Big shoutout to Logan and Chris at Discount Tire. Amazing service, super helpful, and went above and beyond just filling my tires. Gladly tipped Logan $5 because great service still deserves appreciation. Highly recommend! P.S. I came in with no appointment and they had me in and out within 45 minutes patching a screw in my tire. read more

I'll start by being a bit of a butt. The Rockwall location stinks. Even though it's right next to an Applebees you can get a nibble and a drink at within walking distance. I've been bringing my cars to this Discount Tire for 10 yrs at least (I had kids so 4 vehicles back in the day), the folks here are friendly, the products are top notch (I have to use run-flats), the insurance is worth it, because Discount obviously understands that manufacturers "guarantees" aren't very reasonable, especially in Texas, the heat and road conditions wear them down a lot. I can't find cheaper, better tires for my girl than here. If you have to pick, pick this one off 66 / Bush. read more

I visited the store in Rowlett, TX.  I had a puncture in my tire.  I was awaiting the dreaded "it is in the sidewall" and you need a new tire.  Not only was the tire repaired, but the customer service was excellent.  Jose was my service advisor and he was great. I left feeling that this store is upfront, honest, and cared about me.  I only use Discount Tire for my family and will continue to do so. read more

Lies lies lies. At every turn. Posted a time of 12:38 didn't touch the vehicle till 12:37 after I asked why.... not cool.

Wow! I had a 12:30 appointment for 3 new tires. Went to lunch, came back at1:30 and they haven't even started yet! Time is valuable! The link you supplied leads nowhere read more

Where do I start lol Damaged brand new wheels, tried blaming on vendor and when asked why they didn't initially inspect, I got a blank stare. Missing parts from order, even when I was assured multiple times that everything was ready. They simply could not complete simple tpms swap and tire mount. Ridiculous when you spend over 2k and waste full day dealing with their incompetence, then get offered $80 rebate. Was flabbergasted when employees and manager just brushed it off. Luckily, I only brought wheels and not the car, or it probably would be worse and would be dealing with damaged vehicles. Lack of care and incompetence is staggering. Oh, and now I am stuck with their Credit card, worthless. read more

First let me say I love Discount Tire, in general, they always have great customer service. I have never used this location as I live closer to Sachse and Wylie but had taken my car to the dealership and was told a crazy price for a replacement tire that had a nail in it. I decided to stop by this Discount on my way home to have them check it. I can not RAVE about this location enough. They, specifically Corey and Devonn, went above and beyond what was needed. I have never had such amazing customer service and think this will now be my primary location! THANK YOU for your care and doing an amazing job!! read more

let me tell you my story. I went to get an oil change and a tire rotation just to be told that my tires were about to explode and I needed it for new ones. He really didn't want me to drive because he said it's too dangerous to be on the road with those tires. I was devastated. I thought everything was going well and then all of a sudden I get hit with this. I went to Discount Tire because I've been there before and I met Cody. He saw that I was a mess and he helped me out. He looked for the best possible tire at the best possible price and found a discount he just worked his magic and made it happen. It's very humbling to be in this situation. When you think everything goes well and all of a sudden you get hit with this. I'm writing this comment because I want people to know what kind of a person he is in the business that he does. He is truly out for the customer of course it's a business, but he also is compassionate and understands the needs of his clients. I would highly recommend this place.#Cody@Discount Tire is the best!!!! read more

To whomever it may concern I visited this location with a screw in my front passenger tire, right the very middle of the tire the person greet me at door walked out to vehicle seem the screw and immediately start looking for another problem.he told me the tire was a 2020 tire in perfect condition but policy would not permit them service the tire, I proceeded to let him know the car is garaged kept, with only 9k. Miles since 2015 there was no tire rot or cracking anywhere on the tire, but he insisted the policy forbade them from touch it.no compromise or no customer concern.luckily the vehicle wasn't on flat so drove about 3.5 mile to another tire service center and within 5 minutes my tire was plugged and I was on my way, now that's "CUSTOMER SERVICE"from this point on discount tire will not be my first choice for service nor my second choice.thanks discount! read more

Always disappointed! They just don't care. No greeting when you walk in the door. Two guys standing at the counters, entirely ignored me. I understand this work takes time, I was in the industry. No call that the work was done. Everything takes too long. But to be fair, I think the failing is in the desk people, not necessarily the techs. Kelly was awesome. He always greeted me with my name and took great care of us. But, he relocated to another store. All others still at this location are inept. I will now start driving an hour to get proper service. read more

I like the Rowlett location. Close to my home. Ordered my tires online last night, paid online and scheduled a Wednesday install. I got a call the tires were in two days early this morning, so I scrapped the Wednesday appointment and drove over. They have decent WiFi so with laptop in tow I sat for about an hour and ran my business from a corner chair... The folks at counter were busy but helpful and hooked me up nicely! read more

Amazing service! Austin was professional and very helpful. The location was neat and tidy. I'd come back again & again!

