I have been completely blown away by the level of customer service I've received since I first even walked into the Rowlett Tint World location. James is wonderful at explaining the entire process, the costs, and literally every single question I had. Even after an unfortunate one-off incident with some defroster lines -- didn't matter to James. Stuff happens, we're all human. My man STILL came out to directly explain exactly what happened and assured me that no matter what, it would be taken care of. Completely stunned by the level of service and James' willingness to go above and beyond for me. Be cool, be patient, be kind with the staff and you will receive a level of care from these guys that is unheard of. James, you're setting the bar for customer service bro. Keep it up. And above all, the tint results are amazing! I got their Supreme package for our 2022 Tesla Model 3, and even a simple tint job has noticeably affected the temperatures inside the cabin. I love this place!!! I got my dash cam installed and I can't be happier with it. James was super nice and he answered all my questions. Never once did I feel pressured to get work done here which was nice. I came in the first day to get information and was told all my options. And while I rambled on I wasn't interrupted or corrected or talked to like I didn't know what I wanted. That really made all the difference to me. It was what sealed the deal on me wanting to do business with them. Then I came in having made a decision but then money didn't line up so I had to wait. Still they were nice and understanding. But finally I was able to get it done and I couldn't be happier! Usually I don't like to do surveys. But I felt the Tint World, 7001 Rowlett Rd, Rowlett, TX 75089 deserves it. First I called them and Moises answered my questions and told me to come and visit the facility in person. It was almost closing time. But he assured me that he will wait for me and take as much time I want. I saw other vehicles they have done in the parking lot. I set up an appointment for the next day at 2:00 pm. However, I decided to do more research. I walked into their store 2 hours before the appointment schedule planning to cancel my work. They asked me the reason. Moises and Grant listened to my reasons and concerns. They accommodated my requests and did the work right away at 12:00 noon instead of waiting until 2:00 pm. Both Grant and Moises were very friendly, courteous as well as professional. The value was reasonable. They treated me like a family member. From the very first day I arrived to this location I knew they would take care of me. I had a terrible experience from a local ad for vehicle wrapping. Long story short ,My paint got damaged and job was in my opening very horrible to say the least. I drove up to Tint world in Rowlett on a Sunday to remove the purple wrap that was done. Shout out to James for helping me out on short notice. Drove off with a quote and the guys where able to get me taken care of the following week. I stopped in to ask about a radio and speaker installment. The guys lead me to the assortment of choices on the wall within my budget. I chose a Sony system that ended up sounding great in my daughters Nissan. Soooo much better than the factory system! When the install was complete they walked me thru the options on the radio and showed chioces to make it sound as good as it could be. Love the new system and so does my daughter. Got all my windows tinted here. It really helped with the heat. Before the tint, I couldn't touch my steering wheel until it cooled down since it was on fire. Like driving with one finger, it was so hot. Now, it doesn't matter if it sits outside in the sun, I can get in and drive the car like normal. Long drives are so much better with the tiny. Not as hot anymore. I got the darkest tint. They also really cleaned out the dash for the windshield since I have dogs. I'm sure they wiped the pet hair out since I can't find any mixed with the tint, so that was nice. read more

I happened to get the Manager as my salesperson and he let me decide on what I wanted and explained everything to where I could understand it. Pricing was good also.
