Was looking for a place to have a Apple CarPlay installed with navigation and back up camera and I found them on Yelp. Had wonderful reviews which I love. Messaged the owner who said it would be better to bring it in. We traveled about 1.5 to get there. The owner was very knowledgeable and quoted us a price which stayed the same when we went back. Got it done on Wednesday and it was ok for awhile. Has to take it back the following Monday because it has slid back and the original car usb stopped working with the particular device. My husband had come to this shop a few months before for his car and really liked the service, the new stereo, and car alarm install. So, we brought my car here today. Turns out it was the stereo and one speaker that was bad. Eventually, all the speakers would need to be replaced but we could just have that stereo put in. My husband decided to go for replacing all of it. Eventually, it would all need to be replaced anyway. At a very FAIR price (way under) Car Toys and others... I'm very pleased. Large screen HD Video DVD/CD and Backup Camera, GPS that's better than Garmin, I Phone direct link. (IPlay or Bluetooth) You get all your apps, e-mail, text messaging via touch screen.. or SIRI (you can send a text message to someone just by speaking the name of whom you want to text... it converts your words and they get the text... among many other features. The sound quality (phone, music and/or otherwise) is incredible. My car has NEVER sounded better. Highly recommend this shop to my Dallas friends... And this system in general! I came to this shop with the intent of adding a backup camera and Apple Carplay to my vehicle. I started this process back in January of 22. Initially, when I got my car back, everything seemed fine. In less than a month, the camera stopped working. I was told the wires overheated and to bring the car back. I have spent the last 8 months in and out of this shop. They tried different cameras and different wires but ultimately nothing remained working for long. I would absolutely accept and respect them if they said "we can't do the job" vs. having us spend so much time trying to get this to work. I ultimately told them they need to think of a fair offer to return some of my money because I was fed up. I presented the $150+ I have spent in Ubers shuttling myself back and forth to be considered. This doesn't even include my husbands Ubers or the times we were together. For a job that I paid $1500 for, I was offered $600 back (this included my inconvenience with the Ubers). My plan was to start over with a different shop. I offered to return the Apple Carplay device but, I was told it was soldered onto my radio. Low and behold it is not (see pictures). It was plugged in and removable. I attempted to contact them many times, but they are ignoring me now. Additionally, I came to learn what a poor quality job was done on my vehicle for the installation. I had exposed wiring everywhere (see pictures), lots of clips on the interior are broken and they drilled a nice big hole behind my license plate. I would not recommend this shop. I would strongly caution against it. They talk a good game and make it seem as if they are knowledgeable but the work on the car shows otherwise. read more

New image in garland gave me and my nephew a garbage ass amp. Diablo 28000. Please don't ever go there. I'm up at another audio place buying another amp that pushes out more power to my kicker speakers.found out they didn't wire the amp right. My car could have caught on fire. With in 20 minutes my nephew had to turn back around and show them his bass was not on. He's also had to get his amp wired again. This some mess that they doing. When I came in I had a system in mind but the owner Jonny said he would do a better system for the same price . After a full day of install I picked up the truck and did not like the features on the head unit so he upgraded it the next day for $100 and should have Been $200. I now have wireless apple CarPlay which I highly recommend . I had a few other parts I wanted installed like a break light , wireless charging and trim pieces . I initially thought that I needed some new speakers but after hearing some recommendations from the owner Samir I purchased the pioneer 1400 nex for my new jeep and I don't have any regrets! The receiver is all touchscreen and doesn't look cheap. I was shocked at how responsive and fast it is! If you want apple carplay but don't want to break the bank then this is a good option for your vehicle. I know apple carplay is not the most innovative thing Apple has come out with however it is super convenient to have siri, apple maps, and spotify on your dash while driving.