First thing they do is a tire tread survey. In hopes that they can sell you new tires. I went in for a simple tire repair job. Single screw in the thickest part of tread and they want contingent plan for if they find another object or the tire can't be repaired. Meaning buy a new tire or put spare on. Horrible sales tactics but I am sure it's taught by ownership to rape the public. Solution - drove down the street and paid $20 for a plug + inside patch. Fixed in 30 minutes. Will never go back to these clowns again. read more

To give a little context, I was very stressed out due to having many appointments to make the same day I discovered my tire had 2 nails and was running very low. As you can imagine, I needed to fix it right away. I was able to drop off the car at this location, and felt so good when they told me the tire was reparable. I was able to drop off the car and run to appointments and come back. In no time, the car was ready, even before it was promised. I was so happy I came here. The customer service was provided by Jake, and he was very professional and very thorough. He let me know more about the condition of my tires, and quickly helped me out. This has to be my favorite discount tire location. I've been to others in Dallas, but this one beats them :) read more

The strong point of buying tires at Discount is the service After the sales. I caught a nail in my tire, I got over to DT in 10 minutes, still some air left. Even though I bought the tires 2 years ago, at a Discount Tire 1,000 miles away, the Rowlett, Texas staff took my vehicle in under 5 minutes on a busy day, 45 minutes til closing. 15 minutes, maybe 18 at most, my vehicle was brought back. Nail pulled, tire fixed, all tires inspected, and inflated to specs. The tech was happy to present me the final bill: Zero! SURVEY SAYS: Ding! 5 Stars read more

Came by to get a tire checked due to a leak which was fixed but when they re balanced my tire they did it completely wrong which was a noticeable difference with my vehicle. If this was the first time its whatever but this being the 3rd time discount tire locations have done this and this time I had to go to another location and wait 4 hours to have it corrected. That not being the only issue and that's why I'm posting it on this specific store is that they didn't tighten my lugs all the way which I tightened myself when I got home before I noticed the other issue with the tire being off balanced read more

Came here and had Steven help me out by fixing a mistake the Plano location had made. He was prompt, courteous, and very informative. I appreciate his time and consideration!! This location is also being REALLY great about social distancing, besides the one customer in the lobby (out of at least 6, & there's always that one) that wasn't complying, everyone had a mask on and plenty of space!! read more

I walked in and asked for 1 new Michelin tire for a 2019 stock Ford f150 (nothing special at all) and was quoted $500+. So I asked for something similar (Bridgestone ended up being similar). I was told the Bridgestone was a $30 difference... As I was on the phone with my boss about replacing the tire, I said we're definitely not playing that and the guy dropped the price to ~$300. I told him that's way too expensive for 1 tire when the website says it's way cheaper and he said "Well, then what are you doing here?".... What do you think I'm doing here??? .....Dude, I want ONE tire that isn't $500+ for a tire worth ~$260 from Discount Tire.... They try to rip you off, so please beware. read more

Ok. It was just as I suspected...no one was in charge. Too few employees. Whoever was supposed to be in charge didn't know how to be resourceful or so it seemed. I waited at the air pump station for what seemed an eternity but despite TWO stooges seeing me waiting they didn't do anything. I left and aired up at QT across the street. I called to see what the issue might be and was told "we're short handed...". Well then CLOSE THE FRIGGIN AIR STATION DOWN!! read more

They have know i sea what they are talking about . Days my tire is not right and wants me to buy new tires before they even do a balance. Lol. The weight rating in the tires are 2469, he's saying I need some tires rated for 2600. Think about that for a second . 4x's either of the above make it work. When I asked for them to explain why he couldn't he just said the computer says no. Aka he doesn't know shit ... Prolly don't want the work .. A balance needs new tires !! Laughable read more

This tire shop has great customer service. Chris Kunde, the manager, was very helpful and knowledgeable. Overall service was excellent.

Never had a good experience here. Previously, I've brought in a flat to be repaired. After service, I got home and realized they didn't actually repair the tire so I had to drive back a second time. Another time, ordered tires online and got a confirmation email that they were ready at the shop for installation. When I arrived for my appointment, I was told someone had stolen the tires and I could not be serviced until later. Now, I was just denied an air pressure check. Just go to Sachse or Rockwall. Much better shops. read more

I walked in no one is up front to greet me. Eventually someone comes up and she is lowkey pretty snarky. Me parents didn't want me to go to them in the first place so when she tried to schemed me for something else I said no thank you I'm going somewhere else. She just kept pressing me about why. Like I'm just doing what my parents told me. She also wouldn't give a man any kind of time stamp of how long he could possibly be there. Everyone can have an estimate I work in business and grown up all around it. So just though that was crazy to not give the man a time estimate even though it could be longer. We ask for a reason. It was just not the best conversation from her. Other than that the service was pretty quick even though they were short staffed. read more

Mr. Brandon was completely rude, didn't even welcome me in, or give me eye contact or call me by my name. As soon as a white gentlemen came in he provided somewhat of alright customer service, but didn't even have the decency to give me the equal amount of respect. (I am a young Hispanic female). I completely felt his racist approach, and when I asked him a direct question he disregarded me completely until I grabbed his attention with asking his name. I was not rude or disrespectful, I had already had a bad morning wake up call to a flat tire and getting my car with two hungry toddlers to a car shop was, the least I could of received was 'somewhat' customer service or eye contact. Maybe it was me being Hispanic, or maybe that I was a woman. Either way it was completely wrong and out of line. read more

I hate even giving this location only 1 Star because the first time I came here to purchase a new tire was an amazing experience! I came back to get my tire checked because the light came on and I waited 20 minutes before anyone even acknowledged me! I ended up getting out of my car and politely asked if someone would be able to help me. The guy said "yeah in a bit." Horrible customer service! I can't believe I waited 20 minutes to check one tire. Had the staff acknowledged me and said it's going to be about 29 minutes I wouldn't have minded at all. It was the fact that no one said anything and they were clearly staring right at me. Why would I want to buy a new tire from a business that has such poor customer service that I couldn't even get a hello? Total opposite service I received the first time. So disappointed. read more

Discount Tire is the only place I feel comfortable trusting my tires to. Fair prices, fair treatment, and willing to find you ways to save you money. Was able to get road hazard insurance on tires I bought months ago due to coming in with a nail in my tire. Saved me about $80 on my trip in and my tires are protected. Thanks Discount Tire for always taking care of my tires. Last trip in was due to a flat tire and there was no charge during that trip! read more
