On the agreed upon day, James showed up promptly. He took measurements and showed us options according to what our goals were. We received an estimate the next day as promised. Although we decided to wait on the purchase, the overall impression is that this is a well-run company. The price we received seemed reasonable. When we are ready, we will certainly purchase from this company.

One thing you need to have handy to get an estimate are the measurements of the windows. Good thing my house windows are the same sizes which made the whole process easier. The only thing that was not the same size was the patio door. When I talked with James, he replies very fast and very friendly as well. He does an onsite consultation and gets the exact measurements, but unfortunately, I had to work during the week and no internet at the home yet and then of course all my belongings were still in California. However, he did mail me a package of tint to take a look at and all prices are the same no matter what you choose. I decided not to look anywhere else and just went with this company. The prices were great. I had my windows tinted in California and I paid 3 times as much, but then again I did have more windows too. The installer came the following week and got done within 5-6 hours as I had 13 windows to tint. The thing that made the process fast was everything was precut and ready to go and all I had to do was give them the measurements. I am sure I was probably off a little, but they managed to make the windows perfect. Overall, for great prices, awesome service and excellent feel for the house. Well money spent especially for the Texas heat. I will put in pictures later.

I started searching around for solar screens since my parents had some which worked well. I landed on Tim's page here on yelp and other places when searching when I learned about the tinting product from 3M as an alternative. After some other research, I decided to go this way. Tim, his support staff on the phone, and the crew I met were all quite professional and informative when I had questions. They came out and installed today and I am no short of amazed at how much heat and light it blocks out. Not to mention the added privacy and the fact you can still see out extremely clearly. Think like a nice pair of sunglasses - the glare and intensity of the blazing sun is gone, but the light itself still makes it in. This afternoon has been far more pleasant working. I'll update later if anything changes my opinion, but so far so good. The only reason it isn't 5 stars is the job was rather expensive comparatively considering how long it took to instal. That was a bit of a bummer. But I'll say that if I decide to do more of my windows, I'll be calling Tim and crew. (started this review last year and apparently never posted it. whoops. heh)

Timothy did an AMAZING job with my car, and I couldn't be happier with it!…read moreI originally had to get my car cleaned because when I was taking my car to the vet, he ended up peeing on my passenger side seat and carpet out of nervousness. I asked multiple businesses about their pricing, and EcoPal was the best -- some places wanted to charge almost triple Timothy's price and others gave me the same estimate Timothy did but just for the one seat. Timothy went above and beyond, deep cleaning my entire car and even doing extra services like sanitizing all of its surfaces. I've already recommended EcoPal to my friends and family! It's also great that EcoPal comes to you, so you can stay in your home while they clean your car. I was so happy with my service that I included a 50% tip.
