After getting our 2023 C8 Corvette's windows tinted in December, we decided to bring it back to TriTek to have the PPF done and ceramic coating. The experience from start to finish was exceptional!! Jorge explained the whole process and also showed us around the shop and we were able to actually see the process being done on many beautiful cars. He kept us updated during the process with texts of short videos of our car being coated. The PPF has a warranty of 10 years and the ceramic coating has a warranty of 8 years. Theres a demonstration on the tinted via a sample in the lobby. My service averaged 3.5 hours (front two, back two windows and strip visor to windshield) . Cool to see the latest Lambos and Porsches on display- butterfly doors/matte paint and all. There's a waiting room with coffee/ beverage station, tv and WiFi. Always read thru your contract. We just had our 2023 C8 Corvette windows tinted today at Tritek Window Tinting!! My husband communicated with George and he did an awesome job explaining the process and 3 levels of tinting. My husband chose the 2nd level ceramic tint. Upon arrival to pick up the vehicle, the windows looked amazing! George explained the process of letting the window tint cure over the next 3 days. The car was protected inside with paper mat on the floor, wrap around the steering wheel, and tape on the window buttons to remind you not to roll the windows down. The front checkout area and waiting room area were very clean. The waiting area has plenty of seating, drinks, snacks, phone charging stations, and lap top holders. The bathrooms (men & women seperate) were modern and very clean. Super nice facility. Limited parking out front but private for customers. The process from start to finish was excellent! And our car was ready in 2-1/2 hours after drop off. The pricing is alittle more expensive than other shops, but the attention to detail and the quality of workmanship is well worth the difference. read more

I had a Ducati Superbike wrapped with Xpel. Jorge was EXTREMELY on-point with his communication and met the deadlines discussed. As previously experienced with past bikes and Xpel applications, the seams are not noticeable and the bike looks amazing!! Xpel is self healing in the sun, and it will even heal if you breathe on it. They covered the fairings with an Xpel kit, and the kit covers 99% of the paint. I did have some requests, due to leaving the bike there for a period of time per my schedule not theirs, and they were very accommodating. I did have a couple of issues that came up with my schedule, whether it was weather related or work related, and Jorge was very understanding and worked with me. Prior to leaving my bike, Jorge gave me a tour of their facility, and I was able to meet and speak with the installers who would be working on my bike. Jason and his team are amazing. When I bought my new Volvo, I knew I wanted to have the windows tinted. My boyfriend had used them previously and they did a fantastic job on his car. They took great care of me also. In addition to the side and back windows, I got a clear film put on my front windshield to help block the heat, harmful rays, and protect the leather. If you haven't considered adding that, do it. The Texas heat is brutal and having that cuts down on how much AC you need. It also feels great knowing the leather inside my car is better protected from sun exposure. My experience with them was wonderful. An extraordinary customer experience is always worth 4 stars to me, but I generally reserve that 5th star for those who truly go above and beyond. And while great work says great things about a company, the way they handle a misunderstanding can say even more. As a first-time tint buyer I didn't quite know what I was asking/looking for. We reached out to David because while I was there on Monday, June 22, 2020, before the crew that worked on our car made sure to point out scratches that were on the outside of the vehicle to ensure that they wouldn't get blamed for that which I completely understood. However, they didn't point out the cut, which appears to be from a razor, in the leather right in front of the window button on the passenger side of the car. I am confident that if that cut was there before that they would have pointed that out to me as well. I'm sure that there is some camera footage of this as there are many setup throughout the establishment. We've spent well over $1,500 getting work done from Tritek Tinting on a 2012 Toyota Camry, 2020 Lexus ES350, and a 2020 Lexus RX350 . We trusted that everything would be done without any problems since our original appointment from this past Saturday, June 20, 2020, was a complete waste of time and the shop was slow at the time which is why I went this past Monday. We expected that a higher level of care would have been taken especially on our brand new luxury vehicle. From the communication that we've had, Tritek will not take responsibility nor does it seem that it is impossible for this business to make a mistake as businesses and people do, including myself, at any moment in time. I know that it is not a goal to lose money which is completely understandable but, so is mine and now we're forced to have to pay for something that we did not cause. While the tint is impeccable the lack of care of the new leather was extremely disappointing. The lies that have been told to the us and trying to place the blame on our dealership is just ridiculous. I did an extensive amount of research about which type of tint I wanted and who was the best in the DFW area. Everywhere I searched (google, yelp, reddit, etc.), Tritek always came out to be the one mentioned the most. They seem to have a reputation of competitive pricing as well as a high standard of quality that doesn't match up with other shops. I decided to go with them. I went in first thing on a Saturday morning (9am) and was met by James who was excellent in explaining the different types of tints and options I could choose. I had already done my research so it was good to see what I learned was the same as what James was saying. He stated the price which was on par with quotes I got through phone discussions with other shops. I decided on Wincos tints and handed the keys to him 15 minutes later. What surprised me was the work was done in about an hour! (I have a small sedan) and I was out relatively quickly (it got busy around 10am with multiple other clients who had come in). The workmanship is amazing and truly I am impressed by the quality. They have the warranty and if something doesn't look right in the next few days, they told me to bring the car back and will fix it (so long it was not something cause my me). I think a shop that cares this much about their quality of work speaks volume to how they run and operate. I came here right before opening on a Saturday, and there were already a few people waiting. If you're coming on a weekend, I'd recommend getting in as early as possible (even 8:45am) just so you can be one of the first customers there. They have easy, straightforward pricing, depending on the quality of tint and quantity you purchase. David, the owner, was extremely kind and patient. We had a lot of questions and he answered them all to our satisfaction. It took our car about 2.5 hours for all windows except the windshield and sunroof, which is definitely longer than usual. Called day of and managed to get in an appointment (Tritek is a busy shop so def call ahead!). After searching Yelp for a quality tint shop for my brand new Fiat, we made the drive to Tritek/Garland from Irving, which wasn't too bad. The only thing I cared about (more than distance & price) was quality of tint and I'm very satisfied in the quality of work my car received. As soon as my car was finished (about 2ish hours from dropping it off), we headed back over to find tint perfection; I don't see any bubbling but just in case, I was told to keep the windows up for a few days. Not sure if it's all in my head but my car even FELT cooler after letting it sit in the sun for a bit. It's definitely worth getting the upgraded tint! Keep in mind, even if you have tint on your windows, you should still wear sunblock, skin cancer is a very real thing.
