oonnn." Who the hell does he think he's talking to like that? Obviously not a customer he appreciated $400+ dollars in business from. A veteran, that he knew of. Luckily I had more restraint and professionalism than he did that day. Then they said that for some reason their workmanship was just off for MY vehicle, but perhaps they mean my expectations are too high. That a quality job shouldn't be expected. When in reality, they made multiple mistakes and didn't care to do the job the right way the first time. Tint over adhesive, tint not even pressed down on one edge, two irregular bubbles that squeegeed out, previous tint material tinted over. Had to make 3 trips back, and there's still noticeable bubbles on multiple windows. Dash camera video/audio caught tech's true feelings and personality: I pulled my vehicle into the shop bay, parked it, and applied the emergency brake like I always do, for safety reasons (as taught over a career of driving multiple company vehicles of various types). When the tech fixed his lack of workmanship and went to reverse out of the shop, he obviously didn't see the red gauge light that says BRAKE as he gets frustrated that the vehicle isn't moving when he gave it gas, and then goes on to say, "F**king idiot setting the god d*mn parking brake." I guess safety is of no concern, in addition to a quick job over a quality one with attention to detail and integrity. I wonder how many other people's tint have bubbles, and just didn't check their work? I most definitely cannot recommend this business. I encourage everyone else to check their work, not to just trust it's done well. read more

Just had this company apply window tint films to 5 rooms in my home & couldn't be happier with the results! Ron Boully was very professional and patient with all my questions and concerns (mainly that the films would darken my rooms). We decided to install different films for different rooms to let the most amount of light in, yet protect furniture from fading & reduce heat from the sun, as well as diminish glare. They completed the work yesterday & I am thrilled with the results! My rooms did not darken, and the films are almost imperceptible on the windows. They were right on time both installation days, and very attentive with my calls and e-mails. This is a very professional family company, with his 2 adult sons providing the installation work. My honda was a simple job but they screwed up my back window defroster. they also charged double! i found this out when I went to another place that'S way better called pro tint over in Plano. they retinted my drivers window which was lifting off and my gf took her audi there. totally different experience from these guys. read more
