Experienced, quality, on time and on budget, professional, and explained the situation and options well. Easy!

Amazing service and turnaround time. I have Apex 5S-VRS wheels and two of them got a nasty curb rash from a pothole. These guys answered my call and quote immediately. Upon dropping off the wheels, I was met with a very friendly individual who was honest and straightforward. I dropped my wheels off and the next day they're ready as if they've never been damaged. Pricing was very fair for these wheels, since they're forged and brushed, at $185 per wheel. Absolutely glad these guys are around. From damaging my wheel Saturday to having them repaired by Tuesday is a true blessing from the Lord. 5/5 read more

I had some curb rash on 2 wheels that needed to be repaired before I returned the leased vehicle. Dan responded quickly to my message and I took the car in later that day. Wheels were repaired and ready within 24 hours, as promised. Bill and Dan were friendly, responsive and professional and I was very pleased with the work. Price was fair and much less than the cost of a new wheel. Before and after photos attached. Many thanks to Wheel Repair 360. While I hope I never need them again, I wouldn't hesitate to go back to them or recommend them to others. read more

Update: from when my tire blew out on the highway. Still do NOT recommend due safety, service, overall cost, and peace of mind. From the first call to Dan I started to feel he would do whatever it took to avoid blame. And I was right. According to them it was a puncture in the tire sustained after I left. After having the picture Dan sent me reviewed, I was informed the puncture could have also been done with a screw driver but that is speculation and hearsay. However, it told me what I needed to hear. These are my opinions and I just want to make other customers aware of the experience. For an overall cost of $1200 plus multiple trips to this place for 4 wheels, I believe it is not worth it. Especially from a safety perspective. read more

Seven years later the repaired wheel is still doing great. Highly recommended. ______

I initially brought my rim in for repair for a crack. However, when I took it to Discount Tire to get it put it back on my car, it turned out it was still cracked. I reached out, and they were willing to take it back and repair it again. I haven't had the chance to fully test it yet, but I really appreciate them standing by their work and taking the time to fix it. read more

The lady who answered the phone was helpful and polite. She gave me the quote which was reasonable-the quote included removal of the wheels (and blasting off the plasti-dip!). I called again yesterday (spoke to Dan) to hopefully get it done that day...and sure enough they could and did! I picked it up this morning and could not be happier! Quick, professional service. Did a GREAT job on repairing my wheel. They told me it would be 3 days and got it done in 2. I highly recommend this wheel repair service. read more

I requested a quote from them on Friday and they got back to me within minutes. I used them today and got there first thing in the morning. They finished my wheel in a little over half and hour but they did say it could take as long as 90 minutes. If you can leave your car, you probably should as there's not much of a waiting room and really no places to get something to eat or drink. I did wind up walking to a 7-11 nearby (about a 10 minute walk). Still, their service is honest and fast. I would recommend them if you crack a wheel as neither a tire store nor a dealership will do this work. read more

Great responsiveness. Spoke to them for first time one afternoon, car in next morning at 9:00AM and had car back by 2:00PM. Fixed curb rash on wheel - incredibly thorough, high quality job (you'd never know they'd been there). Thought the price was very reasonable based on quality of work/quick turnaround. I highly recommend and will definitely use in the future (when I'm dumb enough to scuff a wheel again). read more

They did a great job. 24 hour turnaround. Did what they said they would do. If I need another wheel straightened, I'll call them!

LOVE these guys! I bend a rim on, practically, a monthly basis. Let's be real, Dallas roads put 3rd world countries to shame. I have tried several shops in DFW and this is the ONLY place that does rim repair, pristinely. There is zero trace of where the damage was/where the repair was done. Also, you get your car back within 24 hrs EVERY SINGLE TIME. Pricing for my 20" rims are always $125-150, depending on where the damage is and the extent of it. HIGHLY recommend them! read more

I had my tires replaced recently on my Range Rover and was told I have a small crack on the inside-face of my rim. Fortunately, I only had a small leak but didn't want to take any chances. So, I shopped around online and found Wheel Repair 360. I couldn't be happier. I literally pulled up at 1:40 on a Monday afternoon. There was no wait. Dan greeted me friendly, examined the tire for any safety issue, told me the price, had a tech take the tire off and replace it with my full-size spare, and I was off until the next day. Dan called me at 11 AM the next day. I went to retrieve the tire about Noon. Dan greeted me warmly again, showed me the weld (professionally done) and balance weights, threw the tire back on in less than 10 minutes. Moreover, I have a rim that works and looks as good as new with the refinishing, all for $175. For the record, I do this thing called "park by feel" so I was considering just replacing the thing. The thing is, that rim is the 22" top of the line Autobiography version that costs $1,850 brand new plus tax. These guys are Saints. Now I'm considering getting the other three redone. Well done. Thanks gents. read more

Being somewhat accident prone, I hit a curb recently and had a couple of bad gouges on my wheel rim (ouch!), along with some minor curb rash on a couple of my other wheels - thank goodness I stumbled across this site! I put my trust in the reviews I read and called for a price quote. Was told it would cost $125 per wheel and all I had to do was drop off my car before 6:00 p.m. and I could pick it up when they open at 8:00 a.m. the next morning - no appt. needed. The whole process was easy breezy and my wheels look fantastic!! The wheels with road rash are completely restored to new and the one with the bad gouges I can just barely tell where the damage was but anyone looking at the wheel wouldn't even notice. They look awesome! Highly recommend this place. Added bonus - if you check in on Yelp, you may find a nice surprise! (Will post updated pictures of my restored wheels later today) read more

Had one of the most positive experiences with these guys. It began with the initial repair. Not only was I was quoted a great price (much lower than the dealership), but also a fast turnaround (quicker than the dealership)! Even though I only had 3 rims with curb rash, all 4 were treated so that they would have the same uniform look. I legit dropped my car off at roughly 11am and via onstar service telling me when the tire pressure had changed, I knew they were working on my car shortly thereafter. I received a text the next morning before they opened and was able to pick my car up in less than 24hrs! The rims were fixed to perfection. Rebalanced exceptionally well. And reinstalled to their proper positions as not to affect my cars TPMS system. The owner is a standup honest guys who of any mistakes are made, will work tirelessly to correct them. This was the case as I forgot my quote written on a sticky note) at home at time of pickup. The amount I paid was slightly more because we discussed other options the day prior. Once this was brought to his attention however, he promptly reached out to me to repay the difference. Just all around top notch service. When leaving your vehicle overnight somewhere foreign. It's imperative that you trust the person performing the work. Hands down this is where I'll take any future wheel repairs in the unfortunate circumstance that I scratch them again. HIGHLY recommend! read more

For $600, these folks powder dipped the stock aluminum on my old truck wheels a gorgeous hot rod red, and installed fake white walls that lay over the tire. They probably won't put the white walls on your car because it was such a struggle, but I appreciated the upgrade to my rolling mid-life crisis. read more

This business should change their name to Wheel Magician's. But all kidding aside they did an amazing job on my rim from a Tesla Model Y where I scraped a curb pretty hard and had wheel rash all around and had some nasty gouges . I first swallowed my pride wondering why couldn't I have been more careful and even considered a brand new rim that cost 1200 a piece to make the problem go away. Surprisingly it was Tesla who recommended I first look around for companies that refurbish wheels. That led me to Wheel Repair 360 who came in with a competitive bid. They told me if I drop the car off by 5pm it will be ready the next day. I thought this was hard to believe. But they did exactly that. The repair is so good it is like it never happened. So if you ever run into a similar situation and don't want to shell out major bucks check these guys out first. read more
