Garbage, they installed new speakers that ended up sounding worse than the ones they pulled out. I was on a road trip to see a friend's kid play at Rangers Stadium and wanted to support a small biz and save myself trouble to enjoy better sound on the drive. I also was unable to get a taxi from a baseball game end of biz day and they drove it to lock up at another location I had to get an Uber to the next morning. Brought it back to original location near my Airbnb. They looked at it and just turned all the bass down to stop the popping. Had an important appointment in San Diego so I had to leave. What really makes this place great is the amazing work they do with prices you can't beat for installs. Prices vary based on your vehicle, however I know these prices are fair as going to Car Toys you are charged a premium for their services and New Image Autosports does the same quality of work if not better!! I never felt at any point when working with these guys that I was being swindled out of my money nor did I feel pressured to make a decision when think about what I wanted to do for my car. I've been to other places where they tell you 3-5 hours to remove and install tint but are actually done WELL before then. 2. Sam and Abe are superstars! I am always wanting to spend top notch money to get the best out of everything. These guys have swayed me away from thinking that way with their car audio knowledge. My first visit I was apprehensive already in my mind that I was going to be raked over hot coals. That changed real quick. I came in just wanting to upgrade my factory alarm system. The price was fair so had them Install that. I decided to wait there instead of going home. They have soda and water in a fridge for you chairs, table with magazines and TV (which you can control and change the station)with gaming systems for you or the kiddos. I sat for a while then started walking around looking at all the audio products they have. I started asking Sam questions about upgrading my factory truck stereo. Once again I already thought I was going to have to mortgage the house and once again Sam showed me alot of products that were priced very well. Sam would ask what sound am I looking for and I told him that I was just looking just to get some mild bass and highs nothing to blow the windows out with, he knew exactly what I was after and showed me the equipment I was after. Then me being stubborn that more is expensive is better I wanted my dome tweeters replaced and I was looking at some expensive ones. Sam said I did not need those and that the lesser price would be great for what I have. (In the back of my mind I was thinking what kinda place is going to try to sell me cheaper priced products instead of the more expensive ones. It hit me a place that is knowledgeable of what they sell and care about their customers.) He was right they did sound great. So I had them install all new speakers, amp, and a sub box for under the back seats( I was just going to go with the cloth lining box Sam didnt have it at the time but upgraded me to the Rhino sprayed box at no extra charge, I thought I hit the lottery!) and a wonderful head unit. While they had my truck there already putting the alarm on they stayed late and installed my system. Sam took out the time to show me what everything did with my alarm and system. I was extremely happy with the system and install. Since then I have brought my wife's car in to add a subwoofer, they have also installed head unit on my Daughters vehicle. I recently got tint on my truck which they did a fabulous job on. Now I am upgrading my speaker box, amp and subwoofers for more power. After 3 years of owning and not once have I had any trouble the first subwoofers and amp now I am wanting more power. Sam and Abe have been very helpful once again in listening to what I want and stearing me in the right direction. I have my full trust in them that I dont question them.
