Since he offers mobile service, he came directly to me, which was a huge help when I was dealing with a broken windshield at 9am in the morning. Even though he was very busy that day, JC still made time to replace my windshield when no one else in the area could help me the same day. He and his team worked quickly, carefully, and clearly took pride in doing the job right. JC has nearly 30 years of experience, and he took the time to explain everything, address my concerns, and answer all my questions. His price was also very reasonable compared with the quotes I received from larger companies that morning. JC used my VIN to make sure he had available the correct glass for my 2025 Toyota Tacoma TRD. We even compared the manufacturer information on the original windshield and the replacement, and they matched. I was especially nervous about the front camera and safety sensors. -- Since the object struck nearly on top of the sensor (pictures below). JC explained the process, checked everything after the installation, and made sure there were no errors or warning lights on my dashboard. We tested everything before he left, and the camera and sensors worked without any issues. I'm really thankful I found JC online. He helped me out when I needed it most, charged me a fair price, and made sure the job was done correctly. I'll be keeping his business card handy and recommending him to my family and friends. He said he could replace it for $450 but I would need to wait until the following Tuesday. He said as long as it did not have collision sensors or heads up display it was only $450. I confirmed it did not, but told him it had a rear camera using the rearview mirror as a constant monitor. He said no problem. I stayed three extra days in DFW and take it to his shop on Tuesday. Even as I gave him the keys I ask again that he could definitely replace the windshield for $450 which seemed extremely cheap compared to the other quotes. so I grabbed my bag and walked down to the nearest coffee shop. Larry calls about 10 minutes later telling me the windshield he has in stock is chipped and needs to go to Fort Worth to get a new one. It will take an additional hour. I said no problem as long as we can get it fixed that day. Well, he then proceeds to call back 10 minutes later telling me that the rearview mirror that has the camera monitor takes a special mounting bracket. And the windshield that contains the special bracket is $900 installed. Well, as put out as I am by the terrible service so far, this makes sense considering the other quotes were $1000 and $1100. Once the windshield was installed I noticed that the plastic cowling along the front of the windshield was not flat like it was on the original windshield (pics attached). Larry tells me he can fix it but I will need to bring it back the following week for him to "tape it to the new windshield". I do not live in DFW and I have already waited around four extra days only to save $100-$200 over the same day service as Safelite. So at the end of the day, as I said, the glass seems fine, but it is not OEM and the cowling is not flat as it was on the original windshield.

I gave them a chance to make it right but they ignored…read more I messaged them on a Sunday night. I had gotten a chip on a rental that was due back the next afternoon. I explained to them that I need to fix the chip so I don't have to go through a claim process with my credit card, because who wants to really go through claim processes? Nobody. He said no problem we can get this fixed for you in the morning before you return it. He came at 7am and sent me before and after photos. The "after photo" he texted me appeared as if there was no more visible chip so I figured mission accomplished. When I got in the car I was shocked. This was not fixed at all and actually looked worse than before because of the drilling he did. (Photos attached) So now I'm going through the claim process that I was trying to avoid and out hard earned dollars that they refused to refund.

One thing you need to have handy to get an estimate are the measurements of the windows. Good thing my house windows are the same sizes which made the whole process easier. The only thing that was not the same size was the patio door. When I talked with James, he replies very fast and very friendly as well. He does an onsite consultation and gets the exact measurements, but unfortunately, I had to work during the week and no internet at the home yet and then of course all my belongings were still in California. However, he did mail me a package of tint to take a look at and all prices are the same no matter what you choose. I decided not to look anywhere else and just went with this company. The prices were great. I had my windows tinted in California and I paid 3 times as much, but then again I did have more windows too. The installer came the following week and got done within 5-6 hours as I had 13 windows to tint. The thing that made the process fast was everything was precut and ready to go and all I had to do was give them the measurements. I am sure I was probably off a little, but they managed to make the windows perfect. Overall, for great prices, awesome service and excellent feel for the house. Well money spent especially for the Texas heat. I will put in pictures later.
