I finally have internet at the house and can finally write this review. I was able to message the company through Yelp. One thing you need to have handy to get an estimate are the measurements of the windows. Good thing my house windows are the same sizes which made the whole process easier. The only thing that was not the same size was the patio door. When I talked with James, he replies very fast and very friendly as well. He does an onsite consultation and gets the exact measurements, but unfortunately, I had to work during the week and no internet at the home yet and then of course all my belongings were still in California. However, he did mail me a package of tint to take a look at and all prices are the same no matter what you choose. I decided not to look anywhere else and just went with this company. The prices were great. I had my windows tinted in California and I paid 3 times as much, but then again I did have more windows too. The installer came the following week and got done within 5-6 hours as I had 13 windows to tint. The thing that made the process fast was everything was precut and ready to go and all I had to do was give them the measurements. I am sure I was probably off a little, but they managed to make the windows perfect. Overall, for great prices, awesome service and excellent feel for the house. Well money spent especially for the Texas heat. I will put in pictures later. read more

When the other 2 companies got back to me they both requested measurements as opposed to an in house consultation. James immediately provided an in-house consultation and measured all my windows. He even mailed me samples so I could check the tint during different times of the day. Installation day was organized, quick l, and efficient!! I am writing this review as James is finishing up and on the floor with a cloth wiping my floor around the area that he worked on to make sure he leave it spotless. This is as easy as it get if you want to get your house window tint. James picked up the call, the came by and did the sales and him and his partner does the work a week later. You can't get a faster service than that. I had forgot to tell him about the upstair window so he didn't put it into his estimate. So I called him about it and he said he was just going to do them for me at no charge. What a guy! His appointment was at 9:30 with me, he showed up promptly right at 9:28. Even called me the day before to remind me of the appointment. I saved about $9k for the whole back side of the house compare to getting curtains for 4 windows in the living room. read more

I am truly surprised at the level of customer service we received from James from scheduling the initial appointment to completing the job. Scheduling the appointment was relatively easy. I reached out to James and was able to schedule an appointment within a week. For the consultation meeting, he not only arrived 10 min. early, but also walked us through all of the different options and recommendations. During 2014, a car wrecked into the front of our building taking out 1/2 of our windows. Dealing with insurance, when it was time to replace the window tinting - they sent out a company who did not listen. We even provided them the information from DFW Window Tinting to ensure we were provided the same tinting - this did not happen. They installed a basic tint that did not provide any heat resistance at all. After going round and round with the insurance company for a year, we decided to fix it ourselves the right way by calling James at DFW Window Tinting. James was very empathetic to our situation and within a week of calling him, he completed the bid and installation.
