I stopped in on the morning of 3/2/26. My 2014 Nissan Murano had a simple sunvisor that needed replacement. I think it was Charles who helped. Came out and looked at it and informed me that it would need replacement rather than repair. [[HIGHLIGHT]]He told me he'd call me after he found the part, which they had to order. He called, informing me that the replacement part was over $100 (I don't remember the exact amount) and that there was additional hardware parts they also needed. Those are extra[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]. And the labor per hour is $203 (that, I do remember exactly). In the neighborhood of $700 somehow to replace the visor. I said I wasn't looking to spend that much. He said, well, we can try to do it without the extra hardware, that will save about $250. That quote was still over $500. For the sunvisor. The car has been well maintained and runs fine. I did not use them. I ordered the part for $24 from Amazon and watched youtube and replaced it myself in 10 minutes 2 days later. And, THERE IS NO EXTRANEOUS HARDWARE. The wiring and clamps are sold as part of the visor itself. It is possible they overinflated the quote because they didn't want such a small job. And maybe they didn't want my caliber of vehicle in their shop since they think quite highly of themselves. Also, I'm female. Just a heads up folks, INTEGRITY isn't part of the shop's values. It just isn't. The labor rate is well above what is normal range for our area. AND THERE IS NO EXTRANEOUS HARDWARE. Yes, I bought an aftermarket part. Sure, they quoted me the actual part. I genuinely still don't know how the quote got over $700. It was not because of Integrity, I do know that. read more

It was my first time visiting aldo's and i must say out of all the auto shops i've been to before they truly had given me the best customer service i've received so far. i also checked out other european auto shops on pricing and just no one was able to beat aldo's, (which led me to visiting their shop).I was helped out by this man named wes , really cool guy with amazing history to tell , other than that i highly recommend trying these guys out they are specialists when it comes to european cars.( i've worked on cars most of my life and couldn't figure out my issue for about 5 days, but they had figured it out within 10-20min) read more

If I could I would give them 0 stars. This place was terrible. They charged me $1250.13 to fix something that wasn't broke. When I got my car back the engine light was on and the problem they were supposed to fix still existed. Not to mention the car was covered in dirt. I tried to reason with Aldo with no success. I had a chance to see Aldo's place on several occasions. He and his guys worked on my VW Passat determining where the very small evaporation leak was in the EVAP system. He's got the equipment and the necessary computer software to work on European cars. After working on my car I was able to pass the vehicle state inspection. Highly recommended !!! read more

My car had a problem with the clutch; I also asked Mr. Aldo to check the brakes, the coolant, and generally give the car an inspection while digging under the hood. The quote was rather high ($1100) but I thought maybe that was what it cost. When he called me back and the car was ready he also said it needed rear breaks replaced. They were going metal-on-metal, the rotors were bad and it would cost $400. I thought that was too much and declined. When I was picking up the car, Mr. Aldo criticised quite a few things about the car and previous repairs. I did not really like that. It sounded as if he was the only one doing a good job and everyone else was "meeeeeh". Again, he said to replace the rotors and pads. When I got the car home, took the rear wheels off, and looked at the breaks, there was NO metal-on-metal, the rotors were fine, the pads were worn out. The whole thing cost me $36 and 1 hour of work. Now I question the clutch job - was it really broken and was it really worth $1100? The breaks job was definitely not worth $400. Be careful dealing with this shop and definitely ask for a second opinion. read more
