Update: Got my power tap installed from my rearview mirror, and now my dash cam doesn't have a wire hanging down. Once again, the awesome guys at Moe's made it look nice and clean! They always go above and beyond to make sure their customers are happy. I know I'm happy, and I can be uptight about my vehicles. I purchased a $600 Sony CarPlay Touchscreen from Best Buy and made an appointment with these guys. They were friendly and cool, but the install was NOT good. The panel that goes around the the unit wasn't the correct one for my vehicle and the bottom is busted off leaving a 3/8" gap and they got adhesive on the unit as well as my dash bezel that won't come off and I've tried GooGone, WD-40, and Acetone. Had to order a replacement bezel and will have to purchase another unit since the adhesive won't come off of that either and it looks terrible. Should've waited to have it done until I returned to California from my trip. The shop I've dealt with there over the years does quality work. read more

5/21/22: Went to Moes based on a friend's recommendation. I brought in a 2011 Nissan Altima, which had serious sound and bluetooth issues from a previous install several years prior. After speaking with Moe, we went with a new head unit which had Bluetooth and some new speakers. On a second visit, he swapped out both front door lock regulators, so that she could use the key fob to lock/unlock the car. Pricing was very reasonable for both visits. First class local small business, with knowledgeable techs and good customer service. 6/10/23: This time I brought in a 2009 Mitsubishi Galant to replace the factory radio with an updated one that was Bluetooth capable. I was very pleased with how clean the install came out, and really happy at how easy it was to connect my phone to the new head unit. Consistent quality install at a fair price! read more

So I just got an audio system put in my truck. They ran an amp to new door speakers and some hidden subs. They worked with me on pricing and let me just say the system is great! The reason I'm writing this review is because of their honesty. I had asked for keyless starter put in and when I showed up on install day I handed him my keys. He looked at them and looked at me and he proceeded to start my truck with my keys. I had no clue all these years that I already had it. They easily could have taken my money but instead the guy saved me $400! I'll also add that it wasn't even a thought to try and do the wrong thing at that time. My S2000's radio kept blowing a fuse, and since I'm an extremely big stickler for who touches my car I did a lot of research. After seeing great review after great review, I made my decision and took it to Moe's Car Audio. Moe was very personable, took care of all of my concerns, and made sure to test the wiring and radio beforehand to make sure I didn't buy an unnecessary replacement. Ultimately, it was the radio (which is what I figured seeing as it was 7 years old) and they made the drop off and pick up super convenient for me and the install is very clean and works like a charm. While I can't speak to the tint, wraps, or other services they provide, I can tell you with 100% confidence that they did a fantastic job on my radio and I'm extremely happy with my setup now. read more

My 2012 Nissan Altima's Aux Jack was having major issues and a call to Moe made me realize the only option was replacing the head unit. Moe was very helpful and gave me multiple options. We had them install radio for fathers birthday present $650. Should have been nice touch screen, the whole deal.. Fast forward a month later. I have taken the truck back up there 5 times for the radio, camera, lights, Bluetooth, sync not working! Went up there and dealt with Moes "cousin" for the last time. Typical we want to make you happy and take care of you BS. What a joke!! Gave them old radio to put back in and wanted a refund. He was cool with it said no problem would take care of it. When it came time for refund after the switch out. He deducted 20% for restocking fee... I told him that was not right I've had to bring it up here 5 times and y'all still can't get it right. He said it was on the receipt. We should keep bringing it back until it's fixed no matter how many times, it has lifetime warranty. Really??!! Bad bad business. Don't go here! read more
