(I tried to contact more places to compare, but no others responded!) They came to my house for the repair, which is very convenient, and they were on time. When doing the repair, they found out that the place that replaced it previously, 6 years ago, didn't do it correctly and basically super glued everything down. They called the morning of the appointment and said they could not do one vehicle because of the age. Not a big deal. I set a date a week later to take the vehicle in to the physical location, which is a 45 minute drive from my house. The morning I was scheduled to drop the vehicle off, we had a difficult time starting the vehicle so I rescheduled for the next day which their website said they had 10 morning appointments available. Received a text and emailing saying the appointment had been rescheduled. The next day my son and I drove two vehicles, 45 minutes each way, to drop the one vehicle off. Once we arrived at 0830, which they said to be there prior to 0930, the lady at the front desk told me our appointment had been canceled by the Manager Chris. At no time did I receive a phone call or email saying it was canceled. She said there were no notes to why he canceled the appointment so she "tried to call him." She advised he did not answer and we would have to come back another day to have the work done. It should be noted there were multiple technician in the work bay sitting on their phones and only one vehicle being worked on. The lady at the front desk then gave me a piece of paper with Chris's phone number and email and she said to contact him. I tried to call the phone multiple times which an operator says he is not accepting calls, so I elected to email him. Well it's been almost two weeks and have not received any responses from Chris. TAKE YOUR BUSINESS TO A SMALL SHOP, where you will get treated with respect. This place is extremely unprofessional. I think the corporation needs to look at their professional people skills when promoting what they call a "manager." All glass companies do the same thing Safelite does with insurance companies so go elsewhere. I will never use Safelite again.

I had trouble signing my lease for my device and they sent the lease to Car Toys for me to sign there. I had no trouble at all. Jock had it printed out and ready for me when I arrived. He even took a picture and emailed it back to the company for me. Also, the calibrations are a lot cheaper than I expected them to be. Car toys charged me under $40 to have it done. After being convinced that they could do the job correctly, I agreed. They service was fast, then they pulled the car around and to my surprise the rear window they just tinted was a completely different color than the rest of the car. I relayed my distaste to the store and complained to the tech who then proceeded to get aggressive with me. I told him he needed to stop and reset which angered him more. He then threatened to beat my ass and referenced going back to prison. I'd avoid this shop at all costs. The shop needs to vet its techs better, and maybe stop hiring strung out convicts.
