He told me after they changed the oil that they only used full synthetic oil, it's all they have. No mention of this before. 96.00 was the charge, I have never paid that much for an oil change. His dishonesty makes me wonder if the oil change was done right. He took 20.00 dollars off the bill but that was still 76.00 dollars, I have never paid that much. My tire pressure warning was on, too low. I asked him to check, he completely ignored me. I feel cheated. I'm warning women and seniors not to go there. Does anyone know if that's true, they only have full synthetic oil. He didn't go over how much it would cost. He got my vehicle in for the inspection right away, even though they were busy, after the inspection he took me inside the work bay, so I could see what the issue was first hand. Because he knew the repairs would take a little while, the business provided a ride via Lyft to my house, after a few hours Steven G called to inform me that my repairs would take a little longer than expected, and that they would be keeping it over night. The next morning they called to inform me that the work was complete and ordered a Lyft from my house to Breaks Plus for me to pick up my vehicle. When I arrived, he went over the repairs again to ensure I understood what they did. As an added bonus, Breaks Plus gave me a military discount, that reduced my bill by a couple hundred dollars. All in all, I'd say that I was more than pleased with the service I received. I'm glad that I no longer have to listen to the "Que, Que, Que, sound as I'm driving down the road. Most mechanic shops I have been to are very hesitant to do work on older vehicles, and dealerships will charge you a retarded premium to even open the driver door. Danny and his staff did an amazing job replacing my fuel pump. Through the entire process he was professional, patient, and willing to answer any questions I had. You constantly hear horror stories about people getting ripped off at mechanic shops, but the price he quoted me was 3x less and projected to be done sooner than what I was expecting. Throughout the repair he kept me updated by texting me when he received the parts, put the vehicle back together, and finally calling me to let me know how the test drive went afterwards. Once I arrived to pick it up, he met me outside with key and paperwork in hand, showed me the little box full of the parts he replaced, and educated me on all he had done. I've never had a repair shop or dealer show me the parts they had replaced (on any vehicle I've owned), even when I asked they have claimed it had already been thrown away or vaporized or whatever. I'm a devout follower of the "proof is in the pudding" mindset, and Danny did me right on all counts. In closing: Danny and his staff are knowledgeable (Danny was a Toyota technician for 10 years before opening his shop, so he knows what he's doing), and honest about what they do. Their quick turn around and quality work will have me back whenever I need my engine rebuilt 70k down the road.

Great, the price is modest, what could go wrong. Not only do they try and up sell you, but they also try and upsell stuff you wouldn't even think to be asked at a place known for oil changes and fluid maintenance. They took off my clamps to my battery to supposedly measure the output, but not only did they say my battery would go out within the matter of weeks, this was two years ago on the same battery. Either incompetence or deceit, one or both, completely unacceptable. Now, at this point I might sound harsh, but afterwards (of course I did not purchase their battery) I went to work. After work, I go to start my car and not even a flinch. I look under the hood and the clamp not only to one side but for both were very loose (negative connection was barely even on). Incredibly dangerous and reckless. I would never come back here and have happily changed my oil on my own ever since. Incompetence at its finest.
