Unfortunately, the overall experience has been frustrating. I purchased four new tires and four new wheels last weekend, and since the installation my car shakes above 60 mph--something it did not do before. I returned Friday to have additional parts installed, only to learn the wrong ones had been ordered. Gustavo personally picked up the correct parts this morning, which I greatly appreciate. My issue is that I'm now sitting here waiting behind a large number of cars to have their mistake corrected. I was also told yesterday that no appointment was necessary. I completely respect customers who arrived before me, but this isn't a new service--I'm returning because of an issue with work already performed. When a customer has to return because something wasn't done correctly, I believe correcting that problem should be prioritized. Again, Gustavo gets 5 stars for customer service. My frustration is with how the location handles service recovery when the customer has to return through no fault of their own.

When We picked up the car, they charged us $90, didn't give us a shop receipt and when I opened my trunk 12 days later, I found the new sensors still in the box. When I tried to address this with them, they said they would have to charge me another $90 and argued with me that they were told not to install the new sensors. (??? What???) we chalked up the $90 (vs $45) to a misunderstanding, but the owner told me I was trespassing after talking over me so I had to raise my voice and threatened to call the police. Bad vibes all around. I have the debit card receipt for proof of purchase.
