Great friendly service early in the morning. Happy I brought my car here for a state inspection.

I brought my car to this place. I inquired about getting my faded rear spoiler replaced on my charger with an aftermarket. They looked at it and the guy said he could do it. He removed my old one and installed the new one. I just had to buy sealent and plugs. Yeah i know it was a pia job but he got the job done. Water soda and coffee were free. Install went above to check for other defects and even addressed them. This location does all types of work so they are worth checking out. Thanks guys!!!! read more

Omg .... This place ... Firstly I call Tuesday to set up alignment . Give year make model etc. Friday comes around and I call again confirming all the same . Then set an appointment for 12:30pm. Show up hand keys off and the lady comes back and says they can't do it. Needs some program they do not have. I of course get irritated that this wasn't confirmed during the phone calls and leave a review of the experience. About an hour goes by and a guy named Scott calls me and says she misspoke and they can do it come back at 5. I delete review and decide to give em a second chance. At 5pm I arrive they take my keys. I walk outside for a cig and the alignment guy (whom I'm never met) jumps in my car and drives off. I go back inside to ask why he drove off and they say it's policy. I state no one informed me a stranger I've never met was going to drive off in my car without telling me. Furthermore I have custom rims on the car and don't trust anybody. He could be doing 100 pulls for all I know. Anyways, guy gets back and puts it on alignment machine. Once he steps out I ask him why he took my car without telling me he was taking my car. He said it's policy and to talk to her... Wow.. At that point I asked him how they would feel if I took of in their vehicle without telling them. They just stared back at me. Needless to say I didn't get alignment done. I wouldn't have them touch my car for free at this point. The lack of communication, lies, and deceit have me over them in its entirety.. Also, the guy Scott that called me and tried to make it better said he would be there . Made me feel good since ya know a boss may be there. No.. he left before I got there. Good customer service. Good work. We had a little issue with the warranty company not paying in a timely manner however we finally got our vehicle back by their closing time. I visited here earlier this week and would highly recommend Integrity 1st auto. The pricing is more than fair considering the amazing experience I had here at the Sachse, Texas location. I was greeted as I walked in, Marco was very respectful and funny which made my registration and receipt experience great. My technician Rudy did an amazing job on my car as well. After visual inspection and some driving I was more than satisfied with everything and had no worries about what'd been done, the work done was perfect. He even gave some helpful tips on future maintenance when he'd finished. They are also transparent with needed work or if something isn't an urgent concern. This is great since you get so many places trying to constantly upsell you on things. My first time trying Arnold (Integrity). I was there for an inspection and oil change. I was impressed with the neat and clean waiting area (with a massage chair). I was greeted right away and explained my needs. They were attentive and service was fast. They do the full range of auto repairs from basic to complex (oil change, check engine lights, to crankshaft seals). This may be my new go to shop. False LIE diagnosis to rip me off for a problem that did not exist. wanted to take me ENGINE apart for a problem they KNEW they could not have even detected if it WAS the problem! and they took money from me for the BS diagnosis. Oh, and if you question me, ask any auto repair tech you trust if you can diagnose a crank shaft seal lodged in your engine with a mirror. And just to top it off, when I wanted my car out of their auto jail, the moved my car and didn't even lock the doors. After telling me my car would not be safe in their parking lot. thanks for nothing but a waste of time and money LIARS. And thank you for the insult to my intelligence as well. Integrity defines these guys! I haven't even had my car serviced here yet. On my way to work, I had a flat tire. I am perfectly capable of changing it myself, however, with a baby in the back seat and a jack that barely moved, I was sure glad to be rescued. I pulled into the parking lot to begin the process of changing my tire. The owner's wife walked out, saw me, and immediately got her husband. He and his technician quickly changed my tire and replaced the jack into its poorly designed, tightly-fitted space in my truck. When I asked how much I owed, they kindly refused payment. True gentlemen, helping a lady in distress. If they sold tires, I would have bought a full set! This type of kindness and integrity wins my loyalty! read more

I took my truck in to have it checked for radiator leak. Guy at the desk (probably the owner) called me later and told me i had a busted radiator. He said it had no antifreeze in it and it had a block of ice frozen in it". That was a lie because when i drained it at home it had plenty of antifreeze. He quoted me a price of $647.00 to get the radiator replaced. I told him i could not do it and would go pick up my truck. When i went to pick up my truck i was handed a bill for $45.00 from a woman at the shop (probably his wife). Wow, didn't have the balls to come out and talk to me after he tried to screw me out of almost $700.00, but had her charge me $45.00 to tell me i had a busted radiator. He didn't even fill up the reservoir with water. I ended up buying the radiator at Auto Zone for $238.00 and did it myself. I should have gone with my gut instinct and not have gone to that place. I did read a couple of bad reviews on them but thought I'd take a chance. Well, that chance cost me $45.00...oh well, never again! Stay away!!! read more

I started taking my vehicles to Arnolds' a couple years ago. I have nothing but good to say. Their pricing is more than fair and Ive never had a quality of work issue at all. Once I had some sort of emission valve replaced. Eight months later the check engine light came on. Had him look at it. He said the part he replaced eight months earlier was bad but under warranty. Replaced it no charge. My opinion they are honest and know what they are doing. I'll continue to use them and will recommend them. read more
